Fantastic stay from start to finish, very friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating our daughter turning 13 and they put banners on pir door for when we arrived. It was such a lovely touch and my daughter absolutely loved it! Thank you

The hosts were amazing. Warm and welcoming atmosphere and very clean room. Would highly recommend.
Being close to the pleasure beach, it can get a bit noisy at times but that's to be expected.

We took some food with us for breakfast but the fridge was stocked with a bottle of fresh milk which was thoughtful. If you don’t want to do your own there’s plenty of options nearby. We ate main meals at the velvet coaster, just 3 minutes walk away
The fridge also had pop and water, enough for each of us. Sachets of coffee and sugar with some teabags and biscuits were also available. Sweets were left on the beds for the kids which they loved.
The rooms were spotless with enough equipment to keep them that way. The beds were clean and d comfortable.
Fans were available in the main living area and bedrooms which were godsends in the current heat.
We have stayed here several times before and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hosts are lovely and always available if needed. They’ve been able to arrange free parking each time weostayed
We were happy with everything. It suited us as a family of 4 with a 13 and 14year old.

Lots of homely touches, drinks in fridge and lots of helpful information easy to find. Very friendly and helpful at check in too.
Single mattress was quite thin, springs sticking through a bit but only a minor thing!

A great apartment,close to Pleasure Beach and the trams ,which run right along the promenade. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We liked it all really.
Jo and Mike who manage and own the place were lovely people. Gave us information on the area and extra sugar when asked etc.
It was a great treat for us, my 15 year old son, to find candy floss in a tub on the beds, along with fresh milk in a bottle, lemonade, water in the fridge and tea/coffee sugar etc in room. There are tvs in both bedrooms and the lounge. Plenty of towels, toilet rolls and bathroom toiletries. Washing up materials.
Everything was excellent.

Staff was very friendly, drinks and candy floss waiting for us when we go into the apartments. The apartment was very clean. We was 2 minutes away from the pleasure beach which we could watch some rides being tested on a morning. Close to the pier. Would definitely stay again

Very private, a perfect home from home. Excellent location for the Pleasure Beach.
The only negative is the noise on a night from South Pier.

The location was great. We had two bedrooms, lounge/kitchen and shower room which suited our needs
The walls could do with a fresh coat of paint but did not impact on our stay.

The apartment is always perfect.
Visiting is always a pleasure for my daughter and I. We can't wait to come back soon for another break away.

Great location - very close to pleasure beach and waterpark but quiet. Lots of little extra touches in room. Great value for money and very helpful.and chatty staff.
