The staff were friendly, it was nice and warm , the family room was lovely and clean, big with comfortable beds, a 20 minute walk into town so wasn't to bad ... Free pool and reasonably priced bar .. would definitely return

Lovely little B&B. Kids loved the free pool table. Staff were lovely. For the price I paid I really cant grumble. It’s basic rooms but spotless and clean.

Bar area and the staff were lovely.
Stairs to the room and the mattress on the double bed in room 7 needs a new one. Terrible nights sleep. Room 19 shower was cold and tv didn’t work according to my friend who stayed in there.

Clean room and clean enough bathroom, provided with kettle for tea/coffee. Provided with towels and simple toiletries. Warm and kind staff.
The door to the hotel room had a small opening at the top so it made it easy to hear the noise outside our room (4).

Opened the bar for us when needed & let us play our own music
Could do with putting up a coat rack up on the wall.
Beds need a bit of attention comfortable but squeaky!

Me and my partner usually stay out the way at norbreck but I decided to choose this hotel this time round and I was not disappointed at all!! The hotel was beautiful, the room was absolutely immaculate and we couldn't even fault it at all! We also arrived early around 11am and check in was 2pm so we arrived and asked could we leave our suitcases until check in and this lovely young man said if we took a seat for 5 mins are room would be ready! 3 hours before check in not only that he was all smiles and just the sweetest guy ever! We tipped upon leaving as he definitely deserved it and this hotel and manager made are stay even more perfect we will not chose another hotel again! You should defo give this hotel a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed, and I want to say thankyou for our stay.
