The property was in a great location, 15 minutes walk from common market and cathedral quarters. Great strip of pubs, bars and restaurants just outside the hotels door. Extremely friendly staff. 2 minutes walk to a Weatherspoons.
No restaurant, no breakfast and places didnt open till 12. (However weather spoons was a two min walk and opens early)

Location is good
Room was clean and has tea and coffee.
Didn't have a hair dryer in the room
The baggage room should be manned by the staff instead they hand the key to you so you can put your belongings inside for guest who arrive before check in. Anyone can rummage through others belongings.

Thin walls could hear others easily.
Disappointed to have paper cups and wooden stirrers in the room rather than china mugs and spoons.
