Central location, within walking distance to whatever you wanna see in Belfast.
There was a girl who checked us in who was lovely. She gave us a list of places to keep in mind for dinner.
There was no A/C in the room, so you must have the window open but the noises from outside do not allow you to have a proper sleep. It seems that the building is old and nobody is willing to invest money in it.

The property is in an excellent location, we arrived by car and had the chance to park in a parking garage 3-4 minutes from the place (the price for a day was 22 pounds). The room was okay just as you would expect but maybe a bit dated. Noise from the outside can be a problem until midnight, it was a bit loud.

Good for an overnight or short stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfortable and in a central city location.
Showers over the bath are risky particularly for older people. Low hot water pressure for the shower. Small room with minimal storage.
