Location ideal. Close to everything, especially grand Central Station. Simple, very comfortable rooms. Tea/coffee facilities and coffee machine in reception if needed.
The area around the hotel appears run down. Graffiti on walls. Empty buildings next door. Clean up & lit up would enhance the hotel.

Good location plenty of bars shops shopping facilities. Good place if u to be in centre of belfast. Staff very supportive eager to help
If you like idea of added security re locks on lifts and on doors going into the floors. Then this is not the ideal hotel.for you. Apart from .keypads on bedroom doors. It was a easy to access to all.floors and. Was never asked who I was during my stay. If you a light sleeper then again not best location pubs around you and at the back tescos deliveries so can get noisy. Rooms quite warm. But I would go back for location

Everything. Clean room, comfy good sized room
Staff were friendly and helpful
On check in, check out and even at 4am when I was having a hypo and needed a hot chocolate nothing was too much

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable stay.
It was difficult to access the building due to a street blockage/ event, just outside the building. Also the parking was provided off site approx. a 10 minute walk away.

Good location
Paper thin walls. I was woken up by my next door neighbours at 3am taking loudly. There was no hairdryer, nowhere to hang up wet towels in the bathroom and at £150 per night I expected a lot more
