Very Good
Super use of the building, renovated well and great location next to the Titanic Museum. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Room very clean.
Very slow breakfast service and buffet very sparse.
Room not cleaned on our first morning even though we went out at 10:30am.
Not a fan of rainfall showers without a hand held option with it.
Afternoon tea was ok - but not great for the price.

Poor
The property was clean. Good location. A nice history behind the building and an interesting walk around the hotel with the pictures and info on the walls. That’s about it. The bed was okay. Nice view from the room. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast fine.
The Wolf Grill Restaurant was awful. One hour to get dinner. Asked for a mocktail for my partner who was served alcohol and had already begun drinking it for a waiter to come over with the right cocktail. She can’t drink because of a condition so this is super dangerous. Steak had to be sent back, was superr rare rather than well done. Specifically asked for no Red Wine Jus which was drenched all over the steak. Came with the wrong sides as well. When explaining this to the waitress she was very rude, throwing her head up in the air and muttering under her breath as she walked away. Then the second steak came which was again far from well done, my partner just accepted it and ate it didn’t want to send 2 steaks back given the atmosphere of the restaurant we just wanted to get out of there. Absolutely a million miles away from “fine dining”. The manager was helpful and refunded us the money for the steak and mocktails which was nice. We were seated at 7.30, We didn’t get our drinks untill about 8.15 and food untill 8.30. I get it was Friday night but the restaurant had about 3 others couples seated. Asked the waitress for her name to complain given her attitude (something we have never ever had to do before anywhere in the city), she refused to give us it straight away and kept asking us why we wanted her name which rule 101 you don’t do and scoffed at us. Been treated better at McDonalds. Never complained about any service at any restaurant ever but given the price this was a disgrace. For a 4 star hotel and the price of the room you expect OK service but were treated terribly. No organization amongst the very young waiting staff - bar staff also uninterested. Weren’t offered drink menus when seated to busy talking to each other, reached for a menu in the table and were bluntly and a bit rudely told that was the wrong menu and were pointed to the drinks menus across the bar rather than it being handed to us.

Exceptional
Breakfast, excellent choice of foods, I would highly recommend the Irish Porridge and the omelette, staff very attentive. Room clean and large with great views overlooking the Titanic Belfast experience, all lit up and night. TIP, find the Titanic channel on the TV, short clips of the history of Titanic, hotel, Harland and Wolf shipyard etc. You can feel the history of this building everywhere you wander.
Nothing, it was a shame to have to leave to come home.

Good
Very comfortable beds and pillows . Rooms looking out to the front have good view .
We went to an event and the event manager was v helpful setting up . Food was good .
.
The downside were the front desk staff who were unhelpful and not very polite ( one in particular). Despite e mailing them all the information for the four rooms we had booked we had to go through it again twice on the day and they refused to release a key to my adult daughter whose name was allocated to the room until I came down in person .
Other members of my wider family had similar experiences at the desk so it wasn’t just a one off .

The breakfast had a vast choice of both hot and cold foods, nicely laid out.
Dinner menu had a good choice and the food was cooked to perfection.
The staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful.
I can honestly say that I can think of nothing.

A beautifully crafted hotel with excellent staff and service.

The location was brilliant for what we had planned.
The staff were probably the friendliest and happy people we've experienced in a hotel. Well done to you all.

Poor
The building was wonderful
The hotel cheated with the "king" bed. It was simply two twins put together and not put together well. One bed was higher than the other and it was noticeable.

Love how the hotel is a museum in itself
With lots of it's history and rooms on display. Very friendly staff
Lighting in the room is quite poor, although I know it meant to be this way. Poor signal from TV kept freezing and buffering.
