Interesting beautiful hotel with comfortable large bedrooms
The room was very noisy all night with large trucks driving to the docks. The food was a little disappointing

Arrived at7-30 service slow and hot buffet was Luke warm at best, sadly disappointing . Cold breakfast was good.

This hotel is amazing. The bed was enormous and so comfortable and the whole idea of being on the titanic was so unique. We loved Belfast.

The staff are very friendly and so helpful. I was staying for my birthday and they left a happy birthday message and treat in my room. Lovely surprise. The bed was really comfy and the room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the cocktails in the bar were amazing, especially the Espresso Martini. Would definitely recommend this.hotel. This is my second visit. I will be back again soon!!
The only minor issue we had was when we had a shower. The water was taking a long time to drain and the bath was filling up. I reported it to the front desk. They said it would be sorted asap

The hotel was an historic building and landmark for the boat builders in Belfast and every corner of the hotel was steeped in history- I felt like I was able to step back in time. Our room and accommodation was of a very high standard and food, bar, breakfast service was excellent and of high quality. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Its location next to the titanic museum was perfect and still walking distance to Belfast city centre. I would highly recommend
