Good
Iconic views of H&W cranes and titanic buildings, the historic story well documented and visually good. In general the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately there were a lot of small details that had not been addressed. For instance- the duvet on the bed was clean but ripped, the soap dispenser did not dispense, the bath and shower area was very much in need of updating and the toilet did not flush properly. Small details that over all took away from what could be an excellent hotel stay.

Wonderful
I loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The room was really nice with the most comfortable bed and the location is great.
The only issue I had was with dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was nice but the service was quite slow. After we finished our main we were waiting about 20 mins for our table to be cleared. The couple beside us were waiting over a half hour for there main and asked by 3 members of staff about it before finally getting it.

Wonderful
The historic siting of the hotel, next to the Titanic Museum and dockyards where the Titanic was built.
Meals were very expensive.

Wonderful
It is a beautiful hotel. It is ideal for the Titanic quarter.
Perhaps, less convenient for the city centre.
The breakfast was good. However, the bar menu for day time and the menu for their higher spec restaurant for the evening, were the same.
I think they should have smaller, lighter items for the bar and higher end items that team better with the restaurant in the evening.
I had a lovely glass of wine in lovely surroundings, with a chicken wrap you could get in a supermarket deli.
It was nice, but there was a disconnect between the restaurant and the menu as a whole.

Disappointing
All of the history and nostalgia
The staff! Zero customer service for a more luxurious hotel experience. So disappointing and saddening. Full complaint submitted directly to the hotel!

Wonderful
A really elegant hotel in a historic location. Wonderful location next to the Titanic Museum and quite handy for bus services and other amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and nice hot showers. Lots of thoughtful touches around the hotel linking to its history. The bar was beautiful and a nice range of drinks and food available.
It was a bit of a distance from the main area of Belfast and even though it was tastefully decorated, some bits were showing wear and tear.

Wonderful
I liked the clean and tidy hotel friendly staff and very nice food fast and hot and tasty and the bed room was tidy and warm
I did not like the bar staff that was not looking after the customers so that the bar staff were standing around chatting. The hot water in the bathroom suite was not working I told the receptionist about it and he was going to look into it and he sorted out the carpark ticket That was a Goodwill jester

Good
Only had breakfast so can't comment on any other food offerings. The breakfast food offering was satisfactory
Lovely bar area and friendly staff
Room was very nice
We found the breakfast experience to be the greatest let-down of our stay at the Titanic Hotel. The arrangements in the breakfast room appeared to be very inefficient with the buffet tables at the farthest point from the kitchen meaning staff have to traverse the entire length of the very long room to replenish the food buffet. We arrived at breakfast about midway through the breakfast period. There was virtually no fruit or yogurt remaining. In terms of eggs, only scrambled eggs are available on the buffet. Poached or fried eggs or omelets can be ordered from the kitchen. I ordered two fried eggs. These arrived on a small plate which, presumably, you are meant to take to the main buffet area and transfer to a larger plate to complete the breakfast plate. You can't really proceed to get the rest of the breakfast plate while waiting on the eggs as everything would be cold by the time the eggs arrived. In my case, the eggs, which were very good, took around 10 minutes to arrive from when they were ordered. To get some toast, you have to queue at a conveyor toast machine while everything is getting cold on your plate. It is not cheap to stay in the Titanic Hotel. I would have expected for a 4 star hotel in Belfast that it should be possible to order a cooked breakfast with some toast from your table and have it served to you.

Very Good
Super use of the building, renovated well and great location next to the Titanic Museum. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Room very clean.
Very slow breakfast service and buffet very sparse.
Room not cleaned on our first morning even though we went out at 10:30am.
Not a fan of rainfall showers without a hand held option with it.
Afternoon tea was ok - but not great for the price.
