Good
Breakfast was incredible and included a good vegan option.
The decor and theme was amazing as a massive Titanic fan.
Drinks and bar were amazing
Room very comfortable
Check In was 3 and we couldn’t get into room until 4 after having to complain and really be pushy at check in
We sat and bar and waited and didn’t get offered anything as an apology. I got a few free drinks after I complained to restaurant manager

Wonderful
Great location opposite the Titanic museum and easy taxi ride to the cathedral area for fantastic bars and food. Beautifully decorated with a Titanic theme and stunning bar in the old drawing room. Will definitely return here

Breakfast great, staff lovely, ambiance fantastic.
Parking - apparently there is parking at the Hotel but it is poorly (or maybe not at all) signed so I parked in the Belfast Met car park adjacent. This car park was advertised as open 364 days per year apart from Christmas day however when I checked out and went to my vehicle the car park was locked. I was unable to gain access to my car for 4 hours as I contacted operating company, who were not aware of the car park location nor could explain where it was. I contacted hotel reception who were not able to help. Strongly suggest the Hotel advertised and sign posts it's Car Parking facility and ask guests 'have you a vehicle?' When they arrive, to avoid people getting trapped for several hours.

Disappointing
The hotel is an excellent place to stay to continue the flavour of the story of the titanic. The decor and feel of the hotel, is in keeping with the titanic experience. Although a little out of the way from the City this didn't affect our stay, with what we wanted close at hand.
We were allocated room 219, it appears all the odd numbered rooms look out onto the main road. With the hotel design being sympathetic for the period, the use of sash windows has been a big mistake. We heard every car drive past, I even done a test with opening the window severalinches and closing, there was virtually no difference to the noise heard in the room. The result, a very poor night's sleep (every hour seen), as the road outside is surprisingly busy, this has spoilt what would have otherwise great stay. So if your are going to stay at the hotel I suggest keeping away from the odd numbered rooms.
