Staff all really nice
Minor really, I have limited option at breakfast was delighted to see a nice granola and lovely fresh fruit at the buffet went for natural yoghurt and it was all gone and I was told no more available. I had bread and fruit for my £19 breakfast!!

excellent staff, good food at reasonable prices. Everything good
An Espresso machine in the suite would have been nice (pretty standard nowadays in hotels of this quality. No drawers for clothes

Fair
Good location, good facilities, nice food, lovely room to look at,
Room noisy, extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t go off for at least half an hr after you switch the light out, we had very noisy guests next to us, shouting and yelling coming back after a drinking session, woke us up at 01.00 chatting outside our door very loud, didn’t shut up for over an hr, very disrespectful to others on that floor, I know the hotel can’t really control this easily, but for a high cost hotel I expected more, hardly got any sleep, we had a early breakfast and left,

Disappointing
The location was good
Twice we had to ask for basic things for the room. Once our key pass stopped working. When leaving the hotel, we had to walk through a room - on one occasion there was a private wedding reception taking place - a little awkward. On our return, the room was in a mess - an obstacle course of moved chairs and tables, empty champagne bottles and glasses on the floor. On two nights there were private receptions - it sounded like everyone was having a good time. Overall, the hotel was OK. But next time we go to lovely Belfast, I will pay a premier price and not a premium price.

Exceptional
Location next to the Titanic Museum was fantastic. All the art work around the hallway and rooms were incredible. We liked the design of the interior of the hotel which resembles being in a ship.
Everything was awesome.

Everything! The style, cleanliness, comfort of the beds and pillows, friendly and professional staff.
Definitely highly recommending.
The water pressure in the shower was way too low.

Loved the location of the property. Not a long walk into the city centre, a few steps away from the Titanic experience and amenities. Exceptionally clean and staff very accommodating.
Struggled to find ice machine. Room service menu after hours was limited.

Disappointing
I liked the decor and building.
I paid extra for early check in 1pm and when we arrived at 1pm the room wasn't ready.
Our room was opposite a building site and we were woke up at 7am with the sound of drilling concrete.
