Very Good
Wonderful location right by the Titanic Museum and the site where the Titanic was built. Very comfortable rooms with a good feel of an Edwardian ship's cabin. Extremely helpful staff. Wonderfully atmospheric building, formerly the offices of Harland and Wolff.
We understood that maid service would not be available at the moment but would have liked a place to pick up spare soap, water, coffee etc. A toilet brush in the room would have been helpful. It was a bit irksome having to fill in a breakfast order the night before, especially since, if you forgot, it seemed to make no difference. Restaurant booking made at the desk weren't always registered although we always got a meal when we arrived.

Very Good
Fabulous hotel and lovely staff! Food and drinks downstairs were very nice too. We were a little anxious staying in a hotel for the first time during the pandemic, but they have done a very good job. Hand sanitiser was available everywhere, including a bottle on each table in the restaurant.
The only thing we didn't like was the lack of soundproofing, especially since there was a club across the road. We could also hear everything that was going on in the hall and next door.

Pleasant
The property itself is beautiful. Located in the Titanic Quarter near the museum and not too far from the City Centre. I also loved how the decor/hotel itself is like a museum. So much to learn and I think it’s great that all of the common rooms are open to the public.
When we first arrived we were expecting to see a sticker on our door (to indicate that our room had been cleaned and we were the first to enter it since cleaning) due to the ‘New Clean Policy’ we had read about, however, our room was the only room on our floor not to have this sticker! We also found hairs (that weren’t ours) in the bed. Which was very unsettling considering everything going on. We also had phoned earlier in the week requesting a reservation in the fine dining restaurant. However, when we checked in we were informed that we were actually booked into the bar and the restaurant was fully booked. This wasn’t too big of a deal but we had packed clothing more suited for a restaurant than a bar. In addition to that, the breakfast was extremely overpriced and very small! We also had to wait an hour and a half to get two frys and I noticed the orders at a couple other tables near us had been messed up/people were waiting as long as we were. I understand that you all have a lot to deal with especially since only opening up again recently. And the breakfast ordeal I normally wouldn’t complain about. It just felt like all the small things really added up and I thought some feedback may help with the adjustment.
