Wonderful
Overall perfect location and accommodation and facilities. Beautifully curated with signs explaining the history of the building.
1. Lack of suitcase stand (foldable) in room - a problem if you have more than one suitcase
2. For elderly people having the shower in the bath is challenging and dangerous with nothing to hold onto in and out - cubicle showers are more accessible for the elderly
3. The breakfast menu was a bit confusing
4. The toaster at breakfast was very poor nay unusable and in comparison to other similar quality of hotel
5. The parking arrangement was a bit confusing

Wonderful
hotel was beautifully appointed - loved the roast dinner - the bar and breakfast. Room was clean and lovely. Nice could make a cup of tea and enjoyed the complementary biscuits. Great to be able to park under the museum at no additional cost.

Exceptional
The history of the building and the original Harland & Wolff feature that have been restored and preserved. Loved that the room upheld the nautical theme and the 'nods' to the Olympic class ships in the hotel décor. Food was very good, both the Wolff Grill in the evening and breakfast.
Nothing! As someone interested in Titanic, it was a very good experience all round. I would certainly recommend the hotel for anyone wanting to do a city city break in Belfast.
