Good
The public rooms’ ambience was wonderful for a drink and food. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Bedroom and bathroom were well-equipped.
The bedroom was noisy day and night, as it was close to the generator - interrupted our sleep and lacked privacy from the staircase. Dark corridors.

Beautiful hotel, Super stylish. Very comfortable bar and dining area. Well worth a visit. Loved the way it was restored to its former glory and the way the past was honored.
Nothing. It was excellent.

Wonderful
Lovely atmosphere, enjoyed seeing all the original details and photographs. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean, breakfast had a wide choice, and all the staff we met were friendly. We visited the bar area for drinks and food one evening and enjoyed our meal there. The front desk team were super helpful whenever we had a question. The location was great for us as we were happy to walk and explore the area.
Only thing I can think of is that the air conditioning unit was a bit too noisy to use at night and there was a fair bit of traffic passing overnight but these didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Poor
Design
Very rude staff, check in time took more than 1 hour, could't manage any of the requests, noisy from the street, loud air conditioning, paper walls. Do not reccomend this place at all

Very Good
Spacious room and very comfortable bed.
Beautiful historic building with a great ambiance.
Directly opposite Titanic museum.
Easy bus ride into central Belfast.
The room was a little noisy in the morning with the traffic outside.

Good
The building is superb and so pleased it has been preserved but oh my what a missed opportunity in rems of explaining more about it and those who worked in it. Room was spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning. Location is great for the Titsnic Experience and for walking into Belfast. Lovely walk via the marina. Subsidised car parking. Reception staff really good. Good sat down area.
Room 117, cracked basin. The lighting is crazy had to use my phone torch to fully see what was in the suitcase. Corridors are far too dark. There are curtains but no ‘nets.’ Not sure if you can see through the windows from the outside during the day but in the bathroom/toilet you felt rather ‘exposed’ when the blind was up. Breakfast is a hybrid of self service and ordering eggs, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, omelettes etc. It just doesn’t work. Had to remind staff to top up water and milk in the coffee machine. Ordered an omelette, worst I have ever received and looking around, others were no better. Highlights in the restaurant was Emma, she was the only member of staff who seemed motivated. Lost opportunity to mimic Titanic’s furniture in the restaurant and other areas. Signage to hotel entrance were poor.

Lovely hotel, really nicely decorated. Bars were gorgeous. Rooms were spacious, really really comfy beds and blinds were blackout.
Carpark is £18 for 1 overnight stay, which was apparently 50% off. Wish we had of known how expensive it was going to be, as we would have parked in a different carpark in the area. Breakfast was £19pp, breakfast was nice but basic.

The hotel and check in staff were excellent
However a little more information about the other historical rooms in the hotel from the check in staff could have been provided as it was our first time in the hotel.
The hotel video did provide this information and was very useful.
The staff serving in drawing room two last night where we had dinner did not appear to want a job they were borderline rude and not attentive to the paying customers. Hard to get there attention and poor service not the experience we were hoping for
Staff at breakfast this morning continued this poor theme
It almost felt like they were doing us a favour in showing us to the table sour faced and scowling would be best to describe the attitude of those that showed us to our seats and then took the initial order.
After this experience or lack of it to add insult we were asked if we would like to tip in the drawing room.
Sadly this has soured our experience in the Titanic Belfast hotel after having the hotel recommended to us from fellow Australian travellers
Please note
The exception to this poor interaction was the older lady and the very young gentleman this morning cleaning up of the plates and tables.
They were on the opposite end of the scale and appeared to display a good to great attitude as if they were actually happy to be there and working. They were helpful and displayed good interaction with all hotel guests

Room and view from room. Breakfast and location for Titanic and Belfast distillery museum.
The bed is too soft and the room is too hot.
