Wonderful
The property was clean and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The people were very nice and it was very convenient right next to the museum.
I wish they had little refrigerators in the room so you could keep things cold like sodas and things.

Very Good
the rooms lovely, the hotel was very interesting with all photos on walls , furniture and decor was super
reception and bar staff were really friendly, Charlie on reception was very helpful and approachable.
breakfast was poor , we arrived at 10.10am there was no yogurt or honey or croissants. our table had no cups
items which had run out hadn't been replenished. The cooked items were poor, dried up and and almost inedible.
bacon was hard, potato bread was hard and sausages were barely cooked. staff were inattentive.
it was very warm in the room and a net curtain over the windows may have kept some heat out and given some privacy from the hop on hop off busses which stopped right opposite our room otherwise the room was lovely.

Historic setting: The hotel occupies the former headquarters of Harland & Wolff, where the Titanic was designed. The restored Drawing Office is one of the most impressive hotel spaces in Ireland
All good.

I travelled with my granddaughter & found a good selection of breakfasts available.
Our room was well appointed & in a perfect position to view the Exhibition building & the ship slipways.
Again good selection for dinner.
I must say i found each of the staff members very cheery, knowledgeable & helpful. Especially check in / out staff.
Having to leave !!!!!!!!

The way the hotel is built it felt like you was on the Titanic it self, the rooms and corridors etc. the location was perfect for attending the Titanic experience, and close enough to walk to the city centre
Shower could have been more powerful

Very Good
It was convenient to the Belfast City Airport.
While acknowledging the interior decor was intended to represent the Titanic ship, my wife found the dark coloured decor rather gloomy.

Our stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel beautifully combines history, elegance, and modern comfort, making it one of the most memorable places we’ve ever stayed.
The building itself is magnificent, and walking into the historic Drawing Office was like stepping back in time. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit special.

Wonderful
Good communication to arrange twin beds beforehand. The venue is stunning and I love how they have braced the historical aspect. Servers all very good and attentive.
Beds were incredibly soft, and hit the divan base when you would sit in it. If not to your taste I would not recommend.
