This hotel is absolutely stunning! Nothing out of place and pure luxury. We arrived early and the staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. This was brilliant as we were only there for 1 night. We could have spent the day just wandering round the hotel looking at it all. We will definitely be back!

Very Good
The staff at reception were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive, even gave a free room upgrade to a larger room with an excellent view.
Extremely comfortable beds and pillows and lovely coffee bags in the room. Would definitely recommend staying.
The only issue was the bar staff seemed to not want to engage in any conversation with you, and seemed like asking for service was a chore to them. It was a little disappointing, especially when you are paying a little more than average for a cocktail. I was going to ask about a whisky tasting flight but, felt that the staff wouldn't have wanted to share any knowledge on the subject.

Everything about it. It's unique and the staff are very pleasant.
I think the food could have been a bit cheaper but it's a luxury hotel.
