Absolutely stunning building - such a luxurious hotel! So much attention to detail in the rooms and building itself. And right next to the Titanic museum - perfect!
Nothing - everything was perfect

Poor
Nothing as we had room cancelled on us last minute because of ''Maintenance'' and we were booked into another hotel that was below expectation - we were excited to actually stay in the hotel and test the facility but very dissapointed
Having the reservation cancelled last minute (3h before check in)

Absolutely superb, the staff, the heritage and ambience. Can’t wait to return. Will on concierge gave the most incredible tour. Afternoon tea was divine as was Sunday lunch the following day.
Room was quite standard for the price paid. Lots of items missing at breakfast

Very Good
The history of the property, the location and its proximity to the Titanic museum and city centre
Dark corridors and room, not enough light in corridor leading to rooms. Room wasn’t cleaned/serviced whilst out.

Wonderful
The hotel was outstanding the detail and quality were second to none.
The location was brilliant and it was easy to access the city centre
The beds were a dream to sleep on and the rooms were comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee and a coffee machine.
Bathrobes and and slippers were an added luxury.
The bathroom was beautiful and everything was clean and comfortable
Breakfast offer was outstanding and nothing was too much- freshly cooked eggs etc and gluten free options available on request. The porridge was divine
Food in the bar restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced- drinks were a little pricey but that’s a given nowadays.
My son is titanic obsessed and the staff gave him pens, a room key card etc to add to his collection which was a lovely gesture
All in all a wonderful stay
The bathroom smelt a little drainy at times.
There is lots of development going on near the hotel and the sites and builders start really early and it is quite noisy if you are at the front of the hotel.

Staff friendliness. Comfortable beds and extremely clean room. Thank you
Dark corridors and very basic decor in the rooms. Not the same standard of decor as the restaurant and remainder of hotel.
