Buffet breakfast good. The hotel is impressive, beautifully done, the bar diner room is spectacular out and our bar food was very good. The hotel is well placed in the docks right next to the titanic experience.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced.
It was quite expensive. A freshly cooked full Irish breakfast have completed the experience to meet the high bar set by the exceptional facilities.
Our room felt chilly due to the air flow from the HVAC system even though the thermostat was set to 22 c

Nice rooms and staff friendly - great breakfast and super history with great location
We were put next to the kitchen fans and then needed to move rooms at 11pm at night.
We weren’t offered a room straight away instead asked to wait till 10.45 to call reception back. My 71 year old mum was with me and very tired- disappointing service.

Staff were wonderful, building was beautiful, room clean and comfortable, cocktails were amazing, especially the 'Fools Gold" Amazing location

The building is very impressive and really like the conversion to a hotel making use of the large rooms for shared spaces and the history of the building. Good location too.
Breakfast we felt wasn't great. Limited options and not good value. Only ate once on that basis.

Everything went well - staff were all excellent - friendly, professional and attentive. The checkin was good and we were shown to room, the service for the evening meal was good - not hurried but very good - food was good as well
a bit disappointed by bed comfort and shower quality.
