The decor is lovely, main bar area beautiful, good location
Corridors are too dark, barely can see and feels too much like I’m on the lower decks of a ship.
Staff not pleasant- we felt like an inconvenience with the exception of reception staff at checkout.

Very Good
Friendly staff, comfortable room and good food in the restaurant.
Car parking arrangements are very poor for a hotel if this standard. Arrived in car park with clear signs indicating exit to hotel. Exit was blocked off with no details of how to access the hotel. Eventually a security man answered the intercom and informed me to walk back up the car ramp & along road to hotel. Very poor first impression for the hotel. When checking in I informed the receptionist who was junior and very poorly trained in handling my observation. A poor start to my visit. The hotel really needs to sort the parking issue out as this does not do this lovely hotel justice

Good
Superb location with plenty to do around the area, only 5 minutes in a taxi into the centre.
€500 for a 2 night stay was a bit much in fairness considering that didn't include breakfast which was another €40.00
Breakfast was average not worth €20 per person at all

We had a fantastic stay at the Titanic Hotel Belfast. The historical character of the building, along with the incredible collection of artefacts, made the experience truly unique. The décor throughout the hotel is stunning, perfectly blending heritage with modern style. Food and beverage were excellent as well—great quality and service. Highly recommended!
More teabags and milk in the room!!

The location is of course perfect - alongside the Titanic Experience & a short walk (on a less windy evening!) into the city centre.
Our room was very well appointed and extremely comfortable.
All facilities were exactly what we wanted!
We didn't use the restaurant, either for breakfast or dinner.
The bar was light and airy but the service was a little slow.

Very Good
The location and friendly reception and bar staff.
Very uncomfortable mattress on bed. Breakfast staff only one young female member of staff was helpful. Everyone else rushed past without making eye contact, waited a long time on tea/coffee. Otherwise breakfast was very good standard of food.

Really well done and true to the theme
Air con noise was crazy loud and mattress needed replacing - when discussed at reception was told it was probably the bathroom fan I could hear and nothing these could do about the mattress as ‘we are a big hotel’

We were at a conference at the titanic museum and the location was perfect. It was also a nice walk to the city centre, and also exploring east belfast. The Bar is magnificent, the cocktails very nice.
At the end when we came to pick up our bags on the way to the airport (after checkout, stored in the storeroom), there was confusion as they 'lost' my suitcase and my tote (which had 2 work laptops). We had to wait nervously ready to whizz off for our flight, while they looked for it. someone had put them in someone elses room. The manager was called but did not come and introduce himself or apaolgise, which I thought wasnt very classy

I really enjoyed how the property combines stunning architecture with deep historical significance. The building itself is impressive—its design reflects the shape and spirit of Belfast’s shipbuilding heritage, which makes the visit feel even more immersive. I also loved the views of the iconic Harland & Wolff cranes, a reminder of the city’s maritime past. Another great bonus is how close it is to the SSE Arena, making the location perfect for exploring the whole Titanic Quarter.
The bathroom had a few signs of wear and slight damage, which was disappointing considering the price of the stay. I also found the room a bit cold, likely because of the large windows, which made it less comfortable than expected.
