Exceptional
The hotel was an historic building and landmark for the boat builders in Belfast and every corner of the hotel was steeped in history- I felt like I was able to step back in time. Our room and accommodation was of a very high standard and food, bar, breakfast service was excellent and of high quality. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Its location next to the titanic museum was perfect and still walking distance to Belfast city centre. I would highly recommend

Wonderful
The rooms well appointed as you would expect. Outlets were they should be, well designed rooms suggesting it could be a room onboard the Titanic.
The only point and one frustrating experience is the car park. One it states on sight car parking, but it does not say you have to drive to the back of the hotel, follow the road about two hundred meters, find a car park close to the Titanic hotel lift, find your way out of the car park into the rain and walk a couple of hundred meters back from the care park. So, first unpack you bags in front of the hotel, go to the room drop bags off, go find the car park, make your way back to the hotel, took me the best part of an hour, I was alone, so unpack, go to the room drop off bags, back to the car, find car park, find exit, walk back! This did not feel like on sight parking.

Disappointing
It was right across the street from where we were going the Titanic Experience. The towels were very nice and the body wash and lotion was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
The staff was not attentive. We could not hear the kid at the front desk speaking to us. The girl that was working in the bar seemed annoyed when we asked her for more drinks. The breakfast was terrible. The dansh was stale. The lighting in the rooms was not good.

Very Good
Very good location - easy to access Belfast City airport, Titanic museum and short walk or bus ride to city centre Safe and convenient parking welcoming staff Really amazing building - felt like being a part of history - loved the photos and access to old offices with information lovely clean rooms with excellent bathroom- we had 2 rooms one had a shower one a bath with shower over - as it happened we would have chosen those options but it was actually chance we picked the keys we did - maybe reception could inform you of these things pleasant breakfast - shame the main hot elements were buffet style
Drop off area in front of hotel was always full with people parked making drop off and collection difficult in wet weather prefer non buffet style breakfast

Very Good
I liked the room, decor and history
I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children. The room only had a double bed so I had to pay extra for a pull out bed which I thought was very unfair

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. Charlie on reception was very kind and helped us a lot when we arrived and upgraded us to a room with a bath. We had a wonderful afternoon tea with family to celebrate my special birthday. We were also given two free drinks to celebrate both of our birthdays. We will definitely come back again next time we come to Belfast and I highly recommend this hotel.
We liked absolutely everything.

Wonderful
Ambience, breakfast, staff, presentation.
Had a 'corridor' in our bedroom, prior to walking into the room, this is dead space. Could have done with a few more plugs in the room and also a vanity mirror for make-up.

The hotel is simply stunning. We had a good welcome at reception. We were early for booking in. The concierge was very helpful and stored our bags prior to delivering them to the room once it was ready. All the staff were professional and we could not fault them. We ate in the Drawing Room 2 bar and what a treat that was. The room is gorgeous. The food was good and we enjoyed it very much. The room was beautifully styled, the bed was enormous and extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We had a superb nights sleep. I highly recommend the Titanic Hotel and will stay again should we return to Belfast.
It is unfortunate that the room faced the road and we could hear trucks accelerating past but luckily it did not stop us sleeping and I fully understand the constraints of modernising an old building.
