Everything about this hotel is excellent. From the receptionist when checking in to porters, bar staff and waiting staff in the morning when we came down for breakfast.

Perfect location for visiting the Titanic Museum
The bath was very squeaky when taking a shower and we had to wait a long time to be served at the bar despite few customers being there

Disabled accessible room was lovely. trendy and new, bathroom was a Brillant size. Lovely view from corner windows. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Bar staff knowledgeable about drinks and cocktails
Car park recommended does allow for over 200 meter. Wheelchair accessibility vans are often over this high limit. Instead of being £20 for car parking it was £35. Staff did mention that we could park at the front door if there was a space however this is not well monitored. The van has an electric ramp at the back, therefore if someone parked behind you there would be no way to excess the van

Reception told me the the restaurant was full when it was half empty. I also asked for some soap as I prefer proper soap to liquid soap. When I got back to the room they had delivered a shampoo!

The place was so clean. The details around the hotel resembling the titanic was lovely. I had lunch and dinner there and food was amazing. Quick service. The location was great- only about 5-10 minute walk from SSE arena for the concert.
The rooms was roasting so hard to sleep in it. Also my friend went down for breakfast and said she didn't get no tea/coffee with breakfast as no one asked her did she want any and also she tried to wave a waitress down but no one acknowledged her so she ended up having coffee on bedroom after.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Loved the design of the rooms and the beds were super comfortable, the bar was very stylish and the food was gorgeous, huge choice for breakfast
