Pleasant
The dining rooms were very pleasant and clean. The welcome pack and turn down service were nice extras.
I must say the quality of the hot breakfast was pretty poor, bacon pretty tasteless and fatty, same with the sausages, scrambled egg mass-produced, poached egg hard, not good. The ground coffee was very poor, lukewarm and tasteless.

Superb, engaging staff who made you feel special. Very kind and helpful. We did not do breakfast but the evening bar meal was delicious with a spectacular choice and again excellent service.
We went for a short walk after our early evening meal and soon became aware of a group of youths in black on high performance electric bikes. It made us finish our walk quickly. It would have been nice if the hotel had some sort of gym as there is limited safe, well lit walks in the area. We had loved the Titanic museum.

Location was fantastic. The room was really comfortable. The staff were all so helpful
I felt that for the cost it should have been pristine but there were areas that weren’t really that clean or up to standard

The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff very friendly the guy who checked us in was very nice and friendly and made us very welcome.
The bar staff can be a bit slow but I understand the hotel is busy maybe more staff needed when an event is on in the SSE arena.
