Pleasant
I loved the aesthetic and history of the hotel and location The AC in the room
The cost for the overnight parking £18 The Poor finish in the Bathroom in Room 324. Shower tray was bouncy, shower door hinge was crooked and needed maintenance. Maybe its a NI thing, but the staff in the food areas do not really comeback to check up on you with youre meals. Went for dinner in the wolf grill and waited 40 mins for the bill and table to be cleared. Ended up approaching the desk to pay. This also happed in the other eating are in the Drawing room. When checking in the reception said if we wait, they will give us a better room. They took my umber and said they will call, we waited 2 hours, no call . Went to the desk they receptionist was finished for the day and the new staff said out room was ready. So don't know if we were accommodated with a new room or not and were we waiting longer than needed

Wonderful
Beautiful hotel, only a 20 minute walk from the centre. The staff were 10/10, couldn't have been more helpful on every interaction. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a weekend in Belfast. The aircon was very good as well!
I couldn't get the curtains all the way to the edge, so a little bit of light could still creep in.

Good
Really beautiful hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helped us organise taxis etc.
The property feels somewhat lacking for the price. Although there’s a beautiful dining room and bar there isn’t spa facili

Wonderful
We were very undecided as to where to stay in Belfast. We are so glad we opted for the Titanic Hotel. It was like staying in a museum. Personally I think it was better than going to the museum itself. Service was fantastic and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Poor
The location to the Titanic exhibit was wonderful. Some of the art displayed inside the hotel was interesting and enjoyable. Very committed to the theme of the Titanic.
No bellhop to assist with bags when arriving. One small lane for unloading as you arrive and for everyone who is trying to get into a taxi or drive off. Very crowded and made for a horrible first impression. Additionally, the parking situation is a joke. They should not say they have parking. The Titanic exhibit has parking and you must park and then walk outside from the garage to the hotel. It was a lackluster experience for an outrageous price. Would not recommend.
