Exceptional
Lovely staff esp bar staff. Amazing room even for the standard room. The hotel is just beautiful. So much so booked my Dads 80th here in January.
WiFi poor for people on business. Very loud modern music - nothing wrong with that but maybe vintage to keep with the theme of the place would help.

Very Good
Room was comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.
When we checked in, there was an old sock on the floor which hadn't been taken when room was cleaned.
TV reception was very poor. The reception kept dropping every time we put it on.

Fair
Spotlessly clean room, location for titanic museum is great, and loved the vegetarian breakfast.
Had a dreadful sleep with soft mattress, poor water pressure in the shower, unpleasant check in experience - extremely slow, room was not ready at 3.15 told to come back in 1/2 hour. Liked the look of the bathroom in the room but not that functional without a shelf, to put anything. All up disappointed with the room and overpriced.

Everything, the historical location, ambience, the staff, the personalised welcome video on telly, everything was great.
Couldn’t stay longer (because of work)

Very Good
The parking is very expensive and the car park opens late and shuts earlier. It needs to be improved for a very good hotel.

Wonderful
Room spacious and comfortable looking out to Titanic Museum
Nice to see the history of the hotel being valued.,Excellent to be able to park car overnight until 11;00a.m. next day and take advantage of 'Early Bird' ticket for Museum.
The 'musak' in Reception was far too loud.

Very Good
Excellent breakfast and a fantastic location for the Titanic exhibit. The food and service at Drawing Room 2 was excellent. A lovely hotel with view of the cranes and distant green hills.
No bar fridge in room and mattress seemed old, soft and a bit lumpy. Low water pressure in shower. Other than those things, a great hotel with interesting decor.
