Love this hotel for its decor and location - the perfect place to stay to make a real treat of going to a show at the O2. Staff are helpful - we had a few hiccups that were dealt with promptly and appropriately. We had two Delux rooms and they are well appointed with really comfy emperor sized beds. Highly recommend rooms on the front side of the hotel to avoid traffic noise. Love the attention to detail throughout the hotel and how well history has been woven into it all. My go to stay for nights in Belfast!
The food in the Drawing Room and in-room breakfast wasn't the best. My dinner order came out wrong at first, and then the replacement chicken wasn't fully cooked - the waiter very quickly dealt with the issue but it did mean I went without my meal. Breakfast in the room was a good standard - but not quite as special as we had hoped it would be for the price. Bits of the order were missing or incorrect.

Breakfast was very nice with a good range to choose from. The only hiccup was that I was travelling alone and when I got up to go and get some more juice a waiter cleared my plate when I had not yet finished!

Great location as was over for a gig at the o2, and it was only a 5 minute walk away. Room was very clean and appreciated the travel cot and dressing gowns
The bed was uncomfortable as was 2 single beds pushed together and could feel the gap in the middle. Bath was tired and very scratched making it look dirty.
There was an event on during our stay and we could hear the music until midnight, which with a young baby wasnt ideal.

Breakfast was ok. First day a little slow to serve us..we ordered. Teas and coffees which never arrived. Also had to chase for our cooked breakfast several times. Second day was better. ( sorry this should be below)
We liked the wolf restaurant, the tour, the location, the wonderful draughts rooms.

It was the titanic
Elevators out! So long and difficult to get to room. Said they upgraded us but it was a handicap room. I need to go to a chiropractor, sink was up to my knees. No dryer, no hand cream. Jordan? Was great though, carried our bags in. What a horrible hike for people in their 70’s’. Bed comfortable! Handicap room, elevator out….

The property was on my bucket list to stay out; I’m so glad I did this. What I really liked is they had the hotel designed like a museum too. The cocktails were amazing and even tried the last cocktail served on the Titanic. All staff were really friendly and helpful too. The room was very large and comfortable too. Would highly recommended this property for your stay. I will be back if I ever back t Belfast
Unfortunately the lift to my room was not working from the secound day so had to walk up the stairs and walk future to my room. But that’s a minor issue

The honey served with the porridge was gorgeous!
The shower in our lovely bathroom was a bit of a trickle! I understand this may be intentional to save water, but the power needs to be increased a little so that taking a shower doesn’t take so long!

Beautiful hotel with so much history, titanic quarter is quiet at night but accessible for a walk or taxi. It's also on the hop on off bus route so can take advantage of that to get back and forth!

Love the decor the large bedrooms. The staff in the bar serving food were amazing. Food was also gorgeous & great for people on a gluten free diet.
