Good
We liked the location very much. The rooms and decor was the best part. The hotel reception staff and the concierge were very helpful. We found the bar staff at night to be a little less experienced and we found ourselves waiting a long time for service. Apart from that the over all stay was great.
The bar staff seem to be very inexperienced apart from that everything else was great.

The hotel exceeded all expectations.... beautiful, historical setting, historically contextual and very sympathetically arranged to celebrate the building's past. The staff were brilliant and generally fantastic stay. David at concierge was fantastic, his knowledge made the stay even better. the location is easy to get to, and walkable into the city centre.

Absolutely beautiful hotel to visit Belfast. Stunning decor and full of history it’s a must. While not in the centre of the city, it’s a great location to stay and come and go easily to see all the sights and the sightseeing bus is just outside. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Poor
I was staying for one night and had staff knocking on my door in the morning (well before check-out time) to see if I needed my room cleaned... Why would I need that before I leave that day?
Please note- reception staff were great.

Room was excellent, dined in Wolff grill in evening, food was exceptional, car parking convenient.
Bit of noise from AC units outside, did stop late night early morning, that’s all !
