Pleasant
The property was nice and clean and actually felt like being onboard a ship
The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and had an uncomfortable split up the middle

Exceptional
We loved that it had lots of old original artefacts and internal decorations. We also loved a guy called William who gave us a tour of some of the public historic rooms. He was fantastic.
The rooms were above expected standard. Very clean and well presented. Comfy and easy to use.
Nothing

Wonderful
This hotel is so lovely, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Comfy beds & an amazing breakfast.
My only criticism would be the lack of mirrors and poor lighting in the room.
The only mirror in the room was too far away from the socket to be able to dry my hair. A simple mirror on the desk/dressing table would have solved this issue.
