The surrounding area
Staff were really helpful and so lovely and kind
Banging of door throughout the night kept making my son jump and panic someone was trying to get in (they wasnt) he has additional needs so was quite difficult settling him back down each time.
The corridors are so dark

Good
Loved the decor and staff were polite and friendly
Poor lighting in the room and corridor, made getting ready in the room difficult. Tv in room was off set so not both of us could see the TV from the bed. TV kept constantly losing connection and stopping itself.
Bed had an extremley soft mattress.

The whole stay was for my daughter as we just recently lost my dad. Her grandad. And needed a bit of time to recharge and reset.
The hotel had upgraded our room. It was large, warm and clean and my daughter was blown away by the whole titanic theme (she loves history) and how it integrated into the room. Walking through the hotel was a pleasure with lots of interest things to read and find.
We got amazing room service for dinner and a lovely breakfast the next morning.
The front of house receptionist was so lovely and patient when I went to the desk to order room service instead of ringing down.
Couldn't fault anything about our stay, staff or hotel.

Property has an amazing history behind it and repurposing it as a hotel is fabulous. Great location, great staff, great stay.
Nothing to dislike about this property.

Wonderful
Beautiful historic building in an excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful, would stay again. Nice bar area, ate in the Wolff Grill which was very good.
Was a bit disappointed in the room. It was well appointed and the bed was comfy, however it felt very dark and slightly unwelcoming; this was due to the small, awkwardly placed window which you couldn’t reach to look out of or close the curtain at night.

Everything was as promised, after visiting the museum, being able to then stay in a themed hotel was just the icing on the cake.
Nothing not to like.
