Location. Executive room was fabulous.
The cold draught running through the foyer and bar area from the ballroom/side revolving door area in evenings. Despite having a fire lit.

The property was amazing, we had Philip who worked behind reception and he is what makes us coming back to the hotel, his hospitality is next to none and he is a credit to the hotel

Reception welcoming and pleasant. Very good breakfast. Good range of options, food was hot and fresh. Breakfast staff were welcoming and helpful. The overall experience was pleasant and restful.

Nowhere quiet of an evening to sit and enjoy a drink due to Saturday night ‘entertainment’ both in the main bar area and the conference room. When one finished the other started
