Stayed last year on our motorbike trip and enjoyed the stay then, good to see it was still reasonably priced.
Very short staffed. 4 pints seemed to take 15+minutes to arrive.
Kitchen also seemed quite slow, but food was good when it arrived.

Buses wouldn't get us there on time

We had breakfast and dinner there food was just ok dinner very good menu but seemed reheated/dried out. Breakfast chaotic some tables filled with dirty dishes. Ketchup and Brown sauce bowls near porridge and mixed fruit. Partner ended up putting ketchup on his porridge thinking it was a coulis. Machine ran out of coffee beans surrounded by plastic cups.

Very friendly staff. The young receptionist, he was exceptional in ensuring our comfort.
We needed a fridge for our stuff. He carried the bar fridge himself to our room within minutes. He imparted information on tourist sites.
I was impressed on the service received. Breakfast was great for a fee.
