Nothing, unbearably warm on a reasonable March day. Not a scorcher by any means!
Room unbearably warm, very uncomfortable - cannot remain in the room. Advised staff who were not helpful and frankly didn’t seem to care. Offered a fan, which was of no use. Otherwise, didn’t seem to care.

All staff were really pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant on two evenings, the food was lovely and service faultless. If you didn't want to drive into the city centre there is a regular bus service 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

High quality hotel. Attentive and friendly staff, super comfortable bed, good amenities and a tasty well supplied breakfast.
Very close to a number of lovely restaurants and Stormont and it's grounds and within easy public transport or cheap taxi to the centre of the city. We were on average £10 for a taxi one way.
Plenty of parking available at the hotel. We stayed whilst the hotel were hosting a very popular Irish dancing competition and there was still plenty of parking for guests.
We would definitely stay again!
There was no A/C in the room and the shower lacked a little pressure. Very minor points that didn't really affect the stay.
