It was located ideally for my visit. No traffic noise and generous parking provided. Very comfortable bed. The owners were very attentive to my every need. The (Ulster fry) type breakfast lasted me all day. Would visit again and highly recommend it.

The hosts were so helpful in making our stay in the Belfast area enjoyable. The breakfast was fabulous, the room comfortable, wifi reliable and free parking was appreciated. Avril even provided us with advice on roads to take when we left for Dublin and time was crucial. She made us a sandwich for the way since we were leaving too early to have breakfast at the B&B. Terry recommended a restaurant nearby (Poachers Pocket) and we enjoyed it so much that we went there twice.

In a lovely position, close to the village of Comber. Owner made us an early breakfast as our course started at 8.30. Both owners were very helpful and pleasant
It was a little difficult to find in the dark - our sat nav told us it was on the right and was confused a little on location

Our room came with tea / coffee making facilities which was great after a long journey. The Ulster fry the following morning was delicious!
The address given on booking wasn't actually accurate and as a result our SatNav led us to the wrong location - we ended up just googling the address of the accommodation which eventually gave us the correct location.

Really lovely breakfast, homemade bakes were a lovely touch.
The doors could have been more soundproof, but it was quiet so didn't matter.

Easy to find. Welcoming hosts who made sure I had everything I needed. Honesty bar in the lounge. Windows that open so I had fresh air.
A tray in the shower for soap and shampoo would have been handy.

This is a really lovely place to stay I enjoyed it and the host was very friendly and welcoming and the lady of the house told me about all the different attractions with tourists leaflets and some maps as I didn't know much to see in northern Ireland. I 'm pleased she took the time to let me know thank you. And to finish of my stay the breakfast was first class I enjoyed it.
There is nothing I didn't like it gets the gold star from me.

This was the best B&B I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, anywhere in the UK or Europe - that is no exaggeration and I have stayed in many of them. Avril, our host, was so welcoming and gave us very helpful information and wonderful suggestions on where to visit. The facilities were superb. I was travelling with my elderly father, who has mobility issues. We were given the most ideal room for that - no stairs, close to reception and with an accessible shower. There were so many aspects of my stay that really made a difference and were very much appreciated:
1. The Irish breakfast was consistently perfectly cooked. We were given homemade blackcurrant jam, homemade scones and homemade bread at breakfast each day. All were delicious. The coffee was magnificent - perfect, no bitterness - and arrived at our table already plunged. The fruit salad with yoghurt or the rhubarb and muesli was a welcome entree before the cooked Irish breakfast. I loved that there was a focus on quality and not quantity, which was so refreshing. Not that we were still hungry afterwards, just that there was not ridiculous amounts of food which might have potentially been wasted.
2. We had access to bottles of cold tap water at any time of day or night in a communal sitting area. This was such a thoughtful touch and without it, we'd have been hunting for a nearby shop each day to take back bottles of cold water with us. Very appreciated and was a green option!
3. There were no packaged biscuits in the room - Avril had home made heart-shaped shortbread biscuits in there for us each day and they were the best shortbreads I ever had the pleasure of eating!
4. The biggest thing I appreciated, however, is how Avril and her lovely husband handled an incident relating to my father not feeling well on our last day. She was so caring and ensured that both he and I were OK. She could not have handled it better.
5. I would nt hesitate to recommend this place to stay.
Everything was great! But if I were to be really picky I'd say that one of the lamps needed a bulb change as it kept flickering then wouldn't work. The only other thing was that the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked in terms of water pressure (it was acceptable though) and the dial on the shower kept falling off. But the good points far outweighed these minor annoyances and these would not at all prevent from returning or from recommending the accommodation.
