Location and rooms ( suites) were huge, really nice.
The decoration was old/ antique. Felt very spooky experience, dark colors and old paining- kinda of a haunted house experience.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming, the hotel is beautiful and immaculate from the moment you arrive outside. The lady who we spoke to enquired what we were doing and I told her I had graduated, I was surprised later that evening with a lovely card, balloon and chocolates from the management and staff. A special day made extra special by everyone at this beautiful hotel.
That it had to end! I could have stayed forever !

loved the area- the bar the surroundings- the staff were all without exception fabulous.
the decor and room was tired- while nice it ws not value for money at £400.

The cocktail bar was nice
It was very “mismatched “ the suits were dark looking out into a wall ! The 5* service just didn’t seem evident from the time we arrived throughout the stay. There was very loud music into the wee hours .

Thanks so much for the upgrade it was fabulous and the staff were so nice and friendly, especially the bar manager on Saturday night he was hilarious and we were so well looked after.
Nothing would love to have had a longer stay but we had only one night

OMG, this place was amazing. It was our last couple of nights of being in Ireland after travelling around for nearly 4 weeks. We are so glad we got the best accommodation at the end of our trip. Everything about this place is amazing - the beds, the staff, the bathroom, the breakfast (in room service was amazing). Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. They went way beyond in helping us out. The location is also great with just a short walk to where all the action is in Belfast. It was the best nights sleep we had in the whole of our trip of Ireland.
They do not have parking onsite but there is a 24/7 carpark located about a 10 minute walk away.
