Exceptional
Beautiful building and sumptuous spacious rooms. Very comfortable and warm and friendly staff. The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna as well as gym were all lovely. Breakfasts in the great room were delicious.
Unfortunately, I had to call reception as our bath was dirty. House keeping came and sorted it quickly but I was not confident with the standard of cleaning in the room thereafter. The blind in our room would not open using the switch on the wall which meant we were reliant on artificial light.

Location was phenomenal and as advertised for walking easily to major points of interest. Property is gorgeous and food, staff, and room were all wonderful.
Not a big concern but the trade off of the great location is that it is very close to nightlife spots that would have music playing loudly until late hours. Only a problem if you are a light sleeper—didn’t bother us much.

Very Good
Amazing decor and staff. Great location.
No plug for the bath and the water pressure/temperature was a bit erratic.
There needs to be more standard plug sockets, we had to plug the kettle in next to the bed and put out in the floor, not ideal.
