Great location, generous accommodation, and lovely, helpful staff. Parking is not on site but is.close by.
Finding the hotel was a bit of a faff, and it might be helpful giving clearer instructions.

The staff are super helpful with dining recommendations, taxis, shopping, and even booking tours. On a work trip with very little time to prep for what to see in my limited time off, this was of great value. The location can't be beat. Everything I visited in 5 days was less than .6 miles away. Also, the room was both cozy and big, with everything I needed. It was so nice to have a kitchen with a fridge and even cooking capabilities. If I return to Belfast, I know exactly where I would stay!
The internet was a little slow for a work trip, but I managed ok.

Clean and comfortable studio room with shower room and Kitchen with all facilities necessary if you wish to cook or go out to nearby cafes bars instead. Superb location for shopping, transport for sightseeing, all within 10 min. walking distance also nearby Grand central for trains and buses to go further afield. The staff were pleasant, cheery and helpful I would recommend this hotel and return again.
I have found no fault or complaint to make on anything and would return again. I thank the staff for everything from housekeeping to reception staff.

I loved the location, the studio room and the staff.
I didn't like waiting 30 minutes for a breakfast bagel in the Amelia Hall restaurant.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Kiera was super welcoming and offered all kinds of information etc. Very impressed.
Pizzas downstairs were amazing.
Location is excellent.
The room was dark and dingy and felt very claustrophobic.. the dark blue on the walls made it feel very austere. View over the back of the building was rubbish and for £180 a night, just expected a little more. The kitchen area was handy however.

The soundproofing was great. It was very quiet in the room despite loud street noise.
I did not like the bouncer at the bar next to the hotel bugging me when I came back in the evening.
