Very Good
Nice room, clean and well appointed - having the kitchenette was great!
Air con did not work and it had a light that flashed brightly all night.

Wonderful
Great location , lots of restaurants nearby , short walk to city centre and Rail/bus station
Shared areas (halls and laundry) a bit old and grubby and need upgrades

Wonderful
Everything was spot on. Location is excellent, near to lots of eating places and just 10 min walk to the cathedral quarter with lots of Irish bars. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, but a special shout out to Amy for being so helpful with our requests. The hotel had good Wifi and there was always lots of hot water. It was great having a kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher. Thank you also to the housekeeping team, fresh towels and tops ups of consumables were much appreciated.
We were in a restricted view room, which was not a problem, however there were two of us and there was only one 'comfortable chair'. There were two hard dining room chairs which were rather uncomfortable, especially after a day sightseeing. It would be better if there were two comfortable chairs and just one hard dining room chair

Wonderful
Convenient, room size (bigger than expected), room, well equipped room, particularly kitchen area. Room has everything we needed including a very comfortable bed for good nights sleep.
Not the fault of property but external work outside our room was very noisy from early morning.

We loved our short stay at The Flint and wished we could have stayed longer. It is a new hotel in an old building with restaurants all around. Our room was like a little apartment, very comfortable and clean with lots of space. An added bonus is the laundry room with excellent washers and dryers at no extra cost! It is just a short walk to Belfast City Hall and many of the sights, a bit further to the Titanic Museum. We would definitely stay at The Flint again!
