Good
Positive: good bathroom, nice towels, water hot with good pressure. Room very clean. Nice extra with laundry on site, Convenient kitchenette. Fantastic location.
Helpful front desk.
Warren like hallways, we had to pass through 6 fire doors to get to our room. Bed not very comfortable. Carpet a bit shabby

Very Good
Good location. Comfortable room with good facilities for the price. Liked having separate kitchenette and the complementary fresh milk was a nice touch.
Flip side to central location is it could be noisy at times

Wonderful
It was modern and relaxed, and well designed. It felt like home (we had a studio)
A coffee machine and wall mounted shower gel would have been a great addition

Pleasant
The location was good central for all amenities. The room had a kitchenette, which was a bonus, with a few sachets of tea and coffee and milk in the fridge, which was an added bonus.
Very noisy, the road traffic was heavy, and being on the front of the hotel, there was no let up. The curtains didn't close properly, so let in light very early, and the hems were down, which made it look scruffy. The flooring was original parky, which was nice to have been preserved, but in places, it was broken and filled in with cement, which was uneven near the bathroom. The walls were thin. We couldn't sleep on the last night due to very noisy guests. So overall, it wasn't a great experience at the hotel

Good
Size of room, room amenities, location of hotel
Floors still under construction in our room and our hallway and all of the doors into units closed EXTREMELY loudly. Very irritating late and night and early morning

I loved the layout of the room! There was a rainfall shower, a kitchen for cooking meals and a beautiful double bed. There was also a sofa and still loads of space to move around. It was in the centre of Belfast too.
Initially, our first night, the music from the bar next door made it hard to sleep before 1am. So I'd advise travellers to be aware that being in the Centre means it will be noisy. It did become quiet after 1am though and I slept great!
