Central location , near to bars, restaurants etc. staff extremely friendly & helpful, room amazing. Spotlessly clean , large, with well equipped kitchenette . Bed & pillows comfy . Arrived early & room ready for us. Left out bags with hotel on check out , to explore Belfast before heading home.

Writing this mainly because the staff were so good. Really helpful, professional and friendly... I know these are tropes from countless reviews, but as someone that travels a fair bit, I can spot quality when I see it - good team. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Location is fine, close to the centre of town, restaurant has some interesting takes on old favourites, and it has a bar - tick, tick, tick.
Signage is appalling! Had to ask people in the street. Interior decor is a bit sterile, and it has an industrial aesthetic that I am not a fan of, but you don't sleep on the floor, so does it really matter?

We needed emergency accommodation as our flight was cancelled and chose this without much thought.
Excellent value for money.
Incredibly helpful and friendly front of house.
Classy and handy pizza place downstairs.
Huge studio with windows looking over the street. It was like we were in a New York apartment!
The bathroom fan was noisy but its a minor point.

Brilliant central location, comfortable accommodation and lovely staff - special thanks to Amy for being so welcoming and helpful. Very close to Grand Central Station and City Hall, as well as some fabulous eating / drinking spots. Amelia Hall (downstairs) did a v nice breakfast!
Can’t think of any negatives! We had a room at the back without a view but that meant it was quiet…

There are three great reasons to stay at The Flint: the friendly staff, the spacious rooms and the fabulous location.
