It was below the standard of other 4 star hotels in Belfast. The main problem was no window in the room, any natural light came from a frosted glass opening which you could not open which we discovered behind a thick curtain and wooden shutters when the nesting pigeons on the outside window sill made us aware of in the early morning.

Location excellent, just across from City Hall, and not even 10 min walk fro Grand Central Station. Welcomed at reception with warm cookie, staff were so friendly. Hotel decorated lovely for xmas. Breakfast service excellent. Really liked that the hot breakfast was made to order and brought to the table. Great selection of cold breakfast.

Great Central location. Very clean, room good size, bathroom/shower very nice.
Couldn't get food even though food was being served and we had a seat/table we were told it was full so Couldn't order....strange.
