Staff very friendly and professional. Great choice for breakfast which was lovely. Lunch again was gorgeous. Location perfect close to lovely restaurant and bars. Sweet Afton bar food very good also mr Deanes restaurant was fabulous. Black taxi Danny a great experience. Lunch in The Europa another lovely experience. Belfast thank you.

Hotel was spotless and rooms tastefully decorated. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice.

Location is very accessible to city center, restaurants, and shopping mall
Lack of basic amenities like toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste) considering it's a 4 star hotel.
The middle-aged lady in the reception at Jospers didn't bother to look at us when we said "thank you" after eating breakfast. Quite a racist.

We didn’t even have a window in our room. we paid so much for a better family room too and it felt like we were underground in the hotel lol

I had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the Ten Square Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance of shops, train station and the SSE Arena. Would highly recommend.
I arrived a little early and couldn't check in early as room wasn't ready, but that wasn't the staffs fault.
