Excellent location, nice room and lovely food in restaurant. Breakfast was good and the rooftop bar is nice. Warm cookies at check in was a lovely touch

Our family room was absolutely amazing, comfortable and well laid out, plenty of room and two tvs, so kiddies could watch their films, while we watched our programmes!! Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so friendly and I don’t know how to describe it other than bubbly and upbeat, they were brilliant and took time to chat with my son who has autism to take his order and make sure he was happy with his choice

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice!
There was a wedding on, and I think the reception room was right under us - very loud music which vibrated through our room on one of the nights we stayed.

A great location,comfy beds and modern rooms,door man always lovely but check in staff could be friendlier,felt like they couldn’t be bothered,not all of them but a couple
