Nice bar and nice restaurant. Comfortable hotel.
Breakfast selection wasnt great. Usually there is a better selection of cereal and fruit and yogurt. Vegetarian breakfast was lovely though.

Breakfast options disappointing. On our last stay in Ten X, prior to the hotel changing over to Hilton,we very impressed with the selection of Breakfast items, the menu listed all the local products used eg the apple juice came from Armagh orchards, the whisky for the porridge was from Bushmills, locally produced yogurt suppliers, etc. There was a definate emphasis on locally sourced produce, the hotel seemed to pride themselves on this. Our server at the table was attentive and friendly.
On this occasion,we found the buffet options very lmited . Altough on the menu, items such as fruit salads, pastries ie a crossaint, etc are usually available on a buffet selection, not as a separate option to be ordered. No Bananas,no Museli The soda farl with the Full Breakfast was dry and tasteless. The Poached egg did not come with a hollandaise sauce,it was nothing special, unfortunately.
Compared to the Dinner menu,Breakfast was an overall letdown.
Instant Coffee in the Bedroom not inviting at all. A shame as many modern hotels have moved away from instant onto a better quality coffee Pod option. The glass display case reminded us that previously, there had been a nicer layout for the tea/coffees in there

Convenient to city centre, shops, bars, walking distance to SSE arena, car park not too far away,
we got a free glass of champagne which was lovely,
Last orders for food was 9pm, which was delicious.
Breakfast was nice, you had to order everything from the menu which they took away, it was tasty but really prefer a buffet style, we ordered the Ulster fry, only came with one egg, probably could have asked for more but that would have taken time which we didn’t have, they were very busy.
So then when I went up go get fruit and yoghurt, I had to look at someone’s menu to see had they got mixed fruit? Fresh and juicy.

A home from home. Wonderful staff, nothing is too much bother. Beautifully clean spacious room to relax in. Best hotel in Belfast city centre. The only place I stay in now on my wee trips to Belfast.
Absolutely nothing. I love it here.

We had a beautiful room with a lovely view of City Hall. Staff are amazing! So friendly and accommodating
Would have liked some more cereal options eg muesli and granola, and some yogurt and pastries. Plenty of hot food choice though
