The staff were friendly and central location
The carpet in our room had very clear stains, the sink had a cracked in the bathroom. Cheap sachet coffee etc nothing better than your cheapest hotel...which it isn't. There was also a yellow light going around the top of where the curtains were that we could not turn off at night which was annoying to say the least. The door key card consistently didn't work. The bed was averagely comfortable but for a hotel that charges the prices it does and is supposedly high end it has gone pretty shabby in the bedrooms....all greige. The bedroom and bathroom is a good size but we've been going to Belfast for 20+ years and even though I couldn't wait to stay here it was very disappointing and I can think of numerous other places to stay in Belfast that are far better. The hotel needs rejuvenating I'm the bedrooms definitely to command the price they are asking...location is not good enough.
