Located in the centre city looking over the city hall with all the Christmas markets lit up, Beautiful view, The room was spacious comfy big bed and pillows, big shower couldn’t fault anything

It’s central location
The tv in the bedroom did not work! Also no full length mirror in bedroom & mirror in bathroom had very poor lighting- not great for a lady applying makeup

Stayed here on several occasions. Great location for visiting the Christmas markets. Rooms very clean and comfortable. A bit more basic since the hotel has been taken over, but still good. Staff on reception were excellent.
Not sure what it is(I assume it’s a smoke detector) but there is a green light on the ceiling in the room, very bright and kept me awake.

The location was excellent for the Christmas Market. The hotel was lovely. Our triple room was very big and the bathroom was fabulous. The staff were so friendly. My daughter has special needs and the staff in the restaurant were so nice and helpful and spoke directly to her which most people do not. Highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be back for my next trip to Belfast.
