Location
They gave us different room it is not the same as shown in the photos. Windows are too small and very hard to open. the room feels very claustrophobic. And towels provided are only for 2 people even if i paid for three. The old waitress in the breakfast is rude and not welcoming. but the man in the breakfast reception is ok. It’s just one night stay so i can’t be bothered making a fuss that moment. But will definitely leave a review for awareness.

This hotel is clean and the service was excellent! The location was perfect and although the ceiling was slanted, it was cozy and comfortable.

Rooms are spacious, clean, good food room service . I love the beautiful smells in the hall and reception of the diffusers . Lovely shower gel shampoo hand wash . I like that we get a fridge in the room also

Location is fairly good.
Claimed to have parking but it's just nearby multi storey units at a cost. Turned up on easter Sunday and asked where we could go for some food and a drink, staff told us everywhere closed but could use their restaurant... went out for a walk anyway and found everywhere was open.

location was excellent, breakfast was excellent
rooms very poor, very small and very little in way of extras eg shower caps, bar behind main bar for residents is very unwelcoming

Excellent location for touring the city. Perfect room temperature! Loved toiletries so much! Wishing could buy some! The staff are fantastic! So friendly and attentive!
The food I'm afraid was not good at all! We had soup and brown bread in the restaurant/Bar. The soup was scalding! But the bread was stale. After 3 attempts to improve it, we just gave up! We cancelled our dinner reservation for that evening because if you can't get soup and bread right...
Breakfast was equally unimpressive with over cooked and grey bacon and again stale hard breads. The only saving grace was the continental selection which was extensive and delicious. Coffee machines are my pet hate! Would prefer a pot of coffee or tea! For a hotel restaurant it was more like a pub type feel.
