The location of this hotel was great. It was a great location to get to the shops and there were lots of places to eat and drink around. not far front the car park or Train station. Felt safe as solo traveller.

Situated behind the City Hall, it was relatively easy to find
I wasn't made aware that the hotel was going through a phase of a Rebranding , therefore we weren't sure if we were going to the correct hotel.
The view from our room was non existent, spotlessly clean but just never had that Wow Factor .
The price had included Breakfast in the established restaurant, I had ordered the Fry , most people associate a Fry with the likes of Baked Beans, Black / White Pudding , there was none of those , the Bacon in my opinion was overdone , the Soda was that chewy and rubbery I couldn't eat it . I could possibly have went to a local cafe and get a proper Fry for a fairer price .

The whole hotel is beautifully furnished and welcoming. The bedrooms are lovely and the bed was so comfortable - I had the best sleep! The shower is great and there are lovely toiletries to use. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, literally opposite the city hall and within walking distance of loads of restaurants, bars and things to do. Britney on the front desk was wonderful - so friendly and welcoming, she clearly explained all the facilities of the hotel and let us check in early, which was wonderful as we’d had a very early flight. Sean in the bar was also fantastic and had an excellent personality with great service. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Belfast.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the reception staff to the restaurant staff , bar staff and night porter so welcoming and helpful. A wonderful example of a local Belfast welcome. Well done Ten square. Will definitely return!

The comfort of the room.
Could not enjoy the roof top bar due to a "private pty". Restaurant over bked no option for residents to bk a table. Quality of coffee poor.

Unfortunately we were in an old part that was under construction. Our room had greyed windows so no daylight! Also overall the hotel was very draughty with Doors left open constantly
