Location and staff. The concierge (sorry I didn't get his name!) was so helpful. Nice bars and restaurants attached to the hotel were great as the weather wasn't nice for walking too far!

We had a lovely stay in the triple room, which was delightful and spacious the layout was perfect for us with a single bed and a king-size bed that we're both incredibly comfortable the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay
The breakfast menu was fine, although a bit limited - a serve yourself option with more variety would have been a nice touch .Overall, we would stay again.

The breakfast was delicious.
My friends came from London and the central location of the hotel made it easy to show them around.
The service was very good. My friends had travelled the world and they loved the hotel.

The beds are so comfortable, the rooms were spotless and the Josper bar had great breakfast and dinner as well as a fun atmosphere.
Value car park even with the discount is incredibly expensive. One day was over 40 pounds.

Great location and central for shopping and entertainment venue we attended. Great atmosphere in restaurant and bars. Staff were very welcoming and looked after us very well. Food delicious and cocktails were fantastic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice bar and great restaurant!
The bartenders could have been a bit friendlier! The parking is around the corner and down the street so a tad bit challenging but otherwise fine. Good security!
