Lovely hotel, great central location by the city hall, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean bedrooms. Had a great stay. Even had a view of the city hall from the room!
Mattress was too soft for us but it was fine.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location was fantastic. Beds super comfortable and rooms large. Breakfast was very good and the hotel bars were great with live music . Loved the hotel and staff
Our room looked out to the rear of the hotel and we could hear the constant hum of what sounded like the air con units. Not loud at all and didnt bother us, this was the only thing I could say someone may not like

The staff were very friendly and so helpful, nothing was a bother. Also, the room was excellent, the bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Big room. Nice view. Very comfortable bed.
Coffee is terrible. Thanks to Kate. She brought me real black coffee. Get rid of these horrible “all in one” self service machines!

Great location, nice bar, restaurant & lovely, very helpful staff
Mattress on the bed was very hard so a good nights sleep wasn’t possible. No instructions for the shower, so it was either too hot, too cold or you got a cold rain shower!
