Great location, comfy beds and value for money but it was the little extras like a cookie at reception and hot chocolate, tea coffee etc. in the room and the loveliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Everyone was kind and friendly and happy to help. We’ll definitely be back!
The breakfast was totally ok but not great. We’d have liked a few more healthy options.

The room was very spacious and the bed was phenomenal. I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. The saffron were super friendly and helpful. I have some complex dietary requirements however was greeted with a cookie that was gluten and nut free as well as being vegan and it was delicious. The food served in the restaurant was also very inclusive, even having gluten free vegan cake.
The only negative I can say is that the room was cold when I got into it. However it heated up quick.
