When we arrived we were given a warm cookie each, lovely wee personal touch. Our room was very spacious for the 3 of us we were expecting a sofa bed foe the 3rd person but there was an extra king bed , the bathroom was amazing, there was a bath with shower and also a seperate shower . Location was very central right behind city hall. We enjoyed breakfast and would highly recommend the hotel
Probably could of been a bit more of a buffet selection as other hotels we have stayed at in belfast had a much bigger spread but there really is enough to do you.

I thought the staff were lovely and warm cookies on arrival was a lovely gesture and they were yummy. The room was gorgeous slept like a baby in the big comfortable bed couldnt fault it . Will be bk near xmas so handy to everything.
Couldnt get window open but not a big deal .

The location is perfect and the room was spotless
I have been to 10 Square a couple of times before it became a Hilton and was slightly disappointed this time. It seemed to have lost some of its uniqueness and warmth of welcome.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, helpful, professional. Our room was fantastic and we enjoyed a beautiful breakfast. I would highly recommend.

Easy check in and helpful friendly staff. Bed was comfy.
We needed a last minute room prior to a flight. It did the trick. Close to everything.
The room was very dark. Faced a courtyard with film on the windows. Only over head lighting which was very strange. No bed side lamps or lights.
For this reason it made for a bit of an uncomfortable stay. Lights were so harsh. We couldnt read before bed or have softer light especially given how dark the room was naturally.
