Excellent location to train station and city centre. Staff very pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, we have a menu to choose from. The service staff were all attentive, polite and professional. Every so often, they will top up your coffee or tea.
The interior of the hotel looks new. Everything was very clean.
The location was a little far from the city centre. We took about 20 mins to walk there. This was compensated by the good breakfast, comfortable room and good service.

The property is well cared for, and the staff (James and Kirsty, as well as the breakfast staff) were so friendly and helpful. No request was too much. I would definitely go back there if we visit Belfast again.
I was initially a bit taken aback by the neighbourhood, but I soon overcame this as it actually was fun and safe.

Great little hotel perfectly located between the university and the city centre. Free parking and good value for money. Comfortable room with a very powerful, hot shower. Cracking breakfast cooked to order. Very attentive and happy staff.
