Very Good
Staff superb. Breakfast brilliant. Wet room shower excellent. Free car parking handy although full on our first night.
Our accessible room looked onto a brick wall, and the room itself was smallish for wheelchair users.
No communal areas or facilities, other than dining area for breakfast

Very welcoming hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were immaculate with everything you could want. Very convenient location for Belfast centre and to the railway station. Plenty of places to eat nearby, breakfast was very good too

Excellent location in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the city centre. Clean and comfortable room, friendly and professional staff, and very convenient parking. Breakfast was truly outstanding: a rich à la carte menu with many choices, plus an excellent self-service selection. Overall, a fantastic base to explore Belfast.
Nothing major. The room was slightly warm during the night, but overall the stay was excellent.

Breakfast was great, and excellent value as it was included in the price. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Good shower, with luxury toiletries provided.
Room was hot at night, but better when we opened the windows. The street is quiet so not too much noise from outside.

The hidden gem! Welcoming, clean, light and lovely.
The surrounding area is a little ‘edgy’ until you get into town which is a 10/15 minute walk.
