The property was very clean, rooms were spacious and it was central. The staff were friendly and breakfast was cooked fresh.

Brilliant staff, every one of them, very friendly and efficient.
A delicious and beautifully presented breakfast.
Lovely clean bright bathroom.
Great telly, with streaming.
Very comfortable bed.
Well stocked tea and coffee making facilities, Gold Blend sachets, no less.

Very warm welcome from staff who went out of their way to be helpful, eg we had an early day trip booked and they opened dining room early for us. Early flight home booked and offered to make a 'packed breakfast'.
Hotel was clean and rooms very comfortable.
Nice breakfast choices.
Location in Queens quarter walking distance to most sights.
Whilst location was good for getting to tourist sights, the surrounding streets were not great...full of litter and lots of unsavoury characters. That's not the fault of this nice hotel, but you are paying fairly high price and area doesn't reflect this.

Car parking difficult was jammed in by another inconsiderate driver who only returned later in the day to move their vehicle at their leisure.

the staff at TARA Lodge was excellent the breakfast was exceptional the staff were more than accommodating I don’t know if there was any way they could improve on anything I suppose the only way it would be better if it was free

A very convenient location to stay in Belfast if you were planning on visiting The Titanic Exhibition. We had a comfortable room, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
There was not enough parking and we had to park outside which felt very insecure. Also the view from our room looked over the roof and heating and air conditioning units.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
Bathroom was fairly wheelchair accessible. The Shower was great but there were no grab rails near the toilet for a wheelchair user.
