Very charming hotel in central but quiet location with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast menu goes far beyond the usual toast&eggs (must try their porridge !). Bathroom was super clean and looks recently renovated.
Shower instead of bathtub would be more comfortable.

The staff ,cleanliness and decor fabulous. Slightly noisy, in an area of houses of H M O.

Rooms were generally well equipped including USB sockets. There’s a bath with shower over, plenty of hot water.
No night light in the bathroom so full beam if you need to get up in the night.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Shout out to Karin on reception, Colin and Sinead in the dining room. The chef certainly knows how to cook! Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful friendly staff, amazing breakfast, cooked fresh to order. We even got a room upgrade.
The only issue we had was that our room, on the 3rd floor was too hot overnight. We mentioned it to the staff on checking out, they apologised and advised us they have fans available, so next time we stay we'll get one.

Staff were helpful and friendly. They went the extra miles to inform us, not only about the hotel and its facilities, but provided invaluable information about how to use public transport to reach the places of interest for us. The quaint yet comfortable furnishings had a touch of sophistication about them. We felt special and cared for at this hotel.
The pillows weren’t comfortable! Sorry.
