Good location. Not far from Belfast Main Station. Great location for nearby food places and bars. Amazing friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Very clean room with very comfortable beds.

The staff here were very helpful. It provided free on site parking. The hotel is close to Queen's University and Botanic garden station. You can walk to the street with many restaurants, grocery shops and laundry services. You can take a train directly to the Titanic Quarter, very convenient.

Our friend group of six ladies on a girl's weekend loved everything in this hotel. The service was absolutely wonderful and the staff was amazing. They even made breakfast for the part of our group running the marathon way before breakfast opening times. Every person we met was lovely and attentive. When I was feeling ill, the breakfast staff asked my friends where I was, and I ended up getting breakfast in my room as an extra service. So nice!
The beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. We walked down to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The street was also quiet, so we slept very well even though our room faced the street. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was great!

The staff was delightful and went out of their way to get us settled and make recommendations for dinner, etc.
Breakfast was a really nice surprise and set us up for the day.
Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.
I can't think of anything that was lacking.

The rooms were spotless, and it was quiet, breakfast was good and staff were great
didnt like the location, it is in an student area, HMO's everywhere and then the hotel in the middle of it, the fact parking was a problem and i parked a fair walk away. But the main thing was that there is no restaurant in the hotel. i probably didnt read/see that part of the description about the hotel, as the reviews of the cleanliness were great, so wasnt expecting to go to the pub at the end of the street for dinner. It was a short walk but alot of students out celebrating at 7pm on a monday night wasnt ideal. the hotel was very busy and all guests seems to be happy with the set up, so it must just have been my expectations as i was travelling for work. All that said the hotel was very nice and staff,great.

Hotel staff were great very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Breakfast service by all staff during our stay was first class
Our room was on the ground floor next to the car park, unable to have curtains open due to this, also the room was very warm and being on the ground floor (and for security) not able to open windows very far. Recommend an upper level room.
