We arrived and hadn't paid our deposit as we didn't check the email then wen we tried to phone the number to pay the deposit over the phone noone answered it said the number couldn't be connected..we tried 10 times still no connection or answer ..we were left stranded in belfast as we didn't get to the city till 9pm with no where to stay so we lost our money through no fault of ours

Nothing - it smelled, the door was kicked in, the toilet wouldnt flush, pee stains in bed, marks on walls, back door could not be locked and someone tried to enter the apartment. Customer service was horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Everything could have been better - next time I think ill buy a tent and camp in a boggy field

The standards of the accommodation was very poor! From broken blinds, dirty apartment, next to no cutlery including crockery. The smell of weed constant. Bed was hardly made and uncomfortable with shocking pillows. Dirty bathroom, kitchen and living space! It was certainly not a dream apartment!

Do not stay at Dreams Apartment Belfast – worst experience ever.
We had booked St. Thomas Hall and received a booking confirmation. However, upon arriving in Belfast, there was no Reception nor any person to talk with. we were asked to pay £100. without it no sharing of code to have entry and that too by Bank transfer and no other means like Card or Online. And if not then come to their office and pay cash. We were just stranded for 3 hrs on road in heavy rains with family and luggage and begging these guys to share the code to enter. We booked a cab, spent £40, and went to 64 Obel, only to be told that the deposit was actually £150, meaning we had to pay an additional £50. After booking another cab and spending another £40 to return to St. Thomas, we were informed—without our prior consent—that our accommodation had been shifted to another Dreams Apartment location almost 30 minutes away. This was the horrible thing that has happened. We booked on your platform one hotel and they gave other.
When we refused to move, they started blackmailing us, saying we could cancel the booking and go elsewhere if we didn’t agree. We had no choice but to carry all our luggage and move to the new location, which was completely unfamiliar and far from what we had originally booked.
This was an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience. Please read this before making a booking – it is the worst place to stay

Arrived at the property after receiving a confirmation phone call only 3 hours prior. Took 30mins to get in contact with some type of reception only to be advised that our room was unavailable and that we were being transferred to their sister property "Obel". Once arrived at Obel we had to then pay for parking with Cash as well as the room deposit, only to then be told there is only one key fob for the garage for all guests and need to pick up and return to office each time.
Upon entering the property, the room smelt musty, was extremely dusty and identified that the beds have no mattress or pillow protectors and are covered in stains. Cancelled reservation immediately and left.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and perfect for a couple in easy walking distance or on public transport routes to the city centre.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but that's probably circumstances out with their control.

Was not very clean, could not get through to reception, booking was moved with no notice, didnt feel safe, could hear doors slamming all night, smell of weed coming through bathroom windows, toilet was not even flushed prior to us checking into room. Avoid!

Spacious, nice apartment. plenty of towels and toiletries, full equipped kitchen. Was very handy,the location. Walking distance from Grand Central station, Town hall only 20 min walk,Queens University only 7 min walk. in other case bus stop just outside the building takedown 2 min to drop off. Shops, coffee shops and bars just outside the building. very handy.
Couldn't use kitchen and livingroom (its one area). Unfortunately, maybe people before me smoked over here. (As i dont smoke) the second hand old smell was unbearable in this room. Completely stayed away and avoided to enter. Haven't used any of the kitchen equipment or TV.

Everything, no curtains/blind in the bedroom - other guests were able to look directly into your bedroom, too many items missing as listed on website, torn and burnt floor coverings, faulty lighting, scraped paintwork, dented radiators, worse than budget student accommodation

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding our stay in Apartment 1 this weekend as I still haven’t had a reply on the below email. I have tried calling on numerous occasions but without any luck of a resolution.
The apartment was not as advertised and was in very poor condition:
• The apartment stank of stale smoke.
• Hair was found in the sink, shower, and bathroom floor.
• The carpets were stained and had clearly not been properly hoovered.
• The shower drain was filthy (photos attached) and the shower itself flooded after only a few seconds.
• The bin was broken, and there was rubbish left on the balcony.
• There was an ironing board but no iron, hardly any cooking utensils, no bottle opener, and no hairdryer.
• Noise levels were unacceptable — we could hear every car passing outside, every person walking past talking and every time the main front door banged shut, which was particularly disruptive as we were on the ground floor.
• We were only provided with one very thin toilet roll for a 3-day stay, with no extras available.
We paid £276.96 for 3 nights, which we feel is far too expensive given the unacceptable state of the apartment. Due to the poor conditions, we left after just one night. Our clothes and hair began to smell strongly of stale smoke, making us extremely uncomfortable. As a result, we had to book a hotel for the remaining two nights at an extra cost of £234.
Given the circumstances, we expect a full refund of £276.96, plus the full return of our £100 deposit. If this matter is not resolved by Monday, when we leave Belfast, we will be publishing the attached photos and escalating this further through all available channels.
Please also be aware that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services (including accommodation) must be provided with reasonable care and skill and must match their description. In this case, the apartment clearly failed to meet these legal standards.

The location
I can’t comment on the the Thomas Hall location as at the last minute we received an email to change to Leslie Plaza. This was one apartment in a block of residential and why below the standard of what is shown in the web site
If you like the smell of weed then you will be ok
Cleanliness below average and it took 14 days instead of the 3 to receive my security deposit bank after numerous calls and email

Bad communication form the property. When we eventually got them on the phone they hung up on us . Rang them several more times and eventually got them again and then had to do separate bank transfers of security deposit and fee and also copy of Id. Absolute nightmare as person we got talking to had very bad communication skills . In the end we gave up and booked a different hotel down the road. Would not recommend this place to anyone !!

Good location with a lovely bar/ restaurant over the road. Shop underneath the apartment.
Apartment smelt strongly of stale smoke when we arrived, especially in the bathroom. This remained for the full week end.
Basic apartment booked for 4 adults, we had 3 cups and 1 bath towel between us. 3 of us had to use hand towels to dry after showering.
Couple of small holes in the settee and burn marks on the carpet in one bedroom. Also one of the dining chairs wasn’t used due to the leg being wobbly.
