The location was good, good facilities, spacious.
You have to call 1hr before arrival for key code but couldnt get through for ages, even after arriving at apartment. Not fun standing in the rain waiting to get into a room youve already paid for. No elevator.

The fire doors slam so it can be very loud hearing other guests, a smell of cigarette smoke in every room from previous guests. Still a great location and value for money

Checking was a nightmare . Apartments. Checking in was is via direct with company upon which I was asked to pay another 100 damage/ security before seeing property. Saying we sent you an email after your booking which they didnt. A joke! On our arrival there were 4 other couple could not get access never received security email either! funny that. company would not answer there phone to them some with your kids. Out characters could write book. Avoid!!!
Beware of security/damaged money. Loads of damage with in property which you could be unwittingly caught for. If your nowhere else take photos on your arrival

The company were very helpful with directions and how to access the apartment. The apartment itself was lovely,spacious close to a few bars and restaurants nice apartment
First appearances the apartment looked very clean.it was late when we arrived and stayed for 1 night. The following morning, we saw the quilts on both beds had stains on them.The cutlery drawer didn't open fully. Eventually, we got it open, and there was a cigarette butt in it

On check in we were given an upgrade and were moved apartment block. The property was very nice and had everything we needed and more. Kitchen, diner and sitting room.. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and cupboard with amenities. Spot on.
Minor complaint really that the bathroom was very dimly lit when the door was closed. Needs brighter light bulbs! Everything else with the apartment was fine.
One other thing to mention in this part the check in location is quite some distance away from the 2 apartment blocks on Lisburn road. Its 9 in a taxi, which is fine but we were sent away being told our keys were in a lock box. Details of gates codes and address wrote down but soon noticed we were given no code for a key box and on arrival, we were locked out. Having rang up, were told the keys are in fact in reception and would be sent over within 30mins stood in a corridor, and a few unanswered calls for an update later, they took over 1 hour to come. A member of reception said she will see about some compensation and despite several messages since and told our matter will be passed on to a manager, still we wait an outcome on this.
The situation has not been dealt with very well in my opinion, its lacks due care and its a shame as its the only negative of our 3 night stay. So if youre staying with them, be sure to ask about the keys and codes.

Had paid for 2 nites and the 1st day we arrived there was no hot water so my kids couldn't get showers or us we rang reception few times that nite and they said they would send someone up but never did,so 2nd day we rang again at 9am and it wasn't until around 3pm that someone called out to look at the boiler but the man couldn't fix it said it was to big of a job so he couldn't fix it so another day without a shower for us and lur kids I would like so kind of refund for the two days without hot water facilties

The property was nice however we noticed dirty bedding and rips on the sofa.

When we arrived staff had left dirty laundry at the bottom of the stairs, and when we were heading out a cleaning caddy was left in the middle of the floor. For luxury apartments, I would expect better standards.
The cooker and the ironing board cover was disgustingly dirty.
Apartment didnt come with a full size mirror which again I would expect for a listing classed as luxury.
Requested an earlier check in of 1 hour to help accommodate a reservation however they wanted to charge 20. As an Airbnb host myself Im aware that charges can be applicable but for one hour I think it couldve been waived.. Ive waived fees for guests coming a day early due to their travel arrangements changing so I dont think it was an unreasonable request

Big and spacious apartment with good sized bathroom. Kitchen facilities were good. Price was reasonable compared to others in Belfast. Some good restaurants about a 20 minute walk away.
Dark rooms which made them feel a little grubby. Cobwebs and spiders on ceiling which was unfortunate but thankfully we were only staying for one night! Location is ok but I think was more towards the student district.

To check into the hotel took us over an hour no one would answer the phone call, the apartment had a bad smell out of it, shower was leaking, the beds were stained and one of the beds had bugs in it would not recommend what so ever
