Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive owners
There was an issue with the heating that needs fixing. But we were only there for two nights and were told how to reset the boiler so it wasn’t a huge deal.

The location is ideal for pretty much anybody. 10 minutes walk from Europa Bus Centre, less than a minute from Tesco and a wide variety of pubs.
The apartment itself is larger than I expected from the pictures. It easily accommodates groups of five.
My pals mentioned something about the shower occasionally spitting really hot water from the part where the shower head attaches to the hose, but I never witnessed this myself.

The apartment is really clean, beds really comfortable, spacious there were 5 adults and plenty of room - shower was good. Location was great for bars takeaways and Tesco express right on the corner for supplies. Would go back - 15 minute walk to city centre never used a taxi

The house was very clean, exta towels, the area was wonderful, great bars and restaurants as well as cafés and interesting shops.
Host was also very responsive to messages when anything was needed.
Beds were clean and very comfortable
The electric door lock was a little temperamental as was the hob, but the owner was very helpful, even sending links to better understand the door locking mechanism.

Location was perfect
We had no heat for both days we were there, despite informing the host. She replied to one of 3 Whatsapp messages (that were read) saying maintenance would be in touch shortly but didn't reply again, despite telling her it was still not working. My mother (close to her 70's), my husband and I, in mid February had no heat at all, for 2 full days. And still had to pay full price with no apology offered.
