The appartement is truly a little gem in the heart of Belfast. What a lovely place. The gate before the stairs was really good for the kids 'safety. The appartement is really modern and well equipped. The location was perfect, central but still away from the noise. Special thanks to our guest Tony who was just amazing. Thanks for your kindness and support during our holidays. Instructions to access the property and the parking place were very clear. I highly recommend a stay there , it's perfect for couples getaway or family stay!

Belfast is my home town so I was back for a visit. I wanted to chose somewhere in the centre of the city. The apartment fitted the bill perfectly. Brilliant apartment, great hosts and close to all the amendities.

Great location. Just a few minutes walk from the centre. A Tesco right on your doorstep to get provisions for the flat. Living room so comfortable - felt like home from home. Kitchen supplied with everything you could possibly need. Really can’t fault it at all. A huge shout out to the host, Tony. What wonderful support from start to finish and was always on hand during the stay.
I didn’t find it a problem at all but a heads up for anyone with mobility issues. There’s an external and an internal flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

The location of the property is great - right in the centre and walking distance to all the main attractions (with possible exception of Titanic depending on weather - 45 minute walk) and good restaurants. Inside it is clean, warm and has all the things you want. Shower is one of the best I have experienced in a holiday let - hot and powerful.
As per usual in holiday lets and hotels, the beds are quite soft - this is personal, but I quite like a hard bed. The sofa bed in the living room is a bit firmer than the bed in the main bedroom so that is an alternative. The flat is also up two flights of steep stairs - fine for us and most people, but if you have a lot of luggage, mobility issues or kids who are still pushchair age then probably worth thinking twice (to be fair I think this is clear in the description).

It is in an excellent location for seeing Belfast and its environs. Private parking was great and v close to a Tesco express. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. The link supplied to useful information was excellent.
Would definitely recommend.
No recycling bin but on leaving was told that it is hand with the council.

It was in a great location - we could access everything by walking. The apartment was lovely and homey. There were outlets and USB ports readily accessible and the beds were very comfortable. Tony was always available and responded to messages quickly.
