Lovely hostess. Had not booked breakfast but decided to include it, no hassles. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good working order. Fairly quiet area. Parking okay on the property. Short drive into Belfast (though would get a taxi next time).

The host was very friendly and welcoming - I was greeted at the door and shown around promptly! The room was nice and tidy, smelled fresh and the bed was very comfortable - I slept really well both nights. Cant comment on the breakfast, as I didnt have it (not a breakfast eater!). Ive walked around and the area where the B&B is located is lovely too.

Donna and James are delightful hosts. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, breakfast was outstanding. Quiet location with good choice of restaurants nearby.

Roseleigh House is an absolutely beautiful house decorated with a lot of taste. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. Delicious breakfast! ... and the best was the cosy sitting room. We just spent a whole rainy afternoon in it reading and playing games!

beautiful old style house with all the modern touches.
Donna and James were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make us comfortable and were great with tourist advise. Lovely breakfast every morning. been on holidays for one month now and this was by far the best accommodation we have had.
