Great staff, fantastic breakfast
Room was a bit run down, noise from beneath the door to the adjacent suite, someone smoking on the hallway

Very Good
First time in Belfast, and I am glad that I chose this hotel. Placed in the city center right besides the Cathedral. Around 10 minutes walking to the Town Hall, Victoria Square, and Big Fish. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars around. The room is slightly dated but it has everything you need and quite comfort. More importantly, the price is pretty good.

Location was great, room was comfortable.
The fan on request to substitute for no A/C was extremely noisey, rattled a lot and was not of good quality. Only complaint.

Good
Great location for walking the city. Rooms are nothing fancy but clean and enough room. Good black out curtains in the rooms and hot shower.
Would stay again if in the area.
Breakfast was ok - was your standard stuff, not a huge selection, and pretty basic quality, but was sufficient. If I came back, I wouldn't book breakfast, I'd eat out locally.

Exceptional
Friendliness of all staff
Location perfect for City centre and nightlife
Room generous size, clean- hard floor not carpet.
Breakfast plenty of variety. Sometimes a short wait whitst items were refilled to remain fresh.
Megan D in reception was particularly helpful with advice throughout and nothing was too much. She really made a massive enhancement to our holiday and is an absolute credit to the hotel which was awarded Northern Ireland Hotel of the year 2015. Well deserved.
Nothing
