The location is great. The staff is really welcoming and nice, very helpful and sweet. The taxi booking device in the reception is very helpful and efficient.
There are marks on the bedding. There is a locked door on the wall between my room and the room next door, and I can hear the other people’s conversation very clearly, absolutely not sound proof.

Room was spacious for a family of 3. Location is great as it is closed to Victoria shopping centre.
Parking was not included but there were few car parks nearby

great location just a walk from the bars etc. check in was quick and cleaning staff were lovely.
it was quite warm and there was no air con or fan and the window only opened slightly. While the hotel cannot do anything about the heat maybe during summer months a fan would pipe be helpful.

Easy to find, nice clean, fresh room. Quite small but just what we needed.
Staff were extremely busy but still more than friendly and professional. It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and they left her a lovely card and a box of goodies.

Great location. Helpful staff comfy bed all good .

Breakfast , very disappointed with this coffee tasteless brown water i asked for poached eggs they were raw not a great choice either and dishes weren't topped up regularly enough.
Having said all of the above there was only 1 staff member serving breakfast so that could be why dishes weren't filled up regularly

The location was excellent for exploring Belfast, the rooms were super clean. All of the staff were very helpful.
It was quite warm during the time we were there , which meant the rooms were warm, especially during the night. If there was some AC that would have made the rooms absolutely perfect, however, I'm sure I could have asked for a fan, and that would have worked just as well.
