Gorgeous reception, the room was very comfortable, large and spacious. Works were on during our stay however the team delivered us ear plugs to our room. Their customer service was just great. Buffet breakfast was lovely, at an additional cost. The building was beautiful, great use of a historic building

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some People Simply Leave a Mark on Your Heart ❤️
I want to take a moment to write a very special review for two truly wonderful ladies, Sharmin and Dagmar, at the Voco Hotel Belfast.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I met two people who were so warm, kind, genuine and welcoming.
We arrived on Thursday, 10th September, for what was already going to be an incredibly special and emotional time for me — the Unstoppable Stories 3: The Ripple Effect The Ripple Experience and the launch of our book, bringing together 12 authors and 12 powerful stories from very different walks of life.
Little did I know that two wonderful women working behind the scenes would become such a beautiful part of my experience.
From the moment we arrived, Sharmin and Dagmar went completely out of their way to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble. They welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, and they made us feel genuinely cared for.
The food was absolutely amazing, but honestly, it was the people who made the experience unforgettable.
There is something very special about meeting people who don't just do their job — they put their heart into it. Sharmin and Dagmar did exactly that. Their smiles, kindness, patience and genuine care meant more than they probably realise.
During a journey that has been filled with emotion, storytelling, friendship, courage and the beautiful message of creating ripples of positive change, their kindness became one of those little moments I will carry with me.
Sharmin and Dagmar, you are both an absolute credit to the Voco Hotel Belfast. Please know that you didn't simply serve us food or look after us — you helped make a very important and emotional occasion even more special.
Sometimes we meet people for only a short time, but they leave a lasting impression.
You two certainly did. ❤️

Gorgeous, modern hotel with safe parking.
One minor thing just. No shower caps in the bathroom , this makes a huge difference if we don't want the hassle of washing and drying our hair the next morning, that's it .

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and quiet. Breakfast excellent and a nice relaxing feel about the hotel.
Expensive parking, even though the hotel not right in the centre. Shower pressure poor. Would prefer just a shower rather than the small bath arrangement with shower over it.
