Good location, kind staff, enjoyed the energy saving aspect and comfortable beds , love when water is left in the rooms. LOVED the soap / shampoo / conditioner.
The way the sink faucet is it hits the mirror which is a bit of a design flaw it seems.

The breakfast was outstanding, plenty of choices. The room was a good size and ours included a bathtub to soak. The front desk staff at check-in and departure were all lovely. The wifi was consistently strong. The hotel location was a plus, also.
The thermostat in the room was a little bit temperamental. The restaurant terrace has potential, though it could be better maintained to sit and enjoy a drink at sunset.

It was a good stay there. Room was spacious and tidy. We checked in late . Staff was really cooperative.
We were allocated room at the very far end of floor. It was long walk with a kid from elevator. They charged for parking separately which wasn't mentioned at the time of booking.

Great location, within a mile walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. They offered a breakfast coupon so it was only 10 pounds per day. The room/bed was very comfortable and spacious. The lobby was also very nice; good place to hang out if you wanted to get out of your room for a bit.

Breakfast could have been better. Arrived 9.30 there was no bowls. No croissants left. Scrambled egg looked bad. No eggs on full breakfast. Porridge was nasty ? food otherwise dinner etc was lovely room lovely. Just breakfast could have been better.

Breakfast and dinner in restaurant was a good standard and service was good.
Parking is an additional cost despite their being ample.
Queen bed was 2 singles stuck together, with 2 single mattresses so a bit uncomfortable when you rolled into the gap.
Room looked like it hadn't been hoovered in a while.
Staff member was very rude when I tried to order room service over the phone. Insisted I used the app and hung up despite being told moments earlier by reception I could order over the phone. Menu on the app wasn't the same as menu left in the room.

A very good location - you can walk to the centre within 15 minutes.
Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
The carpet in the room hasn't been vacuumed for quite a bit. There were some new clothes labels and clippings left by the previous guest. And they weren't hidden under the bed.

Mattresses were incredibly comfortable, the front desk staff was very friendly, there were a few security guards present on the weekend, it was in walking distance of St. George’s market, the river walk and city Center.
The ticket system with the parking lot was confusing and had us continuously getting new tickets and turning tickets in. Seems like they could’ve given the guest one pass for the whole stay. We had take-out one night, asked to sit at the table in the lobby, but we’re denied that. I know they were trying to maintain their upscale atmosphere, but it seems like there could be a way to allow that and not let that get out of hand.
