Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, staff were friendly. New start on the reception when we checked in was great to chat to.
Building was a little noisy during the night. We got charged £8 tray charge despite saying it was free but got refund anyway

Great breakfast n evening meal staff very friendly, nice to sit outside having a drink in de sun.best location for parking on site 5min walk to St George market city centre .Hard to beat ❤️.

Comfortable bed, great breakfast with reasonably good access to city centre area for food & drink
Hotel bar staff need to be a little more engaging, I stood alone at empty bar with out aknoladgement for 4 mins whilst staff poured drinks for guests sitting in lounge area. A simple "with you in a moment" or "are you being attended to" doesnt much

Hotel was lovely. Reception and bar staff very friendly. Room very comfortable.
Location great and bonus to be able to park at hotel at a reduced rate.
Breakfast staff not engaging.
Some hot food missing. We were there after 9am
no sausages or mushroom available.
I waited several minutes to ask chef for more as he as chatting to manager.

Nice big rooms and comfy beds
Service and food in the restaurant was below par with absolutely no ownership of the problems. Staff in their restaurant were uninterested and unhelpful
