A rare 10/10 from us, a really pleasent stay.
Really good breakfast and food in the bar.
Ample free hotel parking, only 15 mins from the town by regular bus
Nothing really not to like.

Very Good
I booked an apartment which is located outside of the hotel building. It was OK, had everything needed - as in the pictures.

Pleasant
The location is excellent, just a short drive into the city centre, or a short walk to some independent shops and cafes on the Lisburn Road.
Our room in the Residences was too hot, even with three open windows - which meant we had a lot of road noise. The room and bathroom were not clean enough - I felt they had a quick clean - but quite a bit of dust - some things require more time and effort to clean

Disappointing
We booked in the main building but were accommodated opposite in “residential” extension. This one had small windows, which we weren’t able to open, we suppose for security reasons but is was very hot and no AC available. The bathroom had no windows at all. We wanted to relax in the bar outdoor but it was fully occupied by an external party group which partied until late at night. Even opposite of the main hotel building we couldn’t sleep. We believe for what we paid one could have expected more, also because the location wasn’t central at all.

Good
The hotel was lovely. Situated on a quiet tree lined avenue, with free parking, and a tour bus stop right outside.
All of the staff members we met were warm, professional, and very helpful.
The food in the bar was good, and the choice at breakfast was excellent.
We stayed in one of the self catering units, which, although clean, was nowhere near as nice as the hotel itself.
Our apartment was very basic, and had minimal cutlery, crockery and equipment generally. This made self catering quite difficult.
All 3 interior doors wouldn't shut, one of the TV remotes was missing, and the shower was noisy and didn't work properly.( We did report the faulty shower.)
Also, looking at the photos shown on the website we were expecting a bath rather than a shower anyway.

Good
Duvet on the bed was way too heavy. short be a light duvet at this time of the year. The other issue was despite taking a deposit for extras that I would have during my stay, when I went to charge my room, I was told that this deposit didn't exist. Despite showing it on my banking app, I was still treated as if I was in the wrong. When they eventually went away to check it, it transpired it was an error on their end. However I received no apology.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was clean welcoming and value for money on the price we secured
May want to consider air con although it wasn’t really an issue .

Very Good
The staff were excellent, room spacious and breakfast was decent.
I found the synthetic pillows a bit uncomfortable and sweaty. They do not provide a toilet brush, (though on request, they did find one).

The location, parking lot & staffs are great
Faucets are hard to wash hands or face because cold water is separated from hot water.
