The hotel is in a nice location and the room was lovely and spacious. Beds were comfortable.

There was a nice ambience about the place. Staff were friendly. It was in a very handy location. The room was excellent-comfortable, warm&beautiful bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Fantastic. Excellent location. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast perfect.
Churlish, but shower heat adjuster not working. Plus, only 1 glass n 2 cups in kitchen. Did not impact on fantastic experience.

We were in a room on the 3rd floor with a sloping ceiling and as my husband is 6ft 3ins he has
a few head bangs. I would certainly notify the hotel in the future of this to ensure we get a
room on a different floor to avoid this problem.

Excellent location. Bus stops in both directions. Hop on/ off bus stop outside the door. Just make sure to book the right company (we found out the hard way). Robert on reception was v pleasant as were the other staff. Comfy room. Beautiful hotel. Would stay again. Good breakfast, some things were left out too long (cheese) though. And more cups needed. People had to use paper cups, me included, which feels a bit odd in a 4 star hotel. Ask for a kettle if you drink tea
A minor, and only v minor I think we had an access room which meant there was a bright fire exit sign in the room above a separate exit door. On the plus side our room, bathroom in particular, may have been bigger (twin) as the bathroom was v spacious. Housekeeping cupboard outside our door and I was woken early both mornings by clanking mop buckets.

Could not get any sleep due to extreme noise from commercial fans on the roof outside our bedroom window when I called reception they offered me earplugs. !!! It was like trying to sleep beside the engine room of a ship Terrible. Staff didn’t seem too concerned when I told reception in the morning
