All the staff were lovely, but I particularly remember Maria on the front desk. Nothing was a bother, and she is very well suited to a difficult industry.
Breakfast was amazing, it's so well done compared to a lot of hotels.

Room was big - bathroom nice, bed comfortable.
The room over all was full and old furniture , we stayed in the suite and it was not what it looked like in the picture.

The hotel itself is lovely in term of foyer, bar and dining room. It is also is located in a great location to the Lisburn and Malone Road areas of Belfast. There is also ample parking behind the hotel.
My mother and I stayed in the hotel’s apartment across the road, as we wanted the additional space whilst other family members stayed in the main hotel. Unfortunately, we regretted that decision to chose the apartment.
On arrival, the apartment felt musty and there was no sense that it had been freshly cleaned. The bedroom carpet was stained, the windowsills (x3) in the kitchen/living area was covered in what appeared to be breadcrumbs, and there were strands of human hair stuck to a chair in the bedroom. I reported these issues to the hotel.
More generally, the apartment felt very tired and dated and is badly in need of refurbishment. I mentioned this at reception the following morning, not so much as a complaint but simply as an observation about the condition of the accommodation. I was told that this was “reflected in the price”. I found that a rather disappointing response. A lower price may reflect older or more basic accommodation, but it should not mean compromising on cleanliness.
Overall, I would stay in the main hotel given its positives but would select a bedroom in the main hotel . Given the condition and cleanliness of the apartment, I would not choose to stay in the apartments again.

Not too near city centre but walkable. Lovely hotel, food is great and bar is lovely.

This hotel was everything we need for a very relaxing break to Belfast. We were greeted by Robert at reception, he is very charming and fantastic at his Job. He definitely will go far and I hope the management appreciate just what a good job he does. To be fair all off the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was definitely very pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.
