Idea location, waiters and receptionist was lovely.
Our particular room was not up to standard. A very strong smell that made my partner and I feel slightly nauseous and get headaches. We soon found out they replaced a glass pain and the smell must have been the sealant. With no windows there was no proper ventilation

Beautiful old building and pleasant staff. Complimentary drinks at the bar if you don’t require a daily room service - great incentive. Bed was extremely comfortable. Walkable distance for both the Titanic exhibition and the city centre.
There was some kind of music concert nearby that reverberated through the hotel, so just check you're not in rooms facing the road if these events occur during your stay.

Excellent location. Historic building, one of the oldestnin belfast. Hugeeee room. Nice staff. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel was lovely and staff went out of their way to help. It was our 49th wedding anniversary and husband's70th birthday earlier in the year and on arrival to our room we were made to feel very special and on our last night, again we were made to feel special too. Food, although not cheap was excellent. Well positioned for city and titanic quarter. Would definitely stay again if we have a return visit.
Cannot think of anything that would improve this hotel.
