The breakfast wasn't great to be honest - the coffee machine gave out an awful cafe mocha and a not too great cappachino. The eggs benedict also wasn't great.

Very nice hotel right next to the cathedral quarter. Modern and funky decor, lots of fun. Large room with comfortable king size bed. Very quiet even though we overlooked main road. Large clean bathroom.

Everything!! Great hotel. After a horror story in another hotel, we were urgently looking for another hotel who would allow pets. Malmaison welcomed us with open arms! The room was sublime and clean (and there was even a little surprise for my four legged pal), the food ans restaurant amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. We really felt at home at Malmaison! Definitely recommend!

Location and the beds are so comfortable
I left my childhood teddy behind in the room, but they couldnt find it. Gutted is an understatement :(

The room was very comfortable - it was a bit dark but the building was old and had small windows. The bathroom was adequate a bit tired. Staff were excellent very friendly helpful and knowledgable. Bar was cosy and very comfortable, I did not use the restaurant as the bar was better for me as I was traveeling alone. Good variety in menu.. Good choice for breakfast freshly cooked much better than a buffet.

Rooms were lovely with a dressing gown which was very useful. Very comfortable bed and bathroom had great shower. Staff very helpful.
Just a small thing but the menu just wasn’t to my taste.

The decor was nice
The temperature gauge in the room did not seem to work, i.e the room was far too far so we turned the gauge down in different increments and it did not make a difference. There was also a strong smell of bleach on arrival and then the next morning in the corridors a strong smell of human waste.
