Good location. Bus stop for 600 bus to GB City airport just round the corner. Helpful reception staff. Tea & coffee making facilities in room.
Unimpressive hallway/entrance given the grandness of the building. Tiny reception desks. Whole hotel was painted in dark oppressive colours.
Mattress protector under the bedsheet had blood stains on it. (Room 208)
Room not available until 3pm even though the hotel wasn’t busy. No minibar.

The hotel was charming, the staff, the room, the decor, the breakfast (DELICIOUS), the bed/pillows SUPER comfy… everything was more than I expected. I adored this hotel!
The view over the car park wasn’t scenic, but the room was quiet

Staff were amazing! On arrival we were talking to another guest at reception. The receptionist, Jose, overheard us saying that it was my birthday and gave us cocktail vouchers with our key. Very thoughtful.
Nothing!

Disappointing
Room: bed was comfortable, loads of pillows.
Dark, poorly lit. Window consists of 2 windows, an inner PVC window and an outer wooden window. The outer window was open and I had no access to close it despite requesting this happen. The room as therefore cold and noisy.
Bar area: dated and uncomfortable. Bar man stated "I am not the bar man and I am slow. It will take me ages to get to you".

Very Poor
The bed was comfortable and the location was great.
The housekeep was excellent BUT the hotel needs to close until it is refurbished, dirt, mould, rush, broken fawcets, dirt in the corridors. Leaky toilet. Staff are to busy doing admin to even say hello. The nighttime staff were good.

Why have Cumberland sausages when you are in Belfast - surely it needs to be an Ulster Fry with local produce. Bit of insult there. Eggs benedict was very good. Why do Belfast hotels put the staff with the least personality and friendliness on reception? The directors of first impressions surely. Peter the house keeping guy was exceptionally friendly and brilliant at his job. Actually the most memorable part of the visit. Train staff to be friendly and they will be more motivated by the response that they receive.
