Disappointing
The location was convenient and the outside is nice
The room decor was extremely poor and borderline weird, terrible value for money and reminded me of a teenagers bedroom. Moreover the room was small and small details like gunk along the bath/shower and dust in the corners made it worse.

Very Good
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was great. Location was perfect.
The room was super hot even with a fan going. The hallways were dark. Found a false eyelash in the bathroom. Pillows were covered in a plastic case under the pillow case. The breakfast although great was a little on the expensive side. They advertise parking but it is in a parking garage about 5 mins away and they offered a discount.

Pleasant
The location was great, the bar staff were really excellent and attentive. The front desk staff were good
It was a hot weekend and there was no air conditioning. Of the 4 rooms we had 2 rooms didn’t get the bed made. One room had a flood from the toilet above. And for £200 a night it was very poor value in terms of service for money

We stayed here to go to a concert in the SSE arena, it was so convenient with it being walking distance to the gig, and close to food places to get something to eat on the way.

Great location, had everything you wanted. Decor a little tired but only staying, not buying it so didn’t really matter
Nothing really apart from decor being a little tired

Disappointing
Location good. Car parking poor location should be a deal with the car park right behind the hotel not across a busy road to the one they use. Doesn’t make any sense when there is a car park right behind the hotel
Bedroom was cold and in need of a refurb

Wonderful
Breakfast was excellent. I don't normally bother with it, but couldn't resist it each day.
