Why have Cumberland sausages when you are in Belfast - surely it needs to be an Ulster Fry with local produce. Bit of insult there. Eggs benedict was very good. Why do Belfast hotels put the staff with the least personality and friendliness on reception? The directors of first impressions surely. Peter the house keeping guy was exceptionally friendly and brilliant at his job. Actually the most memorable part of the visit. Train staff to be friendly and they will be more motivated by the response that they receive.

Nice bar, good location
Tiny room, very noisy. Woke up at 5am by staff moving furniture for about 1 hour. Breakfast was massively overpriced and then got the order wrong. Staff not very friendly. Was expecting so much more but left very disappointed

Very Good
Well appointed, comfortable and superbly located.
No air conditioning - and it was hot! Opening the window didn't help because of the noise outside early on a Saturday morning.

Staff were excellent, great value for money. Beautiful building, comfortable bed. good sized mini fridge
Cleanliness of bathroom, there were issues with the sink and bath tub. When cleanliness was raised with reception, it was improved

I booked for my wife's birthday and it ticked every box. Quirky and spacious. The food was so so nice. I had asked for a box of chocolates and a non alcoholic drink for her celebration and they didn't disappoint. We will be back.
We didn't stay long enough. Not the hotel's fault.

The location was great, the staff were very pleasant and the rooms were very clean
I know not fault of the hotel as we were having warm weather but the rooms were very hot making it very difficult to sleep. The rooms are also very noisy we could hear every step the room above us took. I love my breakfast and was quite disappointed with it.

Comfy bed and excellent location. Room was big. There was an electric fan which was good because it was extremely hot.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and they could not give us a different room because it was booked up. they did not offer any discount or anything else. On check out we were not asked if everything was OK with our stay. I am glad we didn't pay more for the room and I would not stay again because of this. Everything else about the hotel seemed fine and I am guessing we were just unlucky that someone had clearly been smoking in the room just before we got there.
