Very Poor
The bed was comfortable and the location was great.
The housekeep was excellent BUT the hotel needs to close until it is refurbished, dirt, mould, rush, broken fawcets, dirt in the corridors. Leaky toilet. Staff are to busy doing admin to even say hello. The nighttime staff were good.

location was excellent
room was far too hot. Also there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the drain in the shower tray there was also an issue with the hot tap for the shower - it kept falling off which meant it was really difficult to get the correct temperature

Wonderfully staff. José at the front desk was exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable about the are. We had a wonderful meal and Shelby went above and beyond for us. The bar staff was very helpful and made my wife nonalcoholic cocktails so she could partake in the festivities even though she doesn't drink alcohol.
There is nothing that I would change.
