Wonderful
Beautiful building with really nice rooms. Location is great, right in the centre of Belfast. Around a two minute walk from Victoria Shopping Centre and City Hall is a 5 minute walk.
Room could of been slightly bigger but overall no complaints

Location is good. Building is nice. Bar is good with helpful staff
Like a few other malmaison’s I’ve stayed in it is now quite tired and almost shabby in parts. Room was cramped

The room was very 'tired'. We upgraded to a club deluxe room but it wasn't very deluxe so asked for a refund on the upgrade which was honoured.

Breakfast and location are excellent
Poor lighting in room to the annoyance of my wife when getting ready. Although still able to be closed, the window in our room was hanging off a hinge which wasn't great. I also had 2 x £50 gift cards which were only a few weeks out of date. I had no way of knowing this as it was a present and when mentioned to the manager it was a flat out no to any suggestion of extending it. I appreciate that's company policy but as I was only presented with the gift cards and didn't know there was a time limit I thought it could have been handled differently

Right beside tetto and rattlebag. Very central. Lovely big rooms
Lift didn’t work and staff weren’t aware. Lift wouldn’t move up past second floor and kept stopping. Emergency button on lift doesn’t connect to reception

Beautiful hotel, our room was so spacious and clean, and bed was huge and so comfortable. It was my friend’s birthday and they’d left drink vouchers in our room to enjoy at the bar, how thoughtful and lovely. Thank you
