where the hotel was located and the view
The cost of the breakfast. The teas and coffees refills are not brought up to your room, you have to go down to reception to get them. There was not a variety of TV channels. Some hotels offer netflix and there was no bath. Biscuits were not replaced, even though these were requested and there was no fan in the room.

The location is really great for seeing all the major sites in Belfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were the best I have used at a hotel in Ireland/Northern Ireland by a long shot.
Only minor complaint is the nearest parking lot is a 5-10 walk away as opposed to being attached to the hotel.
