Wonderful
The excellent central location. Also the breakfast was the best I have had in a chain hotel. Everything cooked to perfection, and a great variety on offer.
Not a fault of the hotel, but there is building works taking place beside the building. If you are unlucky to get a room on that side do not expect a lie in.

Its great central location and the staff are very good its relaxing just to be in the surroundings of the hotel.
Only thing I would say is when having a shower you had to climb over into the bath and even through there are rough surfaces in the bath to stand it is very slippery and would have needed a shower mat for the floor of the bath

Pleasant
The breakfast was good but the same every day with only scrambled eggs no choice of eggs and pastries were poor!
Room was small, only 1 member of staff on reception which proved busy.

Wonderful
We arrived at the hotel at 8am to drop off our bags and was really surprised and delighted that we were able to go to our room then. Sinnaed on reception was superb. Gave helpful information and was so pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Can’t complain about anything. Hotel was lovely and in good location.

Wonderful
The hotel is central, once I got my bearings the area was easy to navigate.
Room was clean & beds comfortable.
The reception staff were fabulous and very helpful.
Parking was brutal to get to with the car. Not the hotels fault that roads were closed, but they should have known.

Good
Great central location. Air conditioned room on a very hot few days. Decent amenities in the room - tea tray, shower gel etc.
Dark, small room. Very dirty window meaning I couldn’t see outside well making it feel a bit claustrophobic. The room was a bit tired - scuffed walls, pieces of the ceiling coming off above the shower.
