Two lifts were out of action on the final day. But good stairs so not a problem.

Great location. Great breakfast - but if you came down late for breakfast - it was exceptionally busy & little breakfast choice left.
The bed & pillows - I felt were not comfortable. The shower was very poor & sometimes only a trickle of water came out of the shower. Water not very warm ! One light did not work in the bedroom ! Poor as it was a reading light.

Location is very good, nice and quiet hotel also clean breakfast was nice but not the eggs
No parking u can park in a car park very close but it’s paid parking, the hotel give a discount for it but still quite expensive.

Very central, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Quick lift service, nice atmosphere, nice staff.
Fees like a chain but it is so nothing to be done about that! Breakfast was good but choice was just ok. Only one type of eggs, coffee from machine was 5/10, items kept running out so I didn’t get all the things I wanted and was in a hurry so couldn’t wait around for staff to replenish.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful.
Our friend’s room not ready on arrival. A problem with the electrics in our room - but the latter was sorted out very quickly.
