Perfect place for a 1 night stay quiet and clean room with great self service check in a nice area
near Belfast University and a lovely walk into the city if you like walking
The room I was in had a attic window which could not be open due to it been broken so to get air into the room I had to leave the door of the room open and on a occasion a alarm went off on the door lock that went on for about 10 minutes and even annoyed the people in the next room but other than that the place was perfect

The location was excellent. Access to the city center was less than a 15 min walk. Free parking was available on University Road all weekend. Access to the building and our room was simple with the codes provided.
Constant noise from the heating system in room 2, loud enough to wake us.

It had a bed
Woke up many times during the night to what we believe were rats clawing around the roof/walls. We found from looking outside the window that there was a hold in the roof with slate damage where they might have gotten in. Didn’t sleep well at all because of the sound.
No photos of the room given in my booking. Was nothing like the photos listed.
Mould in bathroom with mouldy smell. Dirty toilet brush upon arrival.
Dusty toilet/bedroom, floor under bed not clean. Hairs around the space.
Blind is completely useless, it is the incorrect blind for a slanted window, if you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by sunlight as you cannot shut the blind.
