Walking distance to places of interest
Bad mattress, slept on top of the duvet. Clean towels smelled like they were dried next to a kitchen vent. Not very clean, odd bathroom smell. Street noise was quiet but internal walls paper thin, very loudly heard every neighbour’s conversation and movements.

Wonderful
Great location, nice, quiet, and safe. I liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, shower was great, very efficient with instructions for door etc and good communication. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
Only one small thing - the two small wall lights either side of the bed weren't working or at least I couldn't find any separate switch to turn them on.

Very clean , Smart TV with YouTube Netflix in room , hot showers with towels ,very comfortable bed ,tea coffee with a kettle in the room , a big plus was the kitchen with a cooker and oven fridge freezer cutlery plates cups provided

The only real pro of this stay was the location.
Not clean (dirt on walls, old contact lenses on the floor, shower head in need of cleaning, towel stained). Only one (again, stained) bath towel even though the booking was for two people. One hand towel provided, also stained. Provided soap/shampoo mostly empty bottles of very low quality. It was also very loud - the walls are super thin. I attempted to contact the property three different ways on the day prior to arrival (WhatsApp, email and phone call) and never received a response - though I have received multiple requests later to leave a review, so here we are.

death by emails . The operator of this business flooded me with unecssesary emails and asked for payment AFTER I had already paid booking.com . unsettling experience .

30 min walk to/from Belfast GCS. Room was very clean and thoughtfully supplied. Access was easy. Communication with the hotel with easy and "clerk" was very polite and responsive.
Room 3 bed was horrible; felt every spring in the mattress.

There were people coming and going until well into the early hours of the night. As there are no staff based at the property there wasn’t anyone around to ask them to be quiet.
