It was very clean, modern room.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the included breakfast wasn’t very good. There was food missing constantly and there were no mugs or cups for a cup of tea. Despite requests for mugs they weren’t brought out and eventually we found some in a cupboard!!

Room was ok had a lovely meal on Friday night ,and the breakfast was tasty next morning
Staff in the bar seemed quite indifferent when I ordered a drink twice, one other goy came on and he was very nice, and served straight away, but the girl behind the bar didn't want to interact with me, I felt she despised me for being disabled.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, stains on the mattress and sheets as well as the carpet and towels. Breakfast wasn’t great

Excellent location.
Breakfast was badly organised. Ran out of various items, took ages to cook more. Tables not cleared so had to wait for a table. Coffee machines x3 weren’t working, when all they needed was more milk.

Comfortable and clean. Good location, quiet. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly.
The room felt a bit dated when compared to the rest of the hotel, but it wasn’t an issue.

Cleanliness of the hotel and location
Was very disappointed in staff interaction. Bar staff were not at all friendly, in fact older barman seemed to be hitting on younger bar maid. They were more interested in interacting with each other.
Breakfast staff much the same alot of tables used and then left unattended with dirty dishes left. Had to clean off a table myself. Breakfast itself was ok but could have been hot.
Housekeeping very friendly and reception staff friendly.

Comfortable room cosy. Location is right beside the Opera house. Reception staff Male was very friendly and welcoming.
Didn't like the male barman changing prices all night. We got the same drinks all night and the price kept going up. Very strange.
