Location was excellent. Room reasonably comfortable
Quality of breakfast verged on inedible. Bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes all cooked in excessive amounts of oil No water in rooms Ridiculously expensive for very average quality

The location was great really close to everything but far enough out it was loud at night.
No air conditioning in the room so at night it was hot. Check in was a little bit of annoying as I was sharing with a friend who checked in first and when I arrived at the hotel to check in had to chase said friend so he could say it was ok for the reception to make me a keycard even thou the booking was in my name and I had paid for it.

Staff front of house were excellent Thank you to duty manager Alex who dealt with a small issue with great service
Breakfast was at times understaffed. Tables not cleared and food not replenished at peak times. One staff member was clearly stressed and rude when I asked for poached eggs and he refused - he let the other amazing team members down.

Location, very central and 5mins from train. Nice staff. Large room. Good shower pressure
Dated building. No USB charging in rooms. No drinking water in room. Dirty old kettle. Only rainhead shower, no shower cap for partner. Hotels should have these basics. Bad lighting in bathroom
