Room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was excellent and very clean. Had everything we needed for 1 night. Bed was comfortable. Great location to bars and restaurants, short walk to Victoria Square. Check-out was simple, the girl at the desk was helpful and sorted the ticket for the car park.
Girl at check-in desk wasn't overly friendly, very quiet to the point we thought somethingwas wrong with the booking.

Scarlet a member of the staff working the bar area, was above and beyond helpful. The rooms were spotless and the beds the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. The hotel is ideally located for everything. I would recommend it and I would stay again.
The only downsides were the toilet in the bedroom was very temperamental and difficult to flush. The bar closed at 12.30pm even for residents, that was disappointing.

Spacious and clean room, fantastic location to the train station and city centre.
As all accommodation, a bit pricey for two nights...and we did not have breakfast included.
