Excellent location. 5 minutes walk from bus station and close to city centre for exploring this Lovely city.
Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel nice and clean and very near to the city.
Breakfast was cold for the 3 days we were there had to get the porridge heated up in the microwave and my wife had the fry up and cold and other people said same. The evening meals not to bad but the staff very slow to get anything and when I asked for vinegar for my fish and chips I was told we don't do vinegar. So not overly happy but the breakfast needs to be addressed.

Very nice breakfast. Room is large and nice. There are a bath tube, which is great.
The room fitted carpet had some stains. The bath tube had some rust spots and there was a long hair.
The price for a weekend was quite high.

Excellent location. Outstanding breakfast and such a great choice. Very helpful reception team. Nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast staff need to clear plates away. One day they didn’t clear them for ages and I saw a member of staff just walking around the breakfast food area!

The bed was comfy
The pillows were too hard. The toilet didnt always flush properly. Weak pressure.
Breakfast 'hot' food buffet was not even hot, nor touching warm! Had to get my porridge heated up! Beans, eggs cold. Disappointing.
Wouldn't even say front of house was overly friendly!

Staff were very friendly.
Great location.
For £200 for one night for one room and not to include breakfast in the price. The facilities in the room are also pretty: no smart tv to screen from your phone app, a very shallow bath tub. It’s just very dated.
