Room very spacious and clean , staff lovely
Everyone in the queue was getting checked in early at 9 with there rooms ready I asked if ours was and I was told to go back for 3 after I had previously asked about paying for early check in , we were exhausted after our flight

Friendly helpful staff +++, location, comfort, lovely friendly and efficient hotel, will stay again but maybe not eat there.
Queuing for breakfast was crazy (20 minutes wait for a table) and then very little choice - ran out of eggs, cheese, fruit, orange juice, jam and very slow to replenish. Ran out of large plates and cups. Had breakfast first morning but not the other two as we had trains to catch and didn't want to miss them. Evening meal choice was very poor and one male staff member surly to everyone. I saw him bring starter courses and main courses together to two adjacent tables who were not happy with that, I was shocked.

Breakfast was excellent and diverse, especially for my vegetarian husband. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great for all of the central Belfast sights.
The only problem was there were a few stains on the duvet (underneath the cover) and on the curtains. The room got hot quickly but the aircon worked great.
