Very Poor
Naiomi, the staff member, is on reception
1st manager when I arrived was
asked about were to get champagne. He's like we are reception."""" We take nothing to do with that room awful bath tiny ,bed hard very noisy ,couldn't sleep travelled all the way from the isle of Arran in Scotland bar closed with no warning after 11 went out was there to see a concert whilst travelling to see my Dad on the other side of Ireland reception got me a taxi i paid 300 up front taxi driver then got me to put money in his car then stopped at a resting place driver said he he was going to the toilet so I kindly went in to get us both a sandwich and drinks he dissappeard I went back in contacted staff who then got me a manager luggaged was left outside (bearing in mind how far i d travelled from i was left stranded no idea were I was frightened travelling alone ) then the manager from were i was left came to help was so kind bless him advised I call the hotel the hotel.had the taxi driver there with my money i advised them not use the money to pay him .They tell me to call the gardia, which I dont know how yo do.The man from wherever I was left got me a nice taxi driver to the train station, thankfully, I usually stay in 5 star hotels and I now and again stay in a little one recommended i have never in my life been treated to or spoken to so wrong and for no reason by any establishment ive lived in this was a 1st how ever I will be reporting these people and it won't put me off bellfast ,what a horrible place with the rudest people except from Niomi who checked me in I never even slept in the bed worst place ever I would advice no one to go there especially on there own .

Pleasant
Very good breakfast, good dinners, pleasant helpful staff but not enough snacks on offer for me.
Room not warm enough for me and the hot water took far too long to reach the bathroom, some repair and paint needed to the service riser cover.

Fair
We have stayed in this hotel a few times , the same time of year. The hotel location is great for going to the Panto in the Grand Opera House. The family room was comfortable
The main complaint which I had the last time but those time its worse is the breakfast. Absolute chaos. Long queues , waiting on tables. I spoke with one of the waitress she said there was only 3 staff on . There should have been alot more. No juice available, coffee machine not working. No cutlery , having to continously wait for a clean cup. Food quality was not great. One toast machine in operation for such a big number of people. Very disappointing service. When you pay alot for one night B+B you expect better service. Hopefully Management will make changes but I think I wrote similar on my last review for this hotel so things hvnt improved
