Central , staff where excellent! Clean. Also was my mother’s 70th Birthday and the guy out of reception went above and beyond to make the occasion epic ! Thank you
Only thing I can say is the room was cold , however I did ask reception to address this and they brought a heater up which took the chill off the room .

The room was great. Very comfortable, iron was spotless. The staff were lovely, we’d definitely go back.
Very minor but the toilets on the ground floor behind reception the cubicles the toilets needed a deep clean.

How close it was to all the places we went
On Booking.com we picked a specific room for us and then when we got there they told us that all of those rooms were full and that the app offered us a wrong room so i paid for specifically a big room with one double bed and a sofa bed, but ended up getting a room with just a big bed. So that was quite disappointing
