It was close to the city centre and only 5 minutes walk away from the main bus and train station Close to some good restaurants The breakfast was very good
Unfortunately the tv kept losing it’s signal The bar was low on stock with no draft beer

Breakfast was the best part of our stay. Plenty of variety and good value for money.
Thought the room was a bit small for 3 adults. One of the ladies thought the bed wasn't that comfortable.

Very clean, accessible. Extremely comfortable.
If I was being picky. Maybe do with a new bath. All the beer taps were empty in the bar

Disappointing
The location perfect for city to explore Room clean and comfy
This was our 3rd visit and what a disappointing return. The service was only passable The bar had no stock all draught taps were empty, the beer fridges very low stock and soon ran out, wine ran out, no vodka, tonics, lemonade very poorly managed bar, clearly this was a let down for guests and the poor girl behind the bar was left there to sink with embarrassed of saying no sorry constantly. Hotel really needs to review the management and structure. Also there was vomit in the ladies toilets as you walked in the two doors and all over a cubicle clearly no one checks this area regularly. After this return I will not be recommending the Leonardo or returning, try another hotel next time we return to Belfast

Very spacious room, big comfortable bed, large sofa and desk area. The staff member on the front desk was so friendly. Allowed us to check in early, which was so kind and really appreciated. The location is great - very central, easy walk to City Hall, Grand Central Station etc. Front desk was also 24hr, so we could check out easily at a very early time. We could take a bus from nearby Grand Central back to the airport.

Location and room was clean
Bar was very unlimited no drinks to purchase how a busy bar in hotel had no stock to sell and bar staff seemed under trained , they might as well of had no bar at all very disappointed
