The rooms were clean
The staff hadn't a clue in the restaurant or bar. Half set tables, running out of mayonnaise the whole weekend, no cups, forks or glasses at the breakfast buffet. We had to ask for everything. Bar staff didn't want to be there. It was a bother for him to serve anyone..no work in him at all. Great location but so much more money could be made in alcohol and food sales if it was managed properly. I would stay there again on a room only basis.

We really liked the hotel’s central location, especially because it was very close to the Christmas market we came to visit. The room was tidy and clean, and overall very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The only downside for us was the breakfast. It was okay, but it could have been a bit better. We stayed at the same hotel chain in Glasgow and the breakfast there was much, much better, so our expectations were a little higher.
