The location was very good right beside the train station, the cost was quite good is well.
Facilities were good however if they put a fridge and a safe in the room it would be much better, plus if they switch the sockets and upgrade them to USB ones beside the bed would be very good also.

Bedroom was comfy
The breakfast the next morning was chaotic to say the least no cutlery was available had to ask staff, plate's where not available either, was very disorganised, very disappointed, when we eventually sat for breakfast it was Luke warm,

It’s a good location. The hotel was clean. The room was good and clean and the bed very comfortable.
To start the bar bad selection of drinks no cocktails didn’t have the ingredients to make them. Breakfast the next morning staff don’t seem to be trained properly (took room number and said nothing had to get our own table didn’t explain anything) food cold tables not cleaned off staff walking around no forks or knives no cups to get coffee people waiting near ten minutes to get clean cups very disappointed.

The location was perfect as we were there to do some retail therapy, the staff were excellent, and very reasonably priced, we will definitely be back
Everything was fine, I thought the room could do with a little updating and maybe a little more dusting
