I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Belfast. The location was spot on. We walked no longer than 15 minutes to everywhere we visited whilst staying there and it was only a 5 minute walk to grand central where we got off our bus from the airport. The hotel itself is clean and modern and the reception staff were really polite and welcoming.

The location is perfect, very central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, high quality, and very reasonably priced. It’s rare to find such great value with such amazing taste. What stood out the most, though, was the staff — incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made the whole experience even better.

The room. The staff and breakfast.
I had booked an executive double room and I didnt know it came with a 1pm check in. When we arrived at reception this was not told to us and we were asked to come back at 3pm. I only found out about the 1pm check in when I went to the room. Also two bars of chocolate meant to be in the mini fridge weren't. Its the small things that matter. It didnt reflect on our day, but it would have been appreciated if the staff member had told us. Also when we got our key cards and went to our room on the 5th floor, neither card worked so I had to go back down to reception to have them validated. There was a queue so I had to wait.

Location excellent, room comfy, friendly helpful staff and great view from our room. In general a lovely hotel.
Build up of dirt and the most dust ive ever seen in/ on the radiator. Caused me to have allergies and still have a blocked nose a few days later. Continuous noise coming from the bathroom, found it hard to sleep. When we tried to sleep we thought we left the tap running but it was just a noise coming from the bathroom.
