I liked the location as it was central to to everything
The room was cold and I had to phone and ask for a heater and when I ask and said it was freezing the heating then came on

Check in was prompt...Olivia and Alex are the stars if the show at this property when it comes to emoloyees

I liked the area that it was located, only a 6 minute walk to the train station and everything was only a 10 minute walk, no taxis needed.
Staff were excellent and allowed us to check in early, very accommodating, food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff member that served us was so polite. Will be returning
Only bad thing would be that the hotel room was a bit chilly only negative thing I can say

Quite pricey for drinks in bar and also snacks .
Only one member of staff unhelpful and rude . The ginger haired girl working in the bar . Needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
