Perfect location, really lovely staff, good quality breakfast, comfortable bed and the whole place was very clean. The room was very quiet and a good size. An excellent powerful shower and everything we needed was provided.
Nothing really, could maybe have done with an extra pillow available in our room but I'm sure I would have been given one if I'd bother to ask. The curtain stop was missing (room 608) which let in some light but it was not a huge issue at all

Good location in University area. The room was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
The bathroom is very compact.

Lovely boutique hotel, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. It was a flying visit for us as my Uncle had an early morning appointment in nearby Kingsbridge hospital so we had to come up the night before. Very convenient location. My uncle had an accessible room as he has a walking stick so it was perfect for him.
Staff were lovely and friendly.

Close to the hospital which Is why we stayed there
The noise from the room next to us. They were drinking and arguing all night never got a wink of sleep it was terrible. i told reception next morning because I couldn't see a night ported that night and they just said oh sorry you should of said. I will not stay again very unhelpful

Wonderful
The location was super convenient. The room was comfortable and warm. It had everything that I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful!
The only small issue I had was that there was quite a bit of fluff and some marks on the bedding.
