The property was lovely
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice.
The only problem was flushing the toilet
It was very noisy when flushing and filling up with water.
No fridge in the room to keep water bottles cool.

Shower area was very mouldy in the corners needs new silicon. Heading cover was slightly stained.

The location is great in Queens Quarter. It's vibrant, has pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre and we walked everywhere! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean but quite basic. One pillow and one towel only, but staff responded right away and brought us the items.The bathroom was like a little pod in the corner of the room.

Perfect location. Accessible to everywhere.
Bar service was poor. The same person had to do check in, serve drinks and make pizzas. The woman doing all the work was exceptional in spite of the hold ups. Staffing needs to be improved.
