Great staff, great location and a tasty breakfast
Excessively loud music on Saturday from brunch until 1am. Could hear the thud from the bass in my room. Whole place is shabby. Room needed a paint and bathroom needed a refresh. Disappointing and expensive for what it is.

The restaurant was very nice and staff was friendly
The reception area was dirty, kitchen fan seemed to go all night, below room, no heating or air con and we couldn’t get the tv off Arabic. The most disappointing thing was that there was no bath, this should have been stated

Great location, nice looking rooms. Nice staff. Lovely breakfast.
The bed was not comfortable. There is a dip in the middle, possibly bed pushed together.

Amazing and really friendly and helpful staff. The bar is beautiful, and the hotel is in a really diverse and vibrant location.
The facilities were a little run-down in places, and it was not as clean as it could be. There was no shower gel provided and just a very small amount of shampoo and conditioner.

Excellent location in botanic Avenue, friendly staff. Functional, adequate double room.
The bar and restaurant isn’t open for afternoons or evenings on several week nights. It’s not a big problem as there are plenty of places nearby but if you wanted to be on site, it wouldn’t be ideal.

Beautiful, unique decor throughout, spacious bedroom and the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! Staff were so sweet and the atmosphere in the bar was lovely and lively! Amazing location also, right next to Belsonic venue
