Easy to get to from Belfast Central Station, hotel is close to city centre, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff, good room size

Staff are so accommodating in holiday inn,they do their very best to meet your requests .grand central is just down the road ,Staff call cabs for you to go I to city centre which is close by in taxi..

Great location for easy walking access to the town centre. Trin and bus station across the road too (although we did not use it). 15 mins to airport by taxi (£20).
Excellent choice for breakfast.
Welcoming reception and staff.
Perfect bar/snack area, seating, etc
Air conditioning fans outside room were very noisy - we were on the first floor.
Room could have done with more4 coat hooks to hang (wet) coats, etc.
Room was cold (freezing outside) but air condition was slow to warm up the room

The situation of the hotel was great! Lovely, friendly staff. Room was spacious and was clean.
Unfortunately at the time of our stay there were road works just outside the hotel which was a little frustrating. Although this is unavoidable.
There were no onsite parking for customers, we had to use the car park across the road which was of another expense. Also my mother who was disabled was supposed to be on the trip with us but at last minute couldnt go but she would have had an issue with getting to and from the multi story carpark where we had parked as she cant walk very far.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the city centre and train station and only a 10 minute drive from the city airport. We booked 2 rooms and they were on the same floor and not far apart. The rooms were clean abs spacious with a sofa area to rest. The lounge area by the reception was bright a colourful and the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. A great area to relax and enjoy a beer, cocktail, coffee and have a snack or meal and my son was happy as the football was on to in the evening. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice, well laid out, no queuing or waiting for food to be refilled. Check in and check out was quick and reception organised a taxi for us. Missing the hotel already. We had a short walk to local restaurants, shops, and the main sights in Belfast centre and a lovely morning walk to the titanic museum (a must see and well worth the money, extremely moving). We will be heading back t Belfast later in the year and will definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay
