The Buffet Breakfast was Magnificent, You can either go for a Hot or Cold Meals, Pastries, Oats, fruits and so on. The Room is excellent especially with the city View. location Wise is it near to the Train or Bus Station and We were able to get to the places where we wanted to go by Walking.

The room was a good size and nice and clean - all the facilities were great and it was a good location to Belfast City Centre and Grand Central Station. Haydn at the bar/restaurant was lovely, very chatty and accommodating

Clean, comfortable beds including my son's sofa bed.
Friendly helpful staff
Impressed how they kept everything topped up at breakfast
Great location for access to Grand Central Station and walking into city centre
No electric sockets near the bed. In fact only 2 usable sockets in the corner of the desk so we were continually swapping chargers, kettle, hairdryer etc.
Room quite dark - lights not bright enough.

The location was excellent near the railway and bus stations. Also near the historic Sandy Row which was near to where my grandfather was born. The staff were excellent and the dinner was very good.
We didn’t want breakfast but only wanted tea and coffee and a croissant. We were told we could only have breakfast which would have been expensive for a drink and a croissant. Option to purchase individual items at breakfast would have been good.
The tv remote didn’t work as the batteries had leaked. There were only two milks in the room for tea and coffee. Each drink needs at least two.
