Disappointing
The bar staff were amazing! The bar was super busy and they were all still pleasant and friendly and made sure we got served.
The check in staff struggled to smile, say welcome or thank you. One check in staff came across as condescending. 4 people checked in in front of me and not asked for ID. I was asked for ID and having stayed here before numerous times have never been asked. Happy to do so but please let people know the must have photographic id in case asked.

Hotel was spacious and light. Bar was lovely setting.
Could give heads up to book parking to get special rate would expect free car parking ! Bar prices are dublin temple bar prices too expensive. No cocktails would expect as on my holidaus. Ev charges didn't work and took 40 minutes to try sort not acceptable. No attendent in car park. No local shop and business location not tourist location. Charge like dublin yet very secluded. Disappointed all round. Too high a price for location.

Location was excellent as the Waterfront Belfast was next door. Breakfast was great excellent choice of food. Staff very attentive and friendly. Rooms very clean and warm, comfortable bed.

It was right next to the conference centre where we attended a conference.
The room cleaning was sporadic and missed items of cleaning and restockage. On one day no cleaner at all.

When I arrived at my hotel I wasn't feeling well so I was more than happy to just sit quietly & wait for my room but a young man on reception was most kind & helpful & checked me in early so that I could rest. 10/10 for his kindness which was much appreciated. The room was a good size with fab views especially when watching the sunset or sunrise. A comfy room & the bed a good size & very comfortable. The breakfast you can eat what you want with a good choice of food. The location over looks the water & is close to most things. So much to see, a weekend is not long enough! I did the open top bus ride around the city so was able to see more of the sights. The Titanic Museum was worth a visit too. Definitly be back to see more of this lovely city.
