The staff at the reception desk were amazing with helping us with things to do around the city and nothing was any trouble. We were made to feel so welcome.

We had a corner room, so incredible views of the river and Belfast. This is a beautiful American hotel offering everything you would expect. Large rooms, big comfortable beds, large bathroom with amazing shower, 2 sinks etc.

It was spotless, inviting and so comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I wish we were staying for more than one night.
