Wonderful
Hotel and staff are great.
The shortage of staff when coming back from a concert in the Waterfront hall. We went to the bar and the amount of people waiting to be served was bad. This also happened on our previous stay on Valentines night when we were asked to move from the rear section of the bar even though we explained we were residents.

Breakfast buffet is a well-curated delight (our daughter highly ranks it on her list of breakfast buffets). High linen quality. Well-located next to St. George’s Market. Our go-to Belfast stay.
No outside food in the bar and great chipper across the street without a proper seating area, but very lovely to be accommodated and be able to take our dinner upstairs to the conference area. I would also appreciate a more substantial discount on parking as you beed to factor in about 30 pounds for an overnight and that can be prohibitive

Poor
Location and comfort
Bar staff very rude and service is terrible. For the price of the rooms you would expect a smart TV in them but nope. TV was older than me and had very little channels that worked

Disappointing
It was convenient
The shower head detached at the hose. The coffee machine Nespresso didn't work as expected and the coffee tasted like ass. Finally the breakfast gave us the craps, so something was off or somebody didn't wash their hands.

Location was good for getting around. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially bartenders Matthew, Aaron, and Shiva (hope we got the names right)! Hotel was clean and food was good.
Need more light and shelving in bathroom. Were surprised at how late it was before our room was cleaned. Far later than the other 2 hotels we stayed in during our vacation. There was one staff member who always looked stern and unapproachable, which surprised us from a hospitality staff member. Believe she may have been the restaurant manager. We understand her culture. However, she is working in customer service in the UK.

Me and my friend went for a concert and the location was so good to the SSE Arena & also the city its self and the rooms were so clean. The rooms were also ready early which was such a bonus having a early check in.
Nothing, everything was great

Great location, comfortable rooms.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but some were not! The hotel restaurant seemed short staffed. The coffee machines were not working or leaking water. This was our second stay here, the first stay was excellent!

The shower drain in room 915 was very slow to drain. I dislike the large comon use bottles of shampoo conditioner lotion body wash and hand wash. They are a breeding ground for infection spreading

Very Good
The room was excellent, and the hotel’s central location made it very convenient. This was our first time travelling with our pet dog, and the staff were extremely welcoming. They had thoughtfully placed a dog bowl and bed in the room, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we felt genuinely welcome and very comfortable throughout our stay.
Breakfast felt disappointing and very basic. There was no live omelette counter, and the spread lacked fresh cut fruits. The little fruit that was available was already oxidizing, which clearly indicated it wasn’t freshly prepared. We also tried ordering food via room service, but that experience was equally poor. The pizza we ordered was the worst I’ve ever had, low quality and badly prepared. Overall, the food offering feels outdated and in need of serious modernization, both in terms of quality and variety.
