the room was lovely. it was our daughter's 16th birthday and the staff had left a box of chocolates and card for her. she was emotional to say the least. the hotel is close to everything. the breakfast was gorgeous. staff are very friendly. we are definitely going back
nothing. there is literally we couldn't say we didn't like. if you really wanted me to say i didn't like something, it'd be forcing me.. the teenagers carryiing on in the victoria square shopping mall and watching the poor security trying to control it.

Location is about it. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Dirt (big clumps of grey foam) on floor coming out of lift which was there when we arrived and still there when we booked out. No biscuits or teabags in bedroom tea/coffee station. Could be purchased but at price of stay a teabag & biscuits would have been expected. View of garden from window which was really unkempt and dirty.

The hotel was lovely and ideal location for the theatre next door.
No 4 restaurant was very poor ! We made reservation for dinner with Open Table but on arrival staff didn't know how to check Open Table bookings so we were kept waiting for a table. When we finally ordered, our food did not arrive after 30 mins so we had to leave as we were going to theatre next door for a concert. We ended up paying £23 for 2 glasses of wine + no apology. Service was appalling, staff had 'no care' attitude + it wasn't even busy. 1st time ever that we had to leave a restaurant without having eaten !!!

Great location, nice rooms with view and super service. Everything is near by, you park your car and then you can forget it for 2-3 days. Btw nice mattresses too
