Beautiful hotel, great location to what we needed. Friendly staff.
Remote control didnt work for tv but we were literally there for a sleep and thats all so not a massive issue.

The staff were very attentive and resolved all my things I required assistance with. The location of hotel is a very short walk to the markets and hop on hop off bus.
The room was for 3 but only gave two of everything. Towels/ tumblers/cups/water bottles. This was rectified once asked.

Parking with blue badge was fantastic. We were able to park right outside the entrance in the designated space. It meant the wheelchair was easy to access. Hotel was lovely and warm. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
The lighting in room 702 bathroom and bedroom was very poor for a woman attempting to put on makeup. The recessed lights in the ceiling over the bath did not appear to be working. That would have made a difference. The room was advertised as deluxe but did not appear to be. No biscuits on the tea/coffee tray. No mirror over the dressing table. I travelled with a smoker who got very cold standing outside the main entrance. No chairs or shelter available.

Hotel was local for my needs. The hotel is clean and modern. THe bar area was nice.
CHeck in staff member was appauling. Even though i had paid £130 to book a room via booking.com the check in staff member insisted I had to pay another £50 which I did not have and he embaressed me in front of everyone. I was so desprate to stay I litterley begged him to let me in tghe room I had paid for. Madness.
