Vivian is an absolute gem of a host. The rooms are very warm and welcoming and the beds are comfortable. There's a basic breakfast provided and a kitchen to use on site. We found the location great and found the rest of West Belfast more than walkable. If going further afield, the bus stop is right outside.

The location is great. It’s a warm and clean place. We stayed for one night, and honestly, it was good value for money for us. I would definitely recommend it.
Since our expectations weren’t very high, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Lovely loverly owner, had great chit chat with her, really enjoyed speaking with her. Cozy silent room. Perfect location. Parking space right around the house.
Two things probably can be improved. First toilet seat needs to be fixed. Another - modify information text. Owner can be communicated through WhatsApp. It will can potentially reduce frustrations.

The kitchen facilities & havnig access to the kitchen 24/7. No only did we have kitchen access but there was lots of food provided too. The house was exceptionally clean throughout. The bedroom was warm with comfortable beds. Having an en suite was great too.
Parking is limited but we managed around it.

I didn't like anything about it
From arrival this place was a joke the owner was away to England there was a young girl who had just started and knew nothing of my arrival .The room I was put in had been slept in the toilet was covered in human fecies I complained to the girl she told me she could clean it in 15 minutes I said no I wanted another room or my money back .I eventually got another room.which was clean breakfast I went out for it as when I looked in the fridge there was cheese and a few yogurts out of date milk I will not be back again
