Nice hotel, friendly staff, as usual common lighting in room not great for using the mirror! Comfy bed, nice linens, our tv didnt really work not an issue as we were out alot, had breakfast one day it was ok, drinks in bar carried a 10% service charge

Tried to phone for room service but the line was always busy so had to go down to reception to order.
Would have appreciated more supplies in the bathroom
I.e shower cap, toothpaste/ toothpaste as my suitcase was already locked.

Everything. Couldn't fault it. Location. Staff. Facilities. Lobby bar and piano bar. We didn't eat there so cannot comment.

We were told on travelling in that only two single beds were available - we ask to cancel. they said it was too late.
I emailed and called the hotel the next day and they took all the information agreed that the service was wrong told us that they would get backlash to us but did not - also the usual thing - contact booking.com not just us

Fabulous weekend with my friends.
I've stayed at the hotel many times before however first for my friends from England.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
I want to say a special thank you to Carly who worked on the front desk who was so kind and helpful. She was amazing.
Wonderful rooms, hot powerful shower. Really comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast.
Hope to be back soon.

Location
We stayed in junior suite. It obviously hadn’t been properly cleaner. The artificial plants were obviously old and needed to be replaced and were covered in dust. The fridge had water only. We were staying for two nights and the bed was an absolute disgrace . It was simply not made. The cover did not fit the quilt. So very disappointed with whole feel and quality of the room. My husband and I are in our 80s and we’re expecting soo much more. It was always our hotel of choice over the a long number of years but obviously the standard has fallen terribly. The Staff in the dinning room and bar were marvelous so that was something.I am e petting to have a reply from the hotel.
