The staff were lovely and welcoming , our room was ready early which was a bonus!
There was no clear instructions on how to use the heating but when rang down the staff were helpful, at 2.15am I was woke with outside road works I expressed this to the staff the following morning and they were so apologetic & there was no small fridge in the room
