The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble for them.
Lovely Irish breakfast and lots of other choices on the help yourself to what you want servery.
Bed very comfy.
Not a dislike but the front of the hotel could do with pressure washing, the steps and patio area were a bit bjt grubby and would look lovely cleaned up.

Room was very comfortable. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. ELLE and Olivia were really nice to talk to.

The room was nice. Staff very friendly. Very central.
Went there for an exam and it was quite noisy, a few other friends found it very noisy. Needed earplugs.

I have lost count of the amount of times that have stayed here. It is a great location and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always spotless too.

Loved the location and the staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, beds were really comfortable
No fridge in the room and only 3 hangers definitely not enough, it said to use bathmat in the bath but there was none and first hotel I’ve been to that have no facecloths, some stains on carpet and rust marks in bathroom marks on pillowcases as well

Wonderful
Location was great. Staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The bar, while being a bit pricey, was nice and had a great atmosphere.

Great location, great value, staff were very friendly and room very comfortable.
The water resevoir on coffee machine had not been cleaned. Very dirty looking with bits floating in water.
