Good location
Breakfast was below the standard expected especially for the price we paid. The quality was poor. The food was in short supply and was not refreshed. The plates provided were ridiculous, no bigger than side plates approximately 7" diameter. Cooked eggs had to be ordered separately. The first morning the eggs eventually came when we were half way through the rest of our breakfast, They were hard as they were over cooked and burnt on the underside. They were inedible.
The Breakfast dining room was dirty. The floor had debris left on it and tables left uncleared well after guests had finished. Yet staff were left standing around. Really poor management.
In the ensuite bathroom there were broken tiles in the shower area above the bath and on the floor by the doorway.

The room was a nice size and bright. The staff were very friendly and check in was very simple. The beds were very comfortable and overall it was a nice stay
While the room was generally clean it was a little shabby. There was quite a large stain on the carpet near the desk. the bathroom was generally clean but the grout in the shower could do with some attention as well as good cleaning around the door stop in the bathroom.

Location and style of hotel.
Great choice of food at breakfast but many of the elements were cold. Our room was not as clean as I would have expected, poor dusting and vacuuming, shelves and into corners just missed.
