Adequate room space with lounge chair. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed great pillows. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Check in staff very informative and helpful. Easy check in and out and good value for money.
Shower and bath takes a while to get hot water but this was not a big issue.

We got a double room but it was very small and was used more so for someone with a disability. The wear and tear in bathroom, made it look out of date and not clean.

The location was good enough. Although some locals had mentioned some conflict in the area of Ormeau Avenue.
It was filthy! We had to get the cleaner back in, tea dried stains still on the spoons they weren’t washed, toothpaste still in the basin, hair all over the bathroom and there was still pieces of rubbish dotted around the carpet, definitely wasn’t hoovered, the dust was so bad it set off my allergies.

Good location and easy to get around the city from hotel..
Some of the staff on reception were not very pleasant to deal with.. Self service check in and out doesn’t work very well. The room we had wasn’t comfortable and you need to request a bath mat for the shower at reception, this should be available in the room at all times. Overpriced for what we received.. Very disappointed with our stay.
