Room was in need of care, painting ,stains on the base of bed ,bathroom tiles broken

Very convenient to Belfast city
We stayed for 3 night. While a maid came and dressed beds. Sheets were not changed for 3 nights in present heat probably not acceptable

Beds were very comfortable. Bar, restaurant area layout was lovely.
Most staff seemed that they did not want to be there. Alot of standing around and talking to each other while tables were filthy and empty glasses. TV in the room was left in front of the mirror on the dresser. Why wasn't it on the wall like other rooms.
