Could be cleaner and needs updating. Bathroom floor was not clean. Bedroom was run down with wood in shelves peeling off. Staff isn’t that interested in serving the client. It was very expensive for what you got.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.
The toilet in the lobby had vomit all over it the night of our stay informed staff of this and vomit was still there the next morning at breakfast, informed staff again and still not cleaned. Bad odour and hard to look at. Bathroom in bedroom was not clean and door to bathroom had dirty splash marks all over it.

Location is great. Staff very friendly & helpful. Food was great for me as I love fruit, porridge. My partner felt some of the cooked breakfast was too greasy. There was always plenty to choose from.

Location. Close to city centre, good eating locations nearby.
The 'fitness suite' is a disgrace! The hotel really should not be advertising any such facilities. It was the sole reason I booked this hotel over better locations. The selection of equipment was pathetic!
