Excellent location, only 10 minutes to Victoria square.
Room was a bit cold in the morning time. Check out is 11am which is earlier than other hotels.

Excellent location
The hotel is in urgent need of a clean and refresh. The furniture and carpets are stained, grubby and worn. The paint is scratched and chipped, the windows are dirty and the outside would benefit from a power wash.

Exceptional
The breakfast choice was excellent with all requests quickly catered for. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The room was cleaned daily and well supplied with drinks and biscuits!
We couldn't fault anything and would definitely stay here again.
