Location and comfort
I never actually spoke to a member of staff so couldn't really rate that. Perhaps be nice for someone to say hello even if you are using the machine to check in.

Ideal location
Staff weren't the most polite any time we encountered them, especially when we came back at night. The security guard tried to tell me I was in the wrong hotel and that my key card was for a different hotel.
I told her to check with reception as I was in the right hotel.

Had to wait an hour and a half after check in time to check in as room wasn't ready. When we got into room,it wasn't clean (hair accessories on floor, spillage down the side of bedside locker, lipstick on bed sheets). The heat didn't work in our room and fan blew cold air out. Complained 3 times to get it fixed and never got sorted. Got no sleep the entire night due to the cold at 7 months pregnant! Offered a room change at 1.45am to a double room (for 3 people, 1 of which pregnant) and declined opting for extra blankets instead. Blankets had no covers and were stained. We were only offered a partial refund.as compensation.

Breakfast was very good everything you could want to start your day. Room was also very good only thing was bath was chipped and could have done with a vacuum. Over all was very good.

Great location close to venues like the Limelight or Ulster Hall. Also nearby discounted parking when u get ticket from hotel at checkout. Also near to bus and rail link. Very friendly staff. Fridge in room with complimentary soft drinks, chocolate and cookies, nice touch.
Nothing major. Deluxe double very spacious and clean. Only area for improvement might be an update on bathroom and possibly more powerful shower but not a deal breaker.

Lettle hotel parking. Had to park adjacent amd got no ticket as it was a Sunday.
