Third time in 18 months, very central. Breakfast service was excellent
We had a 2 single bed room which was very small and cramped. The other room was an executive room. No safe, only one comfy chair. Definitely didn't have an executive feel about it.

Only stayed one night, the young lady at reception was lovely and friendly and really helpful, our double room was quite big plenty of room to move around, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, it was a lovely room, the hotel is in a great location with discounted parking for guests nearby, we will definitely be staying here again when next in Belfast

Very clean room
Toilets it Lobby always prices of toilet paper on the floor !! Looks dirty . And this was because the toilet roll was so stiff on the spool when you tried to get some from the spool it kept breaking and only tiny bits came off the spool and in my opinion that whole piece where the toilet rolls are , should be replaced in each cubical !!!! Then you would see bits of toilet roll all over the floor .

The property’s access to the city centre was great, the proximity to the airport and great food.
Signage at breakfast could be improved to show what’s what. Lighting on areas of the dining room could be improved.
