Very clean and modern
No music or atmosphere at all in the bar or lobby where we sat to have a drink

We mentioned it when heading up to our room for the night
And were told if we ask for music they would have put music on .....
Really ????
Plus the room was freezing .....But heated up didn't take too long
Ordered a pizza room service which was really nice

Excellent food served by friendly local staff. Overall very impressed by the pleasant and efficient staff.
Our room was cold. Four times we complained, to be repeatedly assured that "maintenance" would sort it out. But on our departure, the corridor was still noticeably warmer than our room. It is a pity that all the good work by the front of house staff is undermined by the maintenance staff, who of course, do not have to deal with the public.

Location
It was worn and dirty, the bathrooms look like student accommodation toilets - lots of "landlord specials" with paint and bad caulking to cover bad work. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
Fortunately, the staff listened to our complaints and gave us a refund. That is the only reason we'd give it 5/10 instead of a lower rating.
You're a 4 star hotel in the heart of Belfast. Have some pride.
