Good
Good location, friendly and attentive front of house team, we liked the self check in option, comfortable beds and clean bedding and towels, good shower with plenty of hot water, loads of space in the room.
The room was on 7th floor, very loud water / machine pumping noise late every night that lasted at least 40 minutes, directly above our heads so hard to sleep until it stopped. I am sure the noise would be better on the lower floors. Cleaner didn’t come every day, one day we put the do not disturb sign so that’s fine, the next day we left the room and the cleaners were right outside but didn’t attend the room - perhaps we were too late.

Wonderful
The hotel is ideally located for Queen's University, which I was visiting, Belfast's superb Grand Central Station, and the city's theatres, restaurants, shops and museums. Throughout our stay, the hotel's staff were most efficient and helpful. In particular, there were two female Somali cleaning staff my wife and I met, who cleaned our room and kindly offered to bring us disposable slippers (one has to ask for these at reception). The two Somali ladies were among the most hospitable people we met during our short visit to Belfast. I will never forget their broad, cheerful smiles. They are excellent ambassadors for the hotel.

Disappointing
I liked it was very convenient, the staff were really friendly, bed and chairs were pretty comfy and shower was good.
Despite the beds being comfy, the pillows we had were stained yellow and disgusting - made staff aware but these were never collected, we swapped them for the back up pillows in the closet. There were marks and even small bumps and scratches on the walls, the bathroom had missing tiles and the sink was blocked.

Very Good
We actually booked a double room and got an extra bed. Also the shower was so nice.
Couldn't really work the toilet properly, tried flushing and it didn't flush straight away. But once you held the handle down it flushed.
