The location is excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. Also the room was quiet.
First room was an accessible room, shocking bathroom and a terrible smell. No fridge. Spoke to reception and they moved us to a much better room. It should be refurbished for accessible use. Ordered a sirloin steak for tea - was easily the worst steak I have ever had. Pale colour, small, thin and stringy with a lot of gristle. The price of £32 was irrelevant. Breakfast - trays were empty and not replenished timeously. After having some cereal, we went up for some cooked food, and returned to find our orange juice and coffee had been taken away and someone else seated at our table!

I like the location l, only a 5 minute walk to City Hall.
I didn’t like that the window in my room didn’t close fully allowing a lot of road noise in.

In Belfast for a gig at the limelight, it's literally a stones throw. First time doing an online hotel check-in, activating room key cards etc but it was straightforward enough even for a boomer. Food in the restaurant was great.
There was a water leak from the toilet handle every time you flushed, judging by the limescale buildup this was nothing new. Reported it to reception on the way out, RM 426.

Friendly staff At reception check in/out Ate in the restaurant and the food was top class and again the staff were lovely Beds were really comfortable, room was quiet at night
Breakfast was good but didn't like deep fried potato bread and the sofa bread was really hard. Room was ok but needed updating
