The hotel worked well for my colleagues who stayed for one night during a work trip. They said the hotel staff were excellent and it was very clean and comfortable. it met their needs perfectly.

Love the online check in and check out, main bedroom was nice and bed comfy.
Bathroom needs a bit of TLC, lots of peeling paint etc. but it was clean and functional. Mugs also a bit grubby but we did not use.

Location
The staff were not friendly . The bar was filty . We had to ask staff to clear the table we sat at to have or drinks. The place stank of puck where somebody got sick in the corner . The high chairs at the high tables were covered in blood . The place was very unkept.

Beds are super comfy and the rooms are clean and spacious and close to the centre of town. And the Christmas display was wonderful.
Some areas need updating and no smart tv in the room.

Me and a mate went to watch a gig in the limelight its literally across the road, my mate is basically blind and the staff coukd not do enough for us from the minute we checked in until we checked out..brilliant hotel brilliant staff I could not praise them enough

Location was perfect, room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Not the fault of the hotel but trying to get parked close by was a nightmare
