Just the location as it’s very central and close to the office I was visiting
Several items the breakfast was very poor tasteless food and really let it down. The lobby and bar area need to be cleaned. Tables were sticky and glasses not collected it looked like the carpet had not been hoovered in a long time. The room was ok. The staff at checkout were simply rude.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Room was a nice size and clean.
Staff didn't seem very helpful, or interested in helping. Music from nearby venues audible in room through evening.
