The staff at reception were nice. The location was good. Breakfast was nice, but my child looked for pancakes. They were shop bought ones. They were hard and weren't fresh.
The room we stayed in was standard and had everything in it that we needed. The beds were comfortable. It just needs a little upgrading, the walls could do with paint, there were big dirty marks on the walls in the room and big stains on the carpet also. The other thing I would say is the parking wasn't great and we had to pay each time for parking. Free after 6pm. The next morning, whilst we were there, my partner was fined a penalty because he forgot to place a ticket on time.

Ground floor looked very well, Bar staff were very pleasant! Good location
For £176 the room was very basic! Room was a bit dated compared to the ground floor clearly were they spent money, telephone in the room had half of the numbers missing! Found parts of someone's hairdryer in the room presuming whoever was in the room before, the door of the room which was 401 was so thin anyone outside u could hear them clearly and I would say they could hear myself clearly too.. its that thin I would question if it's a fire door? ... not sure if I would return
