Location was great. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Clean & tidy. Car parking close by with validation available. Easy check in & out.
Although the room was a bit chilly, {cold weather}, the consierge provided a small heater which solved the problem.

Restaurant at breakfast was shabby and unclean . The breakfast was very poor with limited choice .

Location was great and some.of the staff were very helpful.
The heating didn't work and it was extremely cold at night. We were a family of 3 so this was not suitable. The window wouldn't close properly so the noise and draft were unbearable all night and very little sleep was had by anyone. I complained first thing in the morning and they eventually offered me another room which had no heating either, so a third room option was found. This was much better, quiet and warm. If I had read previous reviews thoroughly I would have known the heating system is a problem and not stayed there. The fact that this is a long term issue yet they are happy to book people in is very dishonest and close to fraud. On top of this, I was double charged for breakfast which took a number of calls to resolve. I would not recommend this hotel.
