I like the location l, only a 5 minute walk to City Hall.
I didn’t like that the window in my room didn’t close fully allowing a lot of road noise in.

Wonderful
Close to where I wanted to be
The use the screen to check in didn’t seem very personal… like interacting with the front desk if I have questions when I check in… I guess that screen would good for off hours when it’s hard to staff

The hotel is fine - reasonably clean and comfortable. Well located, very reasonable parking. The breakfast is nice. Staff are really lovely.
Bit noisy at night with people coming back late. Quite spartan - as a four star hotel I would expect robes, slippers and shower cap etc in the room and maybe a coffee pod machine.

Ground floor looked very well, Bar staff were very pleasant! Good location
For £176 the room was very basic! Room was a bit dated compared to the ground floor clearly were they spent money, telephone in the room had half of the numbers missing! Found parts of someone's hairdryer in the room presuming whoever was in the room before, the door of the room which was 401 was so thin anyone outside u could hear them clearly and I would say they could hear myself clearly too.. its that thin I would question if it's a fire door? ... not sure if I would return

Location
It was worn and dirty, the bathrooms look like student accommodation toilets - lots of "landlord specials" with paint and bad caulking to cover bad work. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
Fortunately, the staff listened to our complaints and gave us a refund. That is the only reason we'd give it 5/10 instead of a lower rating.
You're a 4 star hotel in the heart of Belfast. Have some pride.

Good
When i got my correct booking, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and in a good location.
first of all, i booked a deluxe double room and got given an accessible room that wasn’t that clean. When i went to the front desk, the staff said it wasn’t fully booked and the room still counted as a double room. When i showed my booking, they looked on the computer as was able to give me the correct booking. I also ordered room service that stated was 24/7 but i never received my order and was still charged.

Could be cleaner and needs updating. Bathroom floor was not clean. Bedroom was run down with wood in shelves peeling off. Staff isn’t that interested in serving the client. It was very expensive for what you got.

Breakfast was good. Room well equipped. Great location close to many landmarks and restaurants.
Our room wasn't ready at 6 pm when we tried to check in. We were given comp for drinks at bar which was something. Our room did not have refrigerator though our friends' rooms all did.

The room was specious and clean. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was in a good location and easy to access the attractions. The tram to go in centre is just few minutes from the hotel.
