Great location. Friendly stagg and very child friendly
Pillows were very high causing a sore neck and waking mid night. Resulted in throwing the pillows in the ground and using a blanket as a pillow.

It needs a good deep cleaning, we found the back of an earring in our room, so obviously wasn’t hoovered, also sellotape in the bed!?? ♀️

Stayed at the Clayton in other cities and have been impressed but our room in Belfast was very dated and needs an upgrade
Breakfast was comparable to Wetherspoons. I upgraded to an executive room but it was very disappointing.

The situation in the centre of Belfast
Confusion over the price of breakfast. Charged £15 per head on the website. It was £12 per head at the hotel

The front entrance was nice
Our bed sheets didn't smell fresh it was like they hadn't been dried properly i told the receptionist when leaving.
Our room needed work done on it, the bathroom didn't even have a shower cap very dated.
