Accessibility to city centre was excellent. Loads of restaurants and bars in the near vicinity yet quiet.
Only one bottle of water each provided even though we stayed three nights.

Idea location every thing was within walking distance.

I had a great stay and the staff were excellent. I also noticed there was very good security.
I missed if there was a shuttle bus to the airport or central train station...

It was in a great location and the room was very spacious. The restaurant, room service and breakfast was all great.
The aircon in the room did not work and when asked for assistance the maintenance rep did not do anything or come back when they said they would. There was also a contrast in staff where some were so amazing and others were a bit cold and were not very accommodating.

Perfect location and the staff were very friendly
No onsite parking, had to use a 24 multi storey car park and there was no reduced rate for it.

Great location, bed comfortable, room large enough.
No hot water in shower - when mentioned it to reception the man behind the desk asked me if I turned the tap the right way - seriously
Woman on reception couldn’t even be bothered looking up from her screen when I approached.
Breakfast smelt funny - I can’t even figure which item it was but couldn’t finish it.
Overall place very worn and needs real TLC

The suite was large good location and plenty space for clothes.
Unplugged fridge with out of date juice in it pretty poor also chewing gum under side table in living room was disgusting. Poor housekeeping

Bathroom door, bathtub and tiles etc did not represent a 4 star hotel. They were all damaged
