Very Poor
Central location. Staff were friendly and welcoming
We were put into a accessibility room. In this room, the bathroom was an absolute mess. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned and there was a prominent smell from the drain. The seat for washing in the room, not that we needed to use it was also filthy, covered in water staining red marks. Shower curtain dirty, along with the sink and tap fittings. Along with this the shower was rusty along with the metal soap holder.
In the main area of the room, paint scuffs and damage, bed was comfortable however duvet cover was burned and there was a distinguishable iron mark on it. Towels were marked and worn, smelled like the room hadn’t been cleaned or properly maintained. There were also stains on the pillows which looked as if they were from dried in blood.
For £290 for two nights, and no breakfast included, thought this was very disappointing.
