hotel is good , location good , staff good
pillows 1 set far too thin and the other was like a duvet couldnt sleep and was unable to turn the aircon off no matter what we tried so it was humming away all night

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location was good.
The hotel room was very dirty. I don’t think the bathroom has been cleaned for some time. When we arrived there was an empty toilet roll on the holder, no tissues in the box. The floors had not been cleaned and the bath/shower was really dirty. There was still hairs and toothpaste in the sink from the people staying before. We were going to complain but we spoke to 4 other couples staying at the hotel who told us their room was the same. The TV didn’t work at all so we weren’t able to chill after being out all day. Luckily we only had to stay 2 nights but was not worth the money. Really disappointed and will not be booking again. If I could post all the pictures I would.

Great central location . Relaxing bar area . £15.00 cab from airport. Walking distance from busses ,trains , wetherspoons hop on hop off bus for titanic experience and tour of city and tourist information center .
Bar tad expensive but worth the extra if you can afford it . Quality food excellently presented .Wetherspoons around the corner as backup .

The staff were polite. The location was perfect
There was hair in the bath when we arrived. The toilet flush didn't work very well and eas covered in putty to stop it leaking. The toilet bowl was cracked. The net curtain was stained. The carpet looked grimy. The furniture was marked

Every staff member we dealt with from check in till check out was absolutely brilliant. Very good at their job
In our bathroom there was hair all round the bath and on the tiles in the right hand corner just over from the sink there was 2 long black hairs - we are both blonde

The water wasn't working in shower, was trying to get it working for a wile, in and out of th3 shower, water goshed out st me then , I slipped and fell, got bad bang to head, shoulder hurt and lower back, went to my doctor on way home. There was no bath mats available in the room.
