Exceptional
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Compact but well appointed. This is a quiet residential area with a few restaurants and grocery stores very close. The bus line was a very short walk and we were able to get places with no difficulty. The owners even surprised us with a cleaning during our 2 day stay. Fabulous! They were delightful and incredibly helpful and I would highly recommend this lodging.

Pleasant
It was good to have free parking with this accommodation! It is tight, so be careful you don't get blocked in by another car. Enough of a side street that it wasn't super loud at night, and we weren't a very far walk from the cathedral we went to for mass. Very clean room, with tea provided. Water was provided too, but the minifridge it was in wasn't cold because it hadn't been plugged in. Comfy bed, and the radiator worked like a charm.
Our room was immediately at the top of the stairs, and we didn't feel super safe in the area. The property does have surveillance cameras and floodlights, but we still didn't feel great being in that part of the city at night. The local takeaway restaurants don't take credit cards, and we didn't feel comfortable using the ATMs in the area, so we skipped dinner. Not the fault of the accommodation though - just be mindful of your surroundings.

Very Good
it was perfect for the purposes of my trip. I didn't spend much time in the room but it was comfortable.
It was a little further than where I was attending events during the weekend but it is on a main bus route and if you buy a £5 day ticket you can travel all over Belfast for the day

On the bus line to downtown Hostess Nicky very helpful. Safe location. Well maintained.
Tight parking. Car parked in front of next property.
Room a bit on the small side but had everything needed.

It was beautiful inside.
It was a bit difficult to find and the limited parking was for two cars, possibly four. If four, two will be trapped behind the two cars by the street.

It was a fantastic and quiet place to stay while down in Belfast for a concert. I caught a bus into the city centre and it wasn't a massive walk back after. Bed was fantastic and the shower was fantastic. . I would defintely stay here again. Thank you
I can't think of anything wrong to be honest. It was a great stay, parking was a fantastic facility to have but ample space so may be a problem for future stayers. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Wifi went down for 30 minutes due to a breaker being blown and host responded quickly and fixed the problem quickly. Easy check in and check out. Little bit farther from downtown that we would've liked but still walkable!
