Wonderful
Loved the location 5 to 10 min walk from great restaurants, another 3 min and your in the city centre. It had parking right in front of the apartment, The place was clean, warm and everything we needed as a family. For the price this was an amazing stay.
The extra deposit was a bit of a shock (yes it's in the fine print, people don't read that) and uploading our identity documents brought me close to regret ( this is really not clear in the fine print even, as they mention only that you have to show it when you check in). But it seems to have worked out ok. Deposit returned within 48hrs and I don't think my identity is stolen yet.

Exceptional
The property location, the customer service, the property layout, ease to find, tea and coffee there on arrival and although in the center of Belfast on a Saturday night it was quiet. With 3 kids in tow this was a perfect base for us to explore the city.

Very Good
The key box worked as expected. The location was well situated near the bus /train terminal and central to town with nearby restaurants and cafes and tour locations. It was a clean unit, nice shower with a compact-size bedroom. If you're a walker - would suggestion going on the Yellow Umbrella Tour walking tour (ours was the city tour starting at Belfast City Hall) Be sure to also see the Peace Walls (you can walk there or hire a black taxi who will provide stories about their history) and also the Belfast Titanic Experience was very well done.
The banister entering the property was broken; reported upon arrival, was told the owner would be contacted right away, but wasn't fixed during our 4-night stay. Note: not a problem but wanted others to know, you'll climb 15 steps outside that lead up to the apartment door. These are not mentioned in the apartment description, but visible in the photos included.

Pleasant
Location was great, right by a small grocery store, bars and pubs. Parking right outside. Owner responsive. Ample space.
WiFi was spotty entire time or didn’t work at all. Owner tried to resolve but it simply didn’t work well (4mbps). The vents were all dusty, so my pregnant self was constantly sneezing. The main bed was super uncomfortable, so I slept on the sofa. The grout stains in the shower and bathroom clearly needed to be cleaned. Dust everywhere. Paint peeling from the doorways. For four people staying one week there was a small round chip of soap in the bathroom, as well as two small rolls of toilet paper. Safe to say we went out and bought more. We washed our clothes in the washer, and they came out, smelling worse than when they went in. Holes in the sheets, pillow cases and comforter.

It was in a great location. Quiet and easy to get to other locations. It was so comfortable and homey!!! It is really nicely put together. My husband works with his hands and really liked the quality of workmanship in the flat
I really can’t think of anything.

The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was big enough. And a great location, close to all amenities.
The ladies who I dealt with were absolutely fantastic. They were very helpful, especially when I wanted to book a couple of extra nights. .
There was nothing I didn't like, it was fantastic.
Everything about my stay in Belfast was terrific.

Disappointing
*Apartment Feedback*
*Overall Experience*
We recently stayed in your apartment, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment was smaller than expected, and the description didn't match the actual space. The photos on the app were also misleading.
*Specific Issues*
1. *Size*: The apartment was significantly smaller than described.
2. *Cleanliness*: There were issues with backyard, glass bottles, table and water coming from bathroom.
3. *Safety*: We had concerns about the safety of the apartment for children as there was glass pieces on foot mate.
*Suggestions for Improvement*
1. *Accurate Descriptions*: Ensure that the description and photos accurately reflect the apartment.
2. *Cleanliness*: Improve cleaning protocols to address incontinence issues.
3. *Safety Measures*: Implement safety measures to make the apartment more child-friendly.
Attached are the photos for your perusal.

The house was very clean, cosy...we felt home while away from our own home. Heater and all appliances working well.. there is tesco express, Guiness pub and few take away restaurants nearby. Its just in town centre, we walked 10 mins to city hall...public transport passed by

Good
My stay was in an apartment in Salisbury Street.
Safe and calm area, Clean place
Kitchen Essentials all present
Plenty of hooks to hang coats (in bedroom room only tho)
Shampoo and soap and bodywash available
First aid kit in kitchen
Fire extinguisher available
24/7 tesco express very close! And plenty of things are very close as well.
My stay was in an apartment in Salisbury Street.
When I came, the heater was not working. I arrived after 5 PM and they are not available for assistance after 5 PM and before 9 AM. So I had to sleep in a cold place and wait for the next morning (after 9 AM) for them to reply and call the maintenance person to fix it. After that, the apartment really took long to properly heat up, around 24 hours.
The cupboard space was barely enough for one person whos staying for a short while let alone two people as advertised. I was staying for a week and the cupboard was not enough at all so I had to keep my luggage open in the living area.
The bedroom is so small.
One of the windows doesnt have a curtain-privacy concern
Only 3 washing machine tabs
Shampoo and body wash and soap bar available but the shampoo and body wash cant be enough for 2 people staying for a while.

Apartment was extremely clean and welcoming. Lovely touch having a bottle of wine and Taytos waiting for us! We booked this last minute and the team at the apartments kept us up to date with the information we needed for arrival. It’s also extremely central and most things were a 5 or 10 minute walk away. There’s a Tesco express just 1 minutes walk away as well.
