Staff were friendly, helful and made us feel very welcome. We ate in Taylor and Clay and had really good steak in a great environment. The outside courtyard is a bonus in the good weather.

Very good location in the heart of the city. Nice bar and restaurant in the foyer. The room was large with full blockout curtains and a small fridge and kettle. Clean, modern bathroom if a little small.
Very hard to find property and due to the pedestrianised area that it is in, we drove many times around the block to find the hotel entrance on the street. Turns out there isn’t one. You have to park in the public car park opposite the hotel.
Parking and access instructions should have been given prior to arrival. Parking in the adjacent public car park was 12pounds (this was a reduced rate for hotel guests).
As it was very central, there was a bit of street noise

The location was great. Nice vibes at the bar every time we walked in. Our room was immaculate, and the bed was comfortable.
Our room was small, I don't think I realised I'd booked a small room. But it didn't affect our stay as it was only a base to lay our heads while we explored Belfast.

You can reach all destinations by foot easily from here
As there is a bar and a restaurant in the same building it got a bit loud at the weekend till late, but we expected this
