The location is great for people looking to be centrally based. It's also nice for the staff not to be stuck in the stuffy "must be dressed in a suit" look.
The restaurant Taylor & Clay was fantastic. Pictures from our meal are attached here.
Tiny issue with sound proofing as the corner rooms let a fair amount of street noise in. As the windows don't open, another level of glass could be installed to deaden the sound further.

Got an unexpected upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated !
Only small suggestion would be that my room was quite cold and I could not seem to control the room temperature effectively.
This would not defer me from returning however!

The bathroom. There's absolutely nowhere to put your toiletries. Massive bathroom and no shelf space, I had to put them on the lid of the loo

The hotel is central in the city. You can walk to bars, restaurants within mins so for city breaks its perfect. Also the hotel itself has good amenities with bar, restaurant and coffee dock all in reception, makes everything very easy.
