This is fast becoming my favourite hotel in Ireland, I'm telling so many pal's in Dublin about it, staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful, love the vibe, rooms are always spotless, so adjacent to amenities, bars, restaurants, night life. The bouncers on the door each night gives great peace of mind too. Well done folks, keep up the stellar work.
This is such an "only if I had to pick one thing" to nit pick about, thing. The fact that the windows don't open in the rooms makes me feel a bit claustrophobic and warm. The air con is great, but I do love a window that opens when getting ready. I appreciate it's probably some weird safety restriction the hotel have to abide by.

The property was in a good location not the easiest to find initially- car park close by but also not easy to find initially.
The property does not validate the parking for cheaper charge - advertised £15 for 24hr period but charged £22.
No attendant at parking station as hotel reception indicated.
