Clean. Comfortable bed. Central location. Huge shower. Modern hotel. Friendly staff.

Didn't realise just how small the room was when I booked. Hotel posted back a small item I had left behind, had to pay for postage myself and the item was very poorly packed so slightly damaged in post.

Great vibe, lovely helpful staff, quiet room despite looking into street & slap bang in city centre
We did order a triple room, expecting three single beds but we had one single & one double.
The shower had a bit of a musty smell

Nice modern room. Impressive lobby and 2 excellent restaurants. The rooftop restaurant is particularly good. We had dinner and cocktails. The staff are great. Friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly love working there. A rare thing to find these days. Location is great for a city break. Close to shopping and not a long walk to the Titanic Experience.
Air con in the room was hard to adjust but thats being really picky. There were really no negatives.
