Very Good
The hotel is central in the city. You can walk to bars, restaurants within mins so for city breaks its perfect. Also the hotel itself has good amenities with bar, restaurant and coffee dock all in reception, makes everything very easy.

Hotel was in a great location and the room was exactly what we needed. The hotel lobby had a fantastic environment and we really enjoyed grabbing a drink after a day out in Belfast.

Pleasant
Brilliant location. Clean.
Didn't realise just how small the room was when I booked. Hotel posted back a small item I had left behind, had to pay for postage myself and the item was very poorly packed so slightly damaged in post.

The location was in the Cathedral Quarter easy to walk to most restaurants, pubs and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable. Getting to my room was a dark walk.
Getting to my room was a dark walk. The breakfast I had was terrible.

Good
Centrally located, very clean. Good breakfast. We had a problem with our room and the staff was very gracious about helping us.
We would have liked to have eaten at the main restaurant but could never get a reservation. The lobby is extremely loud and busy in the evenings. We are quite used to small rooms but these rooms were really small and dark.

Great location and nice room. Stayed here with my parents, they slept in a double and I slept in a twin bed. Staff were incredibly nice, and the whole place was pretty with multiple restaurants.
There was a separate toilet room, but the shower didn’t have a door separating it from the rest of the room. The light switch by the front door also controlled the lights in both the shower AND the toilet room, so you couldn’t turn on the toilet room light without turning on the shower light and waking everyone up.
The hallway to our room had two sets of two or three steps, one set up and one set down. Not great with heavy suitcases.
The parking was fine, we had to park in a parking garage and then walk a short way there, but the validation ticket didn’t cover the full cost of parking.

Great location, great vibe and style. Two restaurants on property.
No mini fridges in rooms. Didn’t see if it was set up for breakfast in the morning or not but no info in the rooms.

Good
Unique hotel located in downtown Belfast. Easy walking distance to most attractions. Hotel room had decent amenities with good size however our first room overlooked the courtyard which has loud music until midnight. Spoke with staff who were able to reassign us a new room fortunately. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Easy walk to majority of Belfast attractions.
Hotel lobby/ entrance is a bit weird to find as it is located off of an alley. Had to park in the alley to unload baggage. Parking garage is located down the street from hotel. Be cautious of room location due to late night noises. We did get billed twice however manager quickly fixed the issue.

Disappointing
Very good location and excellent food
Beds not super comfortable, we got a room that was very hard to get to and inside the room it doesn’t feel very luxurious it’s kind of going to your hipster friend’s apartment

Wonderful
The room was a good size and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great! I'm sure it could be too much for some people (too loud, too busy), but we loved the vibrancy and diversity in the neighborhood.
Getting there on the city streets and finding parking was the most challenging part. However, the parking recommended by the hotel was very convenient and offered a little discount, although still pretty expensive.

Parking was expensive. No breakfast was included, and what was offered was expensive. Pillows were overstuffed for some guests.
