Excellent location. Friendly staff. Good kitchen facilities.
Had to ask for toilet papers as they did not replace them. No mirrors in bathrooms.
They did not replace tea and coffee.

Close to everything
Lady staff was passive aggressive, wasn’t helpful and impatient. What an attitude for someone who works in hospitality. She couldn’t find my paid reservation & she was threatenin me bout how I’m in Belfast not in my country. My keycard work initially when I came in the room. Late that night it wasn’t working. The next morning I had em check on it and it was working again, later that night it was acting up again, such a hassle. Well I didn’t expect much from this place anyway, it was a last minute booking & didn’t research much.

The location was probably my best bit of the hostel. It's within walking distance to the bus stops and about 15 minutes away on foot from the Belfast Grand Central Station.
The coach company I used for my day trip to the Giant's Causeway stopped right outside the hostel.
The facilities are pretty basic. There are no privacy curtains and there were just 2 sockets in my room to serve 4 people.

Ok for one night if there are no other options. Good location
The room was not very comfortable: the blanket was too short, the bed uncomfortable, and it was cold at night as there was a draft. It was also quite noisy: sounds from the street and the hallway were easy to hear through the thin walls. The shower had no partition, and the water splashed everywhere. Overall, not a very pleasant stay
