Good
Property is affordable and attached to a tour agency which makes day trips like the Giant’s Causeway very convenient.
Some of the bathrooms and showers could use an update.

Pleasant
Very comfortable and safe for women traveling alone.
There is no sink or mirror outside the rooms. I woke up very early to catch my ferry, but I could not get ready properly because there was someone sleeping in the room, and I did not want to wake her up. The bathrooms were clean, but very old.

Good rooms. Staff were friendly on checkin
Broken hobs, outdated bathrooms with torn vinyl flooring. Lounge was locked so no where to sit and chill other than balcony.

good location; helpful staff
Too few plugs in rooms. Kitchen closed at night. All bathrooms seem for use of one person at a time, but few have toilet+shower+sink. Sinks very small.

Very Poor
They provided my brother and I a private room.
There was a noticeable smell of mildew in the shower and spots of what looked like black mold in our room. The ability to do laundry at a convenient hour, while advertised, was not provided (every staff member asked gave a different answer and were not helpful when I asked for help)

Good
I loved the price and proximity to the train station. Staff were friendly. Phil seemed to be working alone at times. Great that meals can be prepared.
I can't stand under bed lockers. Put them standing upright where a person can easily put a bag in and can easily find stuff. Have lots of hooks for clothes, and shelves to rest things on. Curtains for each bunk so one can turn on the main light in bunk room w/o feeling guilty for waking everyone.

Disappointing
The location. It was walkable to downtown and the train station. That it endedup that i could enjoy the room for myself! Very helpful staff for calling a taxi and to give directions. The steeet was auiet enough.
Super small room. No hooks, no soap in the room for the sink. The doors were making lots of noise. No hooks in the shower. No counter in the room, i had to put everything on the floor. I had to pay for my towel. The kitchen was not very clean and there was only one fridge with no compartment to label your food.
