We booked this hotel for it's location,close to Knightsbridge hospital.....about 10 minutes drive.
We had a nice comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities.
All staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was included in the price and offered a good choice of hot and cold food.
We had dinner in the bar/restaurant which was lovely.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sophie the receptionist always had a smile for us and a chat and our little girl said she was the nicest receptionist she has ever met, she is a credit to the Balmoral
Room was very warm, could not turn off radiator and although the shower had been recently updated the effort to keep it mold free has not been made and could easily be done

It had a reasonable location
Bathroom floor tiles required a good bleaching as the had ingrained dirt on them.
There was a wedding party on the Thursday evening that finished with a full on car park fight out side my ground floor window .
This had been around 11 pm and was unnerving .
The car park itself was full of potholes .

Lovely, friendly staff! A good location for visiting West Belfast. However, a bit out of town for a tourist visit! Parking was a great bonus though!
It's hard to believe that a modern hotel doesn't have phone charging points by the bedside!

I liked that the beds were comfortable, and breastfast was included in the price for the room. Also liked the music in the bar. Would definitely go back.

The staff are excellent. Friendly and committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. The Lady Anne was excellent and recommended. The room was clean and well equipped. Excellent shower for disabled guest.
Access by wheelchair to the room was difficult due to narrow doorway.

The room we booked was dirty and when we complained about not having a double bed we got upgraded.

Bed very uncomfortable, could not sleep, no hangers for clothes! ( non) no where to put towels after shower, could not use safe, ( could not lock it)
