Booked at the last minute, perfect for travelling into the city by car. Super friendly staff, excellent food in the restaurant. Had the roast beef, Karen recommended the pepper sauce instead of gravy, and champ instead of mash. It was really enjoyable.
The bar had a quiz on. It wasn't for us but there wasn't any way of escaping it if you wanted to have a drink and chat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with our stay.
Fiona, at the reception desk was able to get another night for us. We were happy staying there one more night on thier good helpful recommendations on saving money and time on accomodation as it was easy yo drive to Dublin airport to drop off the hire car leaving the Balmoral Hotel.
Nothing to mention. This place was convienient and comfortable and very quiet for a good nights sleep.

Great location for what we needed in the accommodation as we where attending kingsbridge hospital so only 4 minutes away
Noise from the night club down stairs was very bad in the room we where in but only as we had a child with us so It woke her a few times

We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and the exceptional staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we encountered across the different areas of the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
A special mention must go to Michelle, whom we met on our first day. She is the true epitome of kindness, care, respect, and exceptional service. Michelle was warm, accommodating, friendly, engaging, and genuinely personable. She made us feel immediately welcome and went out of her way to ensure that we settled in quickly and comfortably. Her hospitality really stood out and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The two lovely ladies in charge of breakfast were also incredibly sweet and kind. They were attentive, welcoming, and made each morning a pleasant experience.
We also visited the restaurant downstairs, where the staff were equally fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, especially when we needed to take our meal away. Their willingness to accommodate us and their friendly attitude were greatly appreciated.
Overall, the level of hospitality and customer service was outstanding

Breakfast was lovely: there was a good choice for both of us, and the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Also, the food was excellent in the restaurant. It was served really quickly by lovely staff, especially Jessica.
I think that the staff are wonderful, the atmosphere was homely and relaxing. I was maybe just lucky but I can't see how anyone could find something to dislike?!
