The hotel is gorgeous and the room was beautiful, clean and well laid out. The breakfast was good with a great variety. The staff are friendly and helpful
As I find stairs a little bit difficult I was disappointed there was no lift. It was a little bit of a struggle but managed all the same

breakfast was very good. All wait staff were very nice and quick service. Dinner restaurant was good as well. Decor was nice.
No elevator. Room was not very clean. Visible mold in bathroom on ceiling and around shower. One bed made with mattress still showing(partly uncovered ) had to remake bed. Hotel was very loud. Property was nice but room needed updating and cleaning

Good
The room was spacious and then there were only two of us. We had three twin beds. Were very comfortable and the linens were warm and cozy. It was easy to get to as we drove in from the GiantGiants Causeway. Check in staff were very helpful and friendly.
Noisy, water for shower would not maintain temperature- fluctuating from hot to cold at 6:00am. The shower has one half glass and the water goes all over the floor unless you direct shower head completely down or to the wall. The bathroom door is rotting from it getting wet with each guest. It was loud - not from traffic but inside the building - doors slamming, some sort of ventilation noise and a subtle odor. Needs some TLC. Restaurant staff needs some training on attending to guests.

Very nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast!
Our room was directly above a wedding celebration that lasted until 1:00am. I realize there may not have been another room to give us but some compensation would have been nice.

Very Good
Room was clean and warm, beds comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities were good. Would have liked a glass in the bathroom.
Areally good choice of food on A La Carte menu and service was both friendly and quick. Breakfast was also good plenty of food and we arrived at 9.30 - no queue. Check out is at 11 which suited us for travelling onwards.
We had a family room and while beds were comfortable the double bed was against the wall so if you needed to get up during the night you had to either climb over your partner or else make your way down and back into bed. I woud have liked a glass/tumbler in the bathroom.

Wonderful
Breakfast buffet had a nice variety. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful. Especially the breakfast folks and the room cleaners. They asked daily if we had everything we needed. We stayed there a week.
I liked that there was a restaurant for lunch or dinner and a bar on site. And we were either walking or using public transportation and there are two train stations not far away and we used at least 3 different bus routes that stopped in front of the hotel.
A small refrigerator in the room would have been nice but was not an included amenity.

Wonderful
In addition to the breakfast room, there was restaurant and bar with a beer garden. Live music on the weekends. Very convenient. Hotel is in a residential area. Grocery store, train station were within walking distance. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel that went in to the center of Belfast. I used at least 3 different bus routes that used this same bus stop.
Everything I needed for a weeklong visit was available. I did not have a car.
A small refrigerator in the room would have been nice. I did not ask for one so perhaps one might have been available if I asked. I don't know.

Wonderful
Location was out of the city centre but that is why we chose it..I think it was 5-6 mins to drive back into Belfast. It worked for us as the places and people we were visiting there were some alternate routes to avoid driving through the city centre if needed.. Room was comfortable and the included breakfast was great. Staff were all friendly and parking was available on site.
