The reception staff were very welcoming & friendly, but the blonde lady that welcomed us at our breakfast stole the show. What a lovely lady, very good with my daughter, heating up her pancakes & making sure she got some sweets as we left. Shes a real Mammy.x
Carpet upstairs in hallways is stained & takes away from the over all appearance of the accomodation

Pleasant
Breakfast was nice, would have liked beans but none provided.
The room was very basic and in need of a revamp. Very basic room, no bottled water, basic tea tray, shower grout very stained. Room door did not shut correctly, need to check it is closed properly when leaving room. Carpet in hall outside room very stained.
