Very Good
Location was spacious and clean. It included all the amenities that we required. Parking was included which was an added bonus.

Centearall Located. Very cute decor. Apartment was arranged well.
Oven didn't work and mini fridge was missing door shelving so all food had to be piled up on the one very small shelf. No responsponse by company to stove issue. Lock box was problematic. It was difficult pulling keys and depositing them back in the box.

Dirty tea towels left in washing machine. Mirrors in bedroom dirty. Not a very quiet place lots of people that come home late at night that live there fighting outside making noise in the middle of the night

Great location close to center and many tourist activities. Adequately equipped kitchen. Really appreciated the tea/coffee supplies and the bottle of wine. Apartment itself was nicely decorated for a tourist accommodation.
Bird poop and cigarette butts on the little patio. Showers could use a deep clean in the edges and grouting.

Our place was stylishly decorated, spacious and comfortable. Location was wonderful-close to the city center and transit. Loved the very complete kitchen set up and really appreciated having a washer and drying rack halfway through a 4 week vacation. It was great after a long day of sightseeing to come back to relax in our apartment! Communication with Lauren was great- timely, friendly and accommodating.

Great location, great amenities lovely host, great and clear instructions. Very spacious and good value for central.
The photos felt a little bit plusher/more luxurious than the flat. But still great and had everything you needed. Would stay again.

Great location - 15 mins from the airport and walkable to all major city attractions. Clean and mostly well equipped.
Loose toilet seat.
No wine glasses.
Missing drawer handle.
Broken clock.
TV was old so no access to modern streaming apps.
Small things that don’t really impact massively on the stay but highlight a lack of attention to detail.

There was alot more drama staying in this property than staying in a hotel with a Reception as you had to pay a bond beforehand and collect the keys from a locked box upon arrival. We were lucky that one of the staff met us and opened the locked box for us. The property doesn't look much from the outside but once inside it's very spacious and clean and met all our needs. As we'd been away from home for a couple of weeks we were in dire need of a washing machine so it was the perfect place for us. The staff I dealt with on the phone before arriving couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating.
There was a lack of cooking appliances, eg large saucepan and some basic cooking ingredients like oil, foil or plastic wrap. A few microwaveable containers would have also been handy. However, there was a supermarket within walking distance. We really appreciated the soap power for the washing machine.

Didn’t have enough cutlery and this issue wasn’t resolved after we spoke to agent.
Also there was a pile of dust on floor which hadn’t been cleaned up. Everything else good re property.
