Beautiful building everything was great room and bed lovely breakfast too .. location excellent for getting into bath and gems on reception was excellent we arrived a bit early she was very attentive could do enough till make us feel welcome until our room was ready

The room, in the new block, was pleasant with an area to sit as well as comfortable beds. Excellent selection of beverages and fresh milk in the fridge. Decent toiletries and the shower had do.e power. Plenty of parking. Beautiful grounds for a wander and an attractive terrace sheltered by the beautiful grade-2-listed elegant old house for a drink or to relax with a book. Breakfast was delicious (excellent ingredients and very friendly staff). Only 14 minutes' drive from central Bath
Check-in was slow as there was only 1 member of staff on duty. The modern block is fine, it was built in the 1970s by the Post Office who owned Bailbrook and used it as a training college, but it lacks the grace and character of the original mansion.

Stunning grounds, beautiful hotel, well kept and clean. Incredible staff, very polite, friendly, happy to help for any requests and willing to go above and beyond. Quality of the food is excellent, you can tell the freshness and care gone into preparation and cooking.
Struggling to think of anything really. Being picky, maybe more items in bathroom such as sewing kit. However I am sure if i had asked, it would have been sent to my room.

Loved the location... so quiet and a short Uber ride into the city. Staff amazing and food was great for a good price.
