The whole experience from checking in to checking out!. The staff were extremely polite,professional, approachable. Informative and most willing to assist.
The whole ambiance was one of calmness and relaxation . Very clean and user friendly Bedroom was quiet,spotless with all the necessary amenities, the beds were extremely comfortable and relaxing.

Proximity to the airport. Literally across the road - I am disabled and was able to use a trolley (plenty outside the front door)
Separate tiny toilet - felt it was unhygienic as there was no wash basin.
I do think it is expensive- £185 per night

We were overlooked when it came to ordering our food in the restaurant. We could see that they were busy, but people who came in after us were getting served before us.

Great location and evening meal was lovely. Julie on the front desk in reception was very friendly
Rooms way too hot. No A/C available. We had a fan but it wasn’t doing much. Therefore didn’t get the best sleep before our early morning flight
Uncomfortable heat and window only opens slightly
