room was great, breakfast was ok, staff were very helpful. not much to do at the hotel was the only downside but i suppose it was close to the airport for my flight
ordered the steak for dinner it wasnt the best for the price

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower, wifi and television worked well. Late check in was available and and a kettle for tea and coffee was provided. The hotel is located just a few steps from Belfast International Airport.
The reception team gave unclear and inaccurate information about the use and cost of a power bank phone charger.
We were overcharged for the rental of a phone charger, but offered no assistance to resolve the problem, simply told to contact the provider ourselves. When I suggested to the manager that a UK adapter plug would be useful for the large number of foreign visitors who transit through the airport and stay at the hotel, I heard only excuses why this is not offered. The experience left me feeling unheard and fobbed off. Unclear communication about the different types of breakfast available and their respective costs. Why would a full Irish breakfast and a Continental breakfast be exactly the same price? Why could we not order only one item from the breakfast menu? Definitely not the quality I would expect from a hotel that calls itself a 4* property. While the hotel is only a few steps from the airport, it is in an isolated location with no other restaurants or shops nearby.

The gentleman at reception had lovely personality bit of banter nice to see.
The executive room was a bit plain compared to the double rooms.

The reception team was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, late check in was available. The television, wifi and shower worked well. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the airport.
We received unclear and inaccurate information about the use and cost of a phone charger. We would not have had to use the phone charger if the hotel provided adaptor plugs for its foreign visitors. Despite its proximity to the airport, the Maldron is in a very isolated location with no other shops or restaurants nearby. An in room minibar would have been welcome.

Tbe check in /check out staff were abrupt
Checking into any other hotel ur normally told room say 18 go to elevator first floor not here I asked what room to be told it's on the card
Checking out we weren't asked did we enjoy our stay was everything ok just took the room key back no goodbye or thank you
Bar staff very flighty in-between serving us (3people in our group ) he would walk over to other customers and take their orders we waited at least 10 mins for 3 drinks
