Disappointing
Very convenient to the airport, just across the road. We had a long day traveling, a final late flight in and wanted to get a good nights sleep before starting the final phase of our trip the next morning.
Relative to the price, the room esp the bathroom could do with an upgrade, fusty shower curtain and discolored sink. We paid extra for breakfast which was really disappointing, a very basic offering. During the night, the hotel unfortunately had a fire alarm fault and we were up all night. These things happen and its just bad luck but there was no proactive apology / good will gesture the next day. When I queried what had happened I got a rather defensive response.

Very friendly staff, good welcome on check in.
Comfortable bed, cleanliness of hotel overall was good.
Sadly as I had notified the hotel that I was G.F, there were no suitable biscuits provided for room tea tray. Asked if any available - No.
Only 1 starter on menu, mains x 5 choices but only 1 dessert. The food processor ded was of good quality and standard.
I will admit an improvement on some hotels but could be better.

Lovely staff, convenient area and they very kindly left out a selections of cakes as it was a 21st birthday :)
Unfortunately the hotel room was really warm, the window only opened the smallest bit and the air conditioning (blowing air on eachother would have been more sufficient)

Walking distance from Belfast international airport. Free parking. Neat and clean rooms. Comfortable beds.
The toilet and bathroom are separate with separate doors. A bit old fashioned.
