Loved our stay in this 17th century coach inn, Joseph was so helpful and friendly we couldn’t fault our stay , the location to everything we wanted to see in Oxford was perfect, delicious food choices minutes away. The parking was secure and worth the cost for safety and location the city centre.

Close to the airport , and Belfast city transportation links friendly comfortable facilities , slept well good sound proof windows could not hear outside noise .

The location is perfect if you want to stay near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable.
It was expensive for what it is. The room service process is unnecessarily cumbersome.

I did not have breakfast..
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. One area that could be improved is the bathroom layout. The toilet is separate from the sink, which makes handwashing a little less convenient. In addition, the bathroom door could not be fully closed or locked from the inside. As we were traveling with children, this made privacy difficult, as there was a risk that a child could accidentally walk in while someone was bathing. Addressing these issues would make the accommodation even more comfortable for families.

We arrived in a hire car with large suitcases. There was no opportunity to drop off the bags at a normal reception as there is no parking on-site and no drive for 5 minute drop off. Thr location on the corner of a small street with no direct parking made check in difficult. The parking available was at least 7 minute walk across a main road, something that was not obvious from the website.
When asked if there was something to transport the luggage, the 'congierge' just pointed to the corner of the room. No interest in helping us at all.
Disinterested check in staff. No explanation about the breakfast times or location.
