The place is close to the beach it's right on the door step of the town. The place is 8/10 minutes from the Uni and catching up with my daughter was amazing. The house was lovely, clean and tidy there was a kitchen available to cook in and the shared bathroom was immaculate. The host was kind friendly and helped with check in even though we were early they were lovely. I would definitely return well worth the money.

there wasn’t mention of construction happening just out back so that was some disruptive noise. also the garbages in the bathroom were not changed the 2 days we were there and there was a dirty nappie (diaper) that smelled terrible every time you opened the bin.

Delux Queen Suite … The amenities and the room were very good … the bed is very comfortable and it’s nice a spacious. Although separate the shared Kitchen was equipped with everything you need and importantly was clean.
tbh there are a couple of things with the room, broken bedside lamp, grouting to floor tiles in the toilet which would elevate the finish and better pillows.
Was a little noisy at times with people coming and going through the front door.

V spacious & comfortable. Mega fab bath. Very peaceful and restful. Several other guests were staying but no noise or disturbance.
Products/items to clean bath after use.
Somewhere to sit & watch TV rather than on bed. Also had fun trying to turn TV off - when I switched one off the other one came on & vice versa! Room v warm but couldn't open window.

The location was fantastic, and with private parking, a god send.
Easy to book in via phone. Room nice and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment and enjoyed preparing meals.
The top floor bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Smelt strongly of urine. Hand towel was not changed in the 4 days I was there. The room was quite cold, but a heater was provided.
Only complimentary tea was left in the room. Coffee would be a great addition.

Second time staying - great place. Location perfect and always clean and safe. Comfortable beds and kitchen facilities useful. Not many guests there with us so shared shower and toilet was always available. Great value for money. Would def choose to stay again.
