Location was as expect after a battle with the manager who tried to move us out of that location.
We did not stay in the accommodation we booked on the first night as they had double booked. Apparently this is very common at this property. We were initially offered another option which was disgustingly shabby.

We was promised 3 double bed and there was 2 doubles and 1 twin bed Also the place was not clean and the staff at the four seasons was very rude to me

Lovely 3 bed flat up shallow staircase, glad it was shallow with my dodgy knees, there was an electric charge point my daughter was able to use which was a big plus. Some of the beds more comfortable than others. The parking was useful at this time of year, might be tricky in the summer with all the flats occupied. We had an enjoyable time during the day walking the prom and having space for 5 of us to have a rare get together for dinner and our grandson enjoyed his tour of the Uni.
The road was a LOT more NOISY than expected for a BACK ROAD and of course good natured sounding students coming back to halls in the night past our house, made the ensuite room (least comfortable of the beds) very disturbing. We are not used to night time noise, might not bother someone else. For a flat for 6 with a dishwasher there were not enough mugs or knives, just enough plates. No coat hooks for outdoor jackets.

Shower in the en-suite required unblocking. card used to book the apartment (Amex) was not acceptable for payment at the hotel, if I only had this card with me they would of cancelled the booking. furniture was stained and obviously not been cleaned for years. no coffee or tea supplies. no shampoo or soaps. very poor service from staff.

A reaaly disapointing experience, made worse by arrogant and evasive owner, who was incrediably unhelpful when we dared to complain about the poor hygeine levels. The entire experience was made even worse by being charged a big premium price for a single night stay. Avoid this place if you are looking for value for money, high quality and looking to be treated fairly.

Amazing stay - exceeded all expectations! Was so lucky to get the balcony property too! Great stay for all the family during graduation week, close walking distance to all amenities in Aber! Property is equipped with everything you’ll need, hosts responded quickly when we needed some more towels! Would definitely stay again. Parking on site too!

Character property with modern conveniences, well laid out and comfortable in a secure building and situated in a good location within walking distance to the town and beach.
The pillows were quite lumpy and they did not all have pillow protectors on and the outside veranda was nice especially when the weather was so pleasant but the gaps in the wooden flooring were not great as the chair legs kept getting wedged in the gaps and if you happened to drop anything as my Grandson did (his dummy) it went through the boards and ended up on the ground below.
