Great location, really nicely maintained property. Good size, clean & comfortable. Good for families with young children as all on one level (once inside). Cot & highchair provided which is really helpful.

This is our second time at this property, different apartments. We love it here. The property is clean, nice interior design, comfortable and well equipped, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a great time staying here.

Well-designed, good quality comfortable flat in a great location; generous size beds and rooms; bi-lingual Welsh/English shower gel; dog-friendly; spotlessly clean; free parking. We look forward to staying again!
There was no coffee pot (we used a teapot), no full-length mirror and no shampoo - so issues that are easy to fix.

Good location, ground floor apartment marketed as suitable for disabled. But no blue badge parking available in the car park.
Parking was a nightmare. No blue badge designated disabled parking. Parking spaces are too close together and many staff in the hotel 2 streets away used the limited car parking, blocking access for guests. Work vans also using the car park and restricting access in and outside the apartment gates. Suggest disabled bays are introduced in the wider part of the car park. The 4 apartments are given a parking slot and the electronic gates work to restrict access to those that have paid to stay there and prevent people using the car park inappropriately (staff, neighboring flats, large vans) parking overnight in the only large bay and using the e charger ‘for free’. Apartment 2 windows need cleaning inside and out. They are very dirty. Kitchen bin needs a lid. Apartment 2 needs more crockery (only 4 mugs). The shower over the bath needs the thermostat repaired. The double bedroom with the ensuite needs dignity window panels not clear glass

Spacious, modern and very clean, beds comfortable. Quite area and close to seafront. Home from home feel. Everything you need if cooking, plenty of storage for clothes. The ‘Four Seasons’ hotel kindly provided us with hand towels and forks as none available on arrival.
Parking was hit and miss. Work vans parked up using up space.
Misleading Description as states - Hot Tub and desk. Neither in apartment.
Misleading Facilities as states - bar on site, telephone, hot tub (again), sun terrace, balcony, patio…. None available, although on last day we did find a seating area on the right hand side of the building. Not sure if it was for all guests or just those staying in the apartment next to it. There was one chair outside of kitchen door/ emergency exit door on a pathway running alongside the building.
On-suite bathroom, shower door does not close properly so water unfortunately leaks so definitely need to put a towel down, plus sink loose from wall.

Firstly, we didn’t get to stay at Llys y Barnwr - Judge’s Court because the owner moved us to another property with no notice. The place we were moved to, about 1/2 a mile away was basic.
We didn’t get to stay in the property we booked because the owner had double booked the property we were supposed to stay in - AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HE HAS DONE THIS.

Very pleased with the cleanliness of the apartment and the comfort of the furniture and beds.peaceful location and near the promenade and basic shops.appreciated cartons of milk left for us in the fridge and tea bags/sachets of coffee.excellent pots and pans and plates etc…everything of quality.
Some instructions on how to use appliances eg dishwasher would have been helpful.bags for recycling needed and perhaps food waste bags.paper towels would have helped to wipe surfaces.

The apartment was perfectly clean, tidy and presentable. The staff were more than happy to assist with any queries and the location was ideal, just a two minute walk from the town and a 5-10 minute walk from the beach! The apartment also comes with free access to a hot tub which was well used and well loved by us! Will definitely be returning here and recommending to friends and family!
