I am staying here whilst a relative is in hospital. An ideal location as walking distance to hospital as well as tesco extra. Short walk (maybe 5mins) to the seafront.
For the money not only is the room clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, biscuits, tissues, hairdryer, decent size mirror and a fan! The bathroom is super clean .
Breakfast is a simple continental breakfast- ham cheese, pastries, yogurt, fruit etc. And there is a separate toaster for gluten free bread which is a nice touch.
Can't fault anything.
I mean if you are expecting the world for low prices then you might say the paint and carpet in the corridors are tired (and I have got lost in the maze of corridors occasionally) but the room is fine.

Room was very clean with everything that we could need. Very nicely decorated and fresh.
Staff were very polite and friendly, the breakfast was lovely. We will definitely return :)
The mattress wasn’t very comfortable.
Room was above the kitchen.

The location and staff were excellent
Difficulties from the start to navigate the location of our room. On arrival the wall had dirty tea drips down it. The view from the window was pure scaffolding. The bathroom door wouldn't close at all so no privacy. The shower cubicle for wouldn't stay shut and so the shower leaked. The shower head pole was almost falling off. The furnishings in general are shabby (torn leather sofa, rickety bed, a basically tired looking room.) There was a strange smell about the towels and bedding, not exactly pleasant. The towels are a variety of shades of white! The bed pillows are hard and sleeping was totally impossible due to the food lighting outside the hotel windows and very thin curtains. It was light broad daylight in the room all night! Not returning and wouldn't recommend.

Location, nice big room very clean. Mum couldn,t manage all those stairs so stayed in room all night. Very noisy through the night from outside revellers as room was facing the street

It was a confatable and low cost digs for a weekend in Aber, well located and serviceable.
The hotel is a bit of a maze of corridors and there was no lift so you wander around the maze going up and down for some rooms.

Shower room lovely and warm with nice shower. New smelling mattress. Hot and tasty lasagne with chips and salad. Lovely array of choice at breakfast. Sorted out remote.
Poor internet in room and poor signal on tv. No batteries in remote. Lack of chair and desk. Door not closing fully all the time.

Very central location and free parking if you re quick.
Climbing 6 flights of stairs is no fun in your 60s. Breakfast quality was disappointing. No one does filter coffee anymore !

Hotel has brilliant location, close to the sea, the building has a character but this does come with quite steep narrow stairs making climbing to the last floor with a suitcase a bit of a challenge. The door to my room was difficult to close and the reception door which closes after midnight and is accessible through a passcode was impossible to use because one of the digit buttons was getting stuck making it impossible to open using the pass code. There was a phone number on the door for supposedly 24/7 contact which no one answered and on 2nd ring went straight to voicemail so I had no choice but to wake up in the middle of the night one of my colleagues with whom I traveled for work

Convenient location for bothering the town, seafront and university
But noisy as the road was busy (but it was a Saturday night and it is a pub so it’s to be expected)

Great location.
loud and very irritating vibrations in our room. I think this is probably coming from the laundry room or kitchen where washing machine literally shook everything in the room including the bed so we could feel the vibration at about 8am in the morning.
The room itself was okay but the bed was quite rickety and the towel holder in the bathroom fell off. The wall needs a handyman to fix a few things.
The breakfast was very basic, cereal and toast and some cured meat.
