Disappointing
Food in the bar was excellent.
Very dated.
Hole in the ceiling.
No hot water for entirety of stay so could not have a shower( no apology from staff).

Very Good
The 1st thing I look for in a room is cleanliness this was very good. We were greeted well at the start of the stay and the lady on reception looked after us all the way through (nothing was too much trouble for her, in fact she seemed to be doing all of the jobs all of the time an asset to you.)
The only thing that I thought could be improved was the rooms decoration and when it was windy the windows whistled other than those minor things everything was good

Exceptional
Comfortable and the cleaner who cleaned the room is lovely
The room I was in was overlooked the street so was at times noisy from people talking loudly at nighttime.

Good
The location was a good one and the person who greeted us was very helpful; we were given a free upgrade. This hotel has original features and classic furniture rather than modern.
The furniture and decor is a little tired and old.

Wonderful
Very helpful and friendly staff, delicious restaurant food, great selection and exceptionally good value. Room was lovely, shower very clean and hot. Towels and sheets all very clean and tea/coffee making even included oat milk. Building was in a street full of character and the building itself had many lovely character features.
Our room faced the front and we could hear some people talking as they passed by on occasion late at night. Suggest if you have a front facing room, make sure the sash window is shut before you go to sleep, my oversight.

Pleasant
Location and value. My room had been decorated pleasantly and was very clean.
Reception was in the bar which was very busy as there was a football match on the large tv’s.
The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Pleasant
Excellent location and helpful staff
We were in room 8 and we had persistent recurring plumbing noises throughout the night. When we first arrived the Yale lock for our room jammed and we had to call a member of staff to recover us (if you turned the key the wrong way when removing the key it jammed the lock when the door closed)

Absolutely fantastic, it's been our third time staying at Harry's. The staff were so helpful and polite and would go above and beyond, the room was fantastic, comfortable bed and the breakfast was exceptional. The atmosphere was brilliant and definitely one of the best places we have been. Can't wait for our next visit
There isn't anything I didn't like, it was all exceptional. Would have loved to stay longer

Friendly staff, easy check-in and much larger room than I was expecting. Spotless and really comfy. Noisy but to be expected for a Friday night, plus I was out myself so no bother! Would highly recommend for the value
