I had booked 2 rooms, 1 for myself and my husband and the other room for my mother & father in-law. Our room was amazing I have no issues at all with our room. The breakfast in the morning was lovely I couldn't fault it at all, a very good selection of Cereals, fruit, different flavoured yogurts and juices. And it is located in the perfect location, I couldn't ask for a better location in terms of being close to everything the shops, the bars, the beach etc....
My in-laws room did have a few niggly issues. The sensor light that separates the front door to the bedroom kept coming on and off during the middle of the night, and because there was a door and glass window between the front door and their bedroom there was no way they could stop it keep coming on, which was waking them up in the night. The mattress had a few springs that were bulging which my father in-law said was uncomfortable for him and the settee in the room also had no real padding so they had to put extra cushions underneath the settee cushions for some extra padding so they didn't fall into the settee too low. I wouldn't say this is all very negative as my in-laws had a lovely time and it is things that can be rectified if staff can take note but just to be mindful that it was slightly uncomfortable for them sleeping with bumpy springs and lights keep turning on and off.

The location was great staff very friendly big bar a restaurant area room was big bathroom as well. Bed was comfy. Had breakfast which was ok plenty of it. Had a fair size beer garden. Roo. Was available before stated time. Would visit again.
Windows could do with a good clean on the outside. Car park was hard to find no signs indicating where it was had to stop outside on a busy road go into hotel to ask where it was.
