Wonderful
Ideal position, warm welcome, lovely room, jolly restaurant
Not a very good supper, tiny bar b que ribs and a thoroughly nasty microwaved vegetarian pasta dish ……….although an excellent breakfast the next morning.

Good
Good welcome and bags taken to the room which was just as well at our age as it was a long walk up stairs and along a corridor that went up and down steps.
Car parking on site. We were lucky to get a space.
Good location.
Furniture was very tired but still just ok.
Bathroom fittings needed some urgent TLC and a bathroom refurbishment.
Plumbing in the room next door made loud noises.
The room needed thicker curtains to keep out early morning sun.

Very Good
Location was excellent for both the station, shops and beachfront. We arrived late and so ate in the bar and the food was superb, as was the breakfast in the morning. Room was basic but clean and had all we needed. Really friendly staff and check-in and checkout were so simple. I would happily stay there again as it was perfect for our needs.
For what we paid, I have no complaints at all.

Good
Good location, although it would be helpful if the website told you how to get to the car park at the rear.
Very clean and excellent friendly staff.
Must have been the thinnest mattress I have ever slept on. I could feel all the springs and couldn’t sleep more than an hour at a time without waking up.

Wonderful
Harry's Hotel is very conveniently located near shops, cafes, the beach, bars etc. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, a great way to start the stay. We enjoyed having the bar just downstairs. We were warned things could get noisey on a Fri/Sat night but it didn't bother us.
Nothing really, it was great.

We absolutely loved it however we are homebodies so ended up going home late into the night but it was a gorgeous room, fantastic location and really added to our stay.

Disappointing
Good location - though Aberystwyth is a small town and nothing is too far away.
Staff were friendly and tried their best
Cooked breakfast was pretty good
Clean room and quiet
No lift and narrow staircase. Large cases could be a problem for some guests.
We visited at a quiet time so parking space available - and while the booking information said a parking space was included a subsequent email from the property said it might not be available.
There was no Wi-Fi available in our room for the entire two night stay and though the staff communicated with the IT support, the problem was not fixed.
Room was a bit cramped - and one larger bed would work better than 2 singles. Mattresses were thin and not particularly comfortable.
