The building was beautiful, the bedrooms renovated to a high standard, very comfortable and plush.
The pub downstairs was charming, friendly staff and great atmosphere

Lovely room, ideal location for myself as close to my sons uni accommodation, 2mins away from the beach and castle
Plenty of tea,coffee,milk available , spotless bathroom ,shower gel and shampoo included
Lady who greated us (didnt catch her name)was lovely

Door rattled through the night ,as doors are heavy could hear all guests coming and going as the doors slam even if you try to close them quietly and bed was to hard for me (husband liked the bed)
Stain on carpet next to vanity station
Electrics need to be sorted ,spotlights above kettle didnt work unless you wiggled the switch and the spotlight above the bathroom was very temperamental

Very close to the front. Easy to get to the centre also. Staff were very kind and approachable. Room was everything I needed.
While in a good place, it was noisy at night. The noise was significant, but of course because it was so hot, I needed a window open. So its hard to blame them.

Disappointing
It's not a hotel it's a bar with letting rooms and you can't get breakfast apart from continental style pre booked and brought up to your room. To call it a hotel is a misdescription.

Great location, lovely staff, room nice.
Very warm. It was a hot couple of days generally but could do with some air con for the price we paid.
