The room was big enough for 2 people with a few bags of luggage. Check-in and out was easy and stress free.
We used the kitchen and found it supplied with enough items to make a simple dinner.
Very quiet inside the building. You wouldn’t know anyone else was occupying other rooms until the shut their doors.
We had to Google how to use the oven. Lol
Having a cookie sheet for baking would have made it easier.
The street noise was loud.

Parking spaces we're only for an hour before six and hadn't understood that the kitchen facilities were shared..

This is a accommodation for a student. Noisy on street level. Building with noisy students coming in late. Door to the main building alongside the wall to the bed in main floor flat. No sleep.
All was clean, but we did not get any sleep the night of our stay due to noise

Great location. All you could want for a long weekend away. Kitchen next door, very well equipped.
Could do with some more electric sockets by beds and a bigger TV, but minor points really.

Property was clean and nicely decorated- bathroom decent size as was the bed and the room itself. Facing road but no noise really at night to worry about.
Nothing to say really- only issue is that the impression on Booking .com is an tht it is an apartment with a kitchen but the kitchen itself is not part of the set up- it's a shared kitchen at the side of the property so not part of the room. But it's nice enough. Close to town itself.

Good location clean and well equipped. Fair price.. We only stayed one night, and it was fine for us
For awareness; the parking can be difficult, I appreciate its town center, but we ended up a couple of streets away and got soaked carrying bags back to the room. Had a very noisy night, a bar or pub nearby seemed to close late, and the patrons were noisy on the way home.Then the very noisy seagulls started up at around 4am Only a problem if you're a light sleeper, I think my wife slept through. Also, the property is shown as an apartment , it's not its a double toom with an on-suite and a shared well equipped kitchen. Just so you know, it didn't bother us particularly.

Exactly as advertised. Easy check in with key safe and code. Good communication with the property. I liked the kitchen which was fully equipped and clean.
If I had to suggest changes the TV screen was small, so a larger TV screen would be good. But that's because we are used to large screens these days !

Stunning room, decorated beautifully.
The only down side was the strong smell of damp in the bathroom which has been mentioned by other guests but all in all, spotlessly clean.
Comfortable bed, well equipped and nice quiet spot.
Will definitely recommend and would book again.
Host has answered queries promptly.
