Good position, clean room. Anyway, a mattress cover between the plastic mattress and the linens would be appreciated.
Very noisy at night/evening, people talking loud till late, noise from the parking outside very close to the window of the ground floor. No internet in the morning due to a black out, and even the backup generator was not working, this can be challenging for travelers that can only rely on the WiFi of the hotels where they stay briefly..

The receptions are so welcoming and friendly. They give u that genuine warm welcome and are so understanding. The breakfast is served on time that's pretty awesome.
The need to apply some air fresheners to the rooms after cleaning to leave them with that nice scent since the rooms are usually closed and lack enough air lation. The facility should also be flexible enough to at least extend checkout time for customers minus extra charges. The person handling the facility booking.com account needs to respond to messages and at least show responsibility of follow-up. They need to move using advance mattress protectors not the plastic things they are using. Other than that the facility and services are fairly good.
