Restaurant opens at 7 am .
Request was made to give a take away omelette since my bus was leaving by 7-30 am. They didn't respond whereas a Busia hotel was highly helpful on the previous day.

They're fully booked yet they still accepted my booking. Reaching at the property late in the night.they wanted to give me a terrible room which I refused and decided to find another hotel in the middle of the night ?

Very nice property surrounded with trees and garden, nice, clean big room, comfortable bed , kind and welcoming staff, good Internet, short walking distance to main road and center. Definitely recommend .

Attentive staff.
Breakfast was good value: unlimited tea and coffee, two types of bread, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, as well as vegetable katogo. Self-service.
Hot modern shower and very comfortable mattress.
Kitchen service in the evening took forever. I waited 1.5 hours for my order to arrive, by which time I was no longer hungry.
I gave my feedback to the receptionist and the waiter and they were quick to apologise. Menu is extensive and that is perhaps part of the problem.

Located in a nice, clean, peaceful residential neighborhood, a little bit removed from the dumpy, congested city center. Loved seeing some local wildlife in the property's trees. The staff was friendly and helped arrange a ride to the Igongo Cultural Museum.
The restaurant staff was very friendly, but prices were a bit high and the service was slow, and the menu was a bit limited.

Maybe provide a bottle of water in the rooms for guests. Clean all the rooms before allowing guests to see them. No one wants to pick from unkempt rooms and wait for claening. First impressions matter.

Room had so many mosquitos with very little to fend them off, even the mosquito net wasn’t helpful, could barely sleep out night because of too many bites

All in all the place is clean, has a nice garden and the staff is supportive. Our room was really big and the bathroom is good as well. The only problem was when we ate at the restaurant it took a very long time for two sandwiches, of which one was so salty it wasn’t eatable. It was very hard to communicate with the waiter, therefore the order was wrong in the end, e.g. we asked if the iced coffee comes with milk, he said yes and they came with out, as we asked to get some milk on the side than he brought extremely hot milk with our iced coffee and charged us extra.

Great value for the money. Nice stand alone building (as in the pictures), private parking and garden, nice restaurant. Gave us the suite, with balcony
overlooking the garden.
