Disappointing

we love the restaurant for dinner~

The room was so extra crowded with furniture it was impossible to move around the bed. The bathroom smelled VERY bad- exactly like cat piss. the bathroom ceiling looked like a murder scene it was SO dirty! There was over 100 guests with loud music, speakers and fireworks until midnight! We got a letter after we booked and paid for the room! We would have NEVER booked if we know our car was going to remain in an insecure location until 7:00 AM! All the way around not a good stay! Villa Kalolo needs to decide if they are an events place or a boutique hotel with semi high prices. NOT only was the sleeping horrible, not the new champaign bar was just outside our room and the made was loudly cleaning the toilet at 7:00 AM!!!!! not ok. the staff closet is also outside our door as well, this not a hotel! we stayed in room 119. This is not the first time it was loud at night ok kitchen staff is standing outside your back windows talking loudly early in the MORNINGS ! We wont come back nor recommend you anymore

The staff were professional and friendly.

The room and bathroom have so much humidity. The air is not good at all. The is a funny smell.

Gorgeous room with a comfortable bed. The food, especially the breakfasts, was exceptional.
